That's cute! How long has she been studying the violin? My mom would be proud; she's an avid violin-lover, among many other musical instruments. She tried to get my sis and I interested in music when we were little, with piano lessons and violin lessons, but we both hated it and quit and my mom finally discovered it was her own music passion she was trying to fulfill, and not ours, so she took it up herself, and after much hard work and many years, became first violinist/violist for a number of local bands and orchestras. 4laugh

Shes been studying since September. Shes been asking for a couple years, but finally just asked grandpa for a violin and lessons. Shes got an awesome instructor and is finally at the point where you can actually hear the songs shes learning when she plays whee
