A flash of movement to her right side had Jasiri turning even as it pass her. Her eyes following the path of a creamy blue and dark blue tail, which quickly swung her back around as her eyes fell upon a pokemon in her path that immediately had her grimacing even as she brought her fingers to her mouth to whistle.
The chattering began.
A pointless gesture it would seem, because dropping like a stone from the sky ...Chrono would open his wings to break at the last moment in the path between them. It would seem that he noticed the movement as well, and he was very excited because ...Jasiri had promised ...he could eat the next thing that they came upon. Though he obviously hadn't seen what it was ...as Chrono would back wing in shock and then turn his head to looks upwards at the heavens.
"Oh no, you don't. IF you take off here, you better hope it kills me ...because I promise you ...death will be a mercy when I get through with you."
Jasiri would threaten as Chrono would actually lower his head in defeat as ...it would begin. The Chattering, that horrible ...gut wrenching noise that all Pachirisu made. It wasn't bad enough that their voices were all high pitched, but then they had the longest, stupidest names in the world and they would literally try to chatter every single syllabi to match it.
It was horrible ...annoying, and it would drive any sane creature up a wall. Top that off with the fact that they had never met a Pachirisu that didn't like to talk and both trainer and pokemon looked like they were ready to run by the time the pokemon had stop talking.
This was probably a good thing considering the Pachirisu would spring forwards to attack ...as Chrono would literally do a hard bank to try and get out of the way of the flying fur ball.

The Roggenrola gave one slow blink of his massive eye, utterly unfazed by Bael's appearance or attack. She utilized her greatest natural resource: her perfectly round body. Without a sound, she'd roll backwards away from the Houndour, and hopefully, his Ember.

/Ey!/ The Pachirisu landed hard on a branch, only barely missing the Murkrow. /Where d'ya think you're going, feather brain?!/ he demanded irritably as he came to a land on a branch. He shook a tiny fist at Chrono, incensed and challenging. /Come down here and say that to my face!/ Ignore the fact that Chrono hadn't said anything to his opponent. It was the spirit of the thing. Seemed the little creature wasn't even dodging properly, just bouncing back and forth on the sturdy bough. Still, a moving target presented trouble, even one that wasn't moving all that much.

The flames managed to hit, but naturally they didn't do a whole lot. "Bael, just try and avoid its attacks for now!" Aria called out as she got the fiery pup's ball ready. Bael might have been doing fine now, but Aria was well aware that, at best, this battle was going to be a long slog for him. Switching out would be best, but she needed an opportunity to do so. She just hoped this rock didn't have any nasty tricks up its... Eye-hole?
For his part, Bael gave a short growl as the ember barely scuffed the rock in front of him. If only he had a better move! But no, for now he'd have to play defensively, and so he bounded through the snow in an attempt to avoid getting plowed by any rocks.

Despite the darkness of these lands, the Kecleon did not fear the light nor heat of the Deino's flames. There were plenty here whom could achive such things. Blending into the background,the Kecleon would begin moving backward. If he reached a tree he could simply climb out of the way,and in the even he found rocks or twigs, the bind dragon could easily be tripped.

Standing before the Totodile as it flailed about in the water, Sol would find himself struck with a sudden idea. If he had owned a Water-type sooner, he could have easily washed off the Wingull droppings both from his Golett, and his scarf! Not to mention the possibilities for charging dehydrated people for water in desert environments. BRILLIANCE!
Grabbing for one of the PokeBalls conveniently stashed backpack previously burdening his partner, Sol would take the ball in hand, wind up, and throw! Granted he was no major league pitcher, but it should probably fly straight and true....enough.
Starter Pokemon: Golett Name & Level: Umbra, Lv 4 [Temperament] Brave Bio: Shaped from clay and given life centuries ago, this Golett was created with a singular purpose: to serve the people of his homeland. In times of peace that meant simple feats of strength, hauling limber and iron. In times of war...acts far more grim in nature. His last images of a world long lost to the sands of time, were of his comrades and redness of flame. Then....darkness.
When he rose again it was to the shattered ruins of what once was, and the broken forms of other Golett. He wandered the remains of the castle for a time, but departed before long. There was no point in protecting a land which had been forgotten by the ages, and so he went in search of a new "purpose". It was this same search that would lead him to the tunnels beneath Roshan City. A veritable maze, the tunnels see frequent use by smugglers and those of less than legal enterprises. It was here that he encountered Sol, and where he found purpose once more. Dubbed "Umbra" by the boy, he once more found himself with a home and people to serve; but in his ticking "heart" he knew it was only a matter of time before he once more graced the battlefield.
Travelling beneath the harsh sun high above, Tiyewould be visited by a familar sight. Thick feet kicking up dust as it trudged forward, a Numel plowed ceaselessly forward. This time however the Fire-type seemed resolute and determined, venturing forever forward despite the odds of failure or success.
Same as the one before however, the Pokemon marched right passed the girl, venturing on to wherever it's destination lay.

