As Daniel rushed toward him on top o a platform Rajin pushed himself backwards and sunk into the earth. He then rose up from behind the platform in the path it had already traveled. Once he was above the surface again he lifts a pillar of earth and arched it to smash into Daniel's platform and crumble its surface.

Daneil jumped off on his platform shifting his body so that when he fell to the ground he landed with one hand on the ground performing a one handed handstand. he then bent his arm down spining his body around a given vertex around his palm causeing him to go for a sweeping kick at nothing. afterwards he would quickly get out of the spin back into a one handed hand stand where he would push off the ground and flip his body landing on his feet. the after effects of this would be that a spike would rise up behind Rajin's knees and would be pushed forward which would cause him to fall to the ground. all this really did was stall time for Daneil to land properly. he had jumped out of the way of the platform so the pillar being sent at it wouldn't come anywere close to him unless redirected.

When Rajin was pushed down to his knees his reaction was a forward tumble. When he rose he redirected the column to strike from the side. He thought about not going easy on him but he decided to keep doing so for a little while longer until he showed more improvement.

after landing on his feet he had almost no time to react so he waited for the column to hit, he would embrace the impact and bend the earth that was hiting him to form armor around him. it would look as though the column had ran him over for a second before he burst through the other side of it whereing earthen armor. even though this looked like it did no damage it did hurt him a little and he was starting to get tired. he quickly thrust his whole body forward shooting off his earthen like armor heading directly for Rajin. after the thrust he quickly followed behind it bending over and placing his hands in the ground while runing gathering as much earth as he could around his arms where he would lift his arms out of the ground right before the impact of the armor his arms would be encased in earthen like blades. Daneil would slash at and possibly through what ever defense was put up to block his attack depedning on how this attack was taken.

Rajin bended the earth beneath him up into the air. Shooting him over Daniel's attack and down toward him. Rajin flew down toward Daniel attempting to drop kick him in the chest. Daniel was progressing more however still needed work. Rajin was pleased to see that he was able to bend armor to his body.

Daneil did have a higher sense of hearing but with all the earth shifting around he couldn't hear very well and just so happened to swing his arm accross to block the kick to the chest, he hadn't actually intended to do it, it just kind of happened out of mere coinsedence. however if another areil atytack was used he would get so lucky the next time. and even the kick pushed him back quite a bit. the earthen like swords on his hands, cracked and falling apart from lack of concentration. he was now clearly and visibly tired pantoing like a dog wiping sweat from his forehead. with the arm that had lost the earth blade totally. he wasn't ready to give up just yet, but he new he couldn't keep fighting like this, sooner or later something would give. and it would either be Daneil to exhaustion or his opponent one way or another, he was not about to lose.
he jumped back and knelt down trying to catch his breathe his sides starting to hurt from fatige. he was doing this for two reasons one to see what Rajin might do and second to try and catch him off gaurd....

Rajin had back flipped off of Daniel's arms and safely landed on his feet. He noticed Daniel was tired and becoming exhausted however he had to keep pushing him because that was the only way for him to get any stronger. He had to be pushed past his limit. Rajin slammed both of his closed fist down on the ground sending a wave of earth toward Daniel. The earth resembled the motion of shaking the dust out of a blanket.

feeling the blanket of earth coming at him he quickly jumped back, stomping his feet on hte ground raising two platforms underneath his feet. the platforms would take the brunt of the attack but where much weaker than the other times he had used them, simply cause he was tired and fatige was starting to set in. after takeing the brunt of the attack, they would crumble underneath his ffet and Daneil would head to the ground, where hw would hit the ground causing an almost shockwave like effect, with earthbending. the force with which he hit the ground would be enough to send back a wave of earth about twice the size of the wave sent at him. however the wave wasn't really aimed at anyone it was just sort of Daneils way of stoping an attack, at least for a short amount of time. this would be simmilar to an air bender hitting the ground letting loose all of their kinetic energy in one massive shockwave of air.

As the Wave of earth traveled toward Rajin he lifted his right leg off the ground and with all his farce he smashed right through a section of the earth. He then lifted a couple of boulders out from beneath the ground and sent them fly toward Daniel. As the boulders hurtled toward him Rajin walked behind them to get closer.

Daneil, stepped to the side whirling the gain boulder round back towards Rajin who was now closer to him. collasping on the ground out of exhaustion shorlty afterwards. he was still awake but the only thing keeping him from planting his face in the ground wa his arms which struggled to keep him up. he was really tired, but refusing to stand down shakily stood back up a bead of sweat going down his left cheek, he wiped it away standing there shakily unable to make his bpody move any further. it took all he had to stay standing. he had never been forced to defend himself as hard as he did today....

Rajin stepped to the side to avoid the boulder he originally shot at Daniel. He walked a little closer to him and the dropped flat on his a**. "Alright. We'll rest for a while and then we'll start up again later. But you have shown some improvement." Rajin spoke to Daniel quite sincerely. "But tell me how you fight so well while being blind?" Rajin added.

Daneil fell to a sitting position trying to catch his breathe. he waited for a little while catching his breathe enough that he would be able to speak normaly. "when ever you earth bend i can feel your movments. thus allowing me to make corrections to my method of attack." Daneil stated his breathing starting to calm a little. "how is it you can fight with such stamina?" he asked clearly having never been in a long term battle. usually all his battles if he had any were fast and concise.

"Thats amazing. So you can feel movements along the earth?" Rajin asked. "But to answer your question, I am able to fight for long periods of time because I used to live in the great desert and that is were I trained for so many years. And when one trains in sand, things become more difficult, but finally my body adapted to the terrain." Rajin replied to Daniel's question.

The dai li captain erupted from the ground about thirty feet from Rajin and began speaking. "Commander, we have a fire bender in captivity and we need you to tell us what to do with her now." The dai li official stated.
Rajin looked at him and then back at Daneil. "I'll be right back. You should stay here and rest until I return." Rajin suggested. "Alright lets go then." Rajin relied to the dai li captain.
The dai li official then bended the earth around them causing them to disappear again.

After resting for awhile Daneil was refreshed and ready to rumble but the funny thing was he didn't feel anyone around. so he continued to sit in the same spot waiting for his so called trainer to come back.
