Well, Man in the Iron Mask was an easier read than Three Musketeers, but that's not saying much, and that may have just been because I'd forced my way through Musketeers. I keep meaning to pick up Count of Monte Cristo, but can't bring myself to do it. The stories are all great. That's why they've been made as movies a hundred and one times. But his way of writing... To paraphrase a completely different author (Alan Dean Foster) and only in the most obscure way related books (Spellsinger series)... He rarely uses one word where twelve can be shoehorned in. 
I see. So he wrote those books? I'm surprised i haven't heard of him. whee
@LeiSea: You're welcome. Yeah, give it a rest. xd
xd I will as soon as I finish of the green seedkin for an extra green fin to sell. Those and pale fins have gotten me close to 110k now~

OtterlyErin Arrowchan The Man in the Iron Mask was an OK book - and a horrible movie. gonk Now, that all depends on which version you're talking about, though none of the ones I've seen are what I'd call spectacular. The only thing I liked (besides the costumes) of the one with Leo was that it convinced me that maybe he actually could act. (I judge the pretty boy actors on how well they play villains.) The most recent US one. Gawd, everyone in that movie had a different accent. Made me want to poke my eyes out with a spork. gonk Nantooski ~ Yes, I'm having fun. :3 Is good. And I just got my March letters and a personal PM from Ling apologising for the wait, so I feel loved. heart

Bliss: I was going to say if Ghostie is still around we could have a small giveaway for people able to post after him a certain ammount of times, like 3 or 5 or something. Or I could do a Gaia trivia quiz real fast that could give some prizes for 1st-3rd to finish, depending on funds. But the other contests need done too xd