Neither Onyxia nor Ordo would receive a response. The challenge had been made perfectly clear. The road would be blocked until someone step forward to meet it.
Not too much further into the Garden, Nim would find herself stumbling upon a particularly strange sight indeed. Perhaps one even stranger than the tea party. Before her stood a large group of Salandit, arranged in rows and split into two halves on either side of an aisle made with a red velvet carpet. Flower petals were spread everywhere thanks to the Roselia and Flabebe in attendance. At one end stood a lone male Salandit, and a Furfrou wearing an odd black white collar.
It would seem Nim had stumbled upon a Salandit wedding!
Abruptly from out of the bushes a Snubbul would appear, two Buneary at her back. ">Oh thank the heavens! Two of the brides maids called in sick and the ceremony doesn't have the right symmetry without it!<" Without even asking the Snubbul would grab the girl, one of the Buneary pushing her along while the other pushed Eins into it. In a flurry of moment,and thankfully with the decency to cover the scene with an old hotel curtain, Nim would find herself disrobed and forced into the proper attire. Given that none of the Pokemon here were exactly tailors, the proper attire in this case was a re-purposed purple maid uniform intended for the hotel staff, fancied up with a few well placed flowers. Eins would of course received the "abridged" version in the form of a purple table cloth wrapped around her body, and a flower placed behind one of her 'ears'.
It would seem Nim had been forced to join the Ceremony! Alas always the bridesmaid, never the bride.
Finally! Dante would land a successful blow. Things were getting mighty dangerous. Dante's instincts told him to back off for now and leave space between the two Pokemon.

[Swapping Pokemon uses up your Turn just like Items, and it can only be done on your own Attack Turn.]
Curling it's tail back and forth, the Kecleon glance at it's opponent with annoyance. A solid defense. The odds of getting through it? Piddling. Annoying. Annoying! ANNOYING!!! Still there was nothing for it, if nothing else he could still keep his opponent on his toes.
Sliding up to his opponent, he'd take the time to pat the enemy down. It was an odd version of Thief, but when you knew the enemy didn't have anything and no damage was going to be dealt....why be subtle? Besides it was more than a little unsettling to know your enemy could get that close without being able to stop them!
A great defense by Dante, no damage inflicted...but not like Kecleon had tried to inflict damage. It was risky but Dante released another Fire Fang, aiming right at the Kecleon's neck.

The Roggenrola shook off her rocky body... literally, in this case, as bits of debris and stone chip fell off of her. No, she wasn't attacking Bael; he was safe for now. Instead, she was trying to get rid of the excess body mass that weighed her down! She'd Autotomize!... or at least, she'd try, unless she got distracted by the vicious puppy in front of her.

As though to punish her for having a tiny bit of optimism, the world decided to assault Nim... quite literally, as a matter of fact. "H-hey, I need those!" she squeaked, grabbing after her pants in vain. Unfortunately, all her clothes disappeared into the aether but her sweater, which she'd manage to clutch and stuff into the front pocket of her apron. What the... was this a wedding? Despite her fears, Nim couldn't help perking up. She'd never been to a wedding, only ever seen one in pictures. Did Pokemon have them too? Fearful of what would happen if she tried to escape, and curious as to how this ceremony played out, she followed along.
Eins whooped happily, but forced herself to have a little composure. This WAS an important day, after all!

Starter Pokemon: Mimikyu [F] Name & Level: Eins, Level 4 [Temperament] Lonely Bio: Eins spent most of her pre-capture time haunting a candy store and sneaking free lollipops into the pockets of screaming children. She'd have been content to stay that way but for the will of the cult. Indeed, she was actually caught by Nim's sponsor, and given to the girl in an attempt to give her a step up when it came to fighting. The sponsor also has a slightly better sense of humor than Nim-- giving a Mimikyu a Mimikyu! No one could count on Nim's dislike of Pokémon being quite as... intense as it was, for the girl can barely stand to look at her starter. Nim couldn't even name the creature properly, just giving it a number for a name. For her part, Eins isn't too fussed; humans are strange, and she'll melt her trainer's heart one way or another... possibly by giving it a heart attack, but still.
