Tsuki shivered slightly as he felt the other man's breath on his ear and let his hands rest gently on the fallen's arms. "I never said I didn't." he giggled and leaned back comfortably in Ryan's arms. "In fact it's one of the best parts."

He shrugged. "I told you that from the beginning, didn't I?" Ryan kissed the side of the angel's neck gently, then pulled away. There was still some time left before it was really dark.. But being indoors and with nowhere to really go, it seemed the only thing he'd been doing lately was ravaging the angel's body. Not that he minded in the slightest. "What do you do here..?"

The angel smiled. "To be honest I spend most of my time reading." he replied "There's a lovely spot on the roof where I go to think and watch the stars. Apart from that I'm usually working."

"Working? You mean as a Guardian, correct..?" He looked at Tsuki curiously. "Of course I wouldn't think someone like you would consider such a task as work.."

"Well it depends on who I'm guarding of course." said Tsuki happily "Some people need more help than others. Some need to coaxed out their shell while others need more drastic aid." he finished then paused for a few moments. "Which Order were you in? Before you became Fallen I mean." he asked seriously.

He sat on the couch, leaning against the arm with an elbow propped, head resting against his palm. "I was a guardian, like yourself." He examined a loose thread on the hem of his shirt, plucking at it.

Tsuki gave him a shocked look. "Oh! no wonder you were criticising me earlier." he said "It was once your duty as well." He smiled "It's weird to think of you that way. I always had you down as one of the Powers or Principalities. A fighter at any rate." he shook his head with wonder "That certainly proves that things aren't always as they seem."

He shrugged. "In a sense. I watched the ones who were at most risk. The ones that attracted evil and such." He stared at a window and turned to lay back on the couch, legs stretching out, and closed his eyes. "I can't remember much anyways."

Tsuki nodded. "Well when you're immortal you tend to become senile after a while. I try to remember the important things but there's very little detail in my mind, about my early life, that is." he shrugged a little and sat down in the vacant armchair opposite the couch.

"I try to keep to the present more then the past." Eyes opened slightly to stare idly at the ceiling. He rested his arms behind his head. "Being guardian of the boy, Izumi, what would you do if you lost him?" He muffled a small yawn, stretching a little. "That could happen. It has before."

The angel sighed unhappily, that was one thing he hadn't forgotten. "I honestly don't know" he whispered. "But if I failed to protect him there would be very little point to my existence. I would sooner die in an attempt to save him than lose another soul."

Having nothing left to distract himself with, he gave a small, tired sigh, closing his eyes once more. "So what happened to the other person." He said after a moment, crossing his legs at the ankles and shifting a bit to get more comfortable. He was starting to sink into the couch cushions.

Tsuki sniffed quietly. "Jayke was a very damaged individual. HIs uncle abused and raped him on a daily basis and the bullies at his school were no different." he fought back a tear "When he fell I was always there to catch him, whether he liked it or not, and I vowed never to leave until I helped him find a reason to live. But the higher orders discovered that I was growing to attached to him and suspended me from my duties." Tears were now flowing freely down his cheeks "It turns out I was his reason for living. So when I left he killed himself and I couldn't catch him."

He gave a small nod, sitting up again and stretching. Laying down was making him tired. "Nobody is always right. Not even the Higher Orders." He leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees, and rubbed his forehead. "But you can't protect someone who doesn't want to live. Even if they feel you're the reason for their remaining in life."

Tsuki nodded. "People have a right to do what they want in life even if it means destroying themselves. And my reasons weren't entirely selfless. Suicides can't get into heaven, I was scared that I would never see him again."
