Have you watched a film / TV adaptation of a play? Which format did you enjoy most, and why? I read the play "The Yellow Wallpaper," and we also watched the film in class but I personally think the film was better because I was able to see the character's facial expressions which helped convey the story better

I believe I saw a little of Hamilton before, I'm not the biggest fan of musicals personally.

I have not yet to attend to a professional drama performance, however I would like to attend to one, one day.
The last play I read was the story of Icarus and enjoyed watching and reading the story. Greek mythology has always been a interest of mine.
I have seen a musical drama, and probably my favorite musical drama of all time. La la Land which is a jazz musical, although I did enjoy la la land, musicals aren't my favorite.
I have no experience with opera or ballet.
I have watched a couple of TV/Film adaptations of plays like The Crucible and Casablanca. I prefer watching the film than reading.

Yes, I have attended a drama performance not a professional one though, at my high-school I've gone to a couple of their plays to see my friend's way of acting like someone else. My niece is also a dancer so I do go to see her perform .

What is the last play you read? Did you enjoy it?
I believe the last play I read was in my sophomore year of high school which was Romeo and Juliet. It wasn't a bad read. I did enjoy the romance and how It guided most of the characters' designs when it came to them two being in love .

Have you ever seen a musical drama? What type of musical was it? Do you enjoy musicals? Yes I have, the most recent musical drama I have seen was "The Complete Unknown". They mostly play folk music then changes to more modern. I do really enjoy musicals, it adds such a good element to the movie. There was also the movie “Elvis” that was also really good.

What is your experience with opera and ballet?
I've never been too interested in opera but with ballet, whenever it pops up on TikTok I can't help but to stay. It's just so beautiful and memorable. Those people have so much talent, and go through so much body strain to be able to bend in those ways.

• Have you watched a film / TV adaptation of a play? Which format did you enjoy most, and why?
I believe I have watched a TV adaptation of a play called "Grand Army", based on a play called "Slut", I've never read the play but I really did enjoy the show more because it relates to things that so many girls have to deal with more clearly.

Hey everyone! I have attended a professional drama performance, it was a musical called "The Lion King" in NYC. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it to everyone.
When I was younger, I read "Romeo and Juliet" by William Shakespeare. I do not remember much as it was long ago. I do remember really taking my time to read it since I was not accustomed to the writing style. I would definitely read it again when my time is freer.
A musical drama I attended was "The Lion King". It was 100 out of 100! I loved it and would definitely go again if the opportunity presented itself. I overall do love musicals. My mom and I would watch "Le Misérables" hundreds of times as I was growing up.
I honestly have no experience with opera or ballet. I am open to learning more about it, but I honestly do not know where to start.
I have seen the 2013 film "Romeo and Juliet" made in 2013. I can say I enjoyed it the most because I have not seen any footage of the actual play. Although I am sure it is better because I love original things.

From what I can remember I have never attended a play or musical in person. It’s possible they may have had a musical showing in my elementary school when I was a kid, but I don’t remember exactly. The last play I read would be Aida from the course list. Word count:50
