Cruz walked over to the younger man and grabbed his arms. "Stop that. You don't want to take more medication for something else. Let me get some itch cream." He told the man. He pulled away and walked to the drawers. He leaned over to try and find the cream.

Celessa nodded and looked at Derek's book smiling as she noticed the title. "That is a good book," the woman started to speak and then looked down quietly. "I haven't been able to read anything but bed-time stories lately. My little Rue really loves them" She spoke of her daughter and it brought a small smile to her face in the dreary times but perhaps dulled things for other people. As she raised her head a little bit her golden locks slid out of her face and were out-shined by the blue of her eyes.

Emma smiled when Jessica came in. "It was amazing. I just have this sinking feeling that this was first and only time that we will kiss. Once he heals up he will become a doctor again and I will be a 18 year old high school student that is still trying to recover from gun shot wounds and copping with blindness. Not to mention a baby on the way. "

Derek was mezmorised then looked down "i had a son, he will be turning five this year." he said the nlooked up with dull looking eyes now "When i came back from Afghanistan i found out my girl friend was cheating on me, she then left me for the other guy and took my son." he said and closed the book he took out the picture and showed her he had sandy blond hair unlike Derek but had the same color eyes as Derek the picture was worn and torn ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Donnie looked over at Cruz he was a handsome man but shook his head at the thought as he rubbed his arms then stopped his arms in his lap his hands making fists he stood up and walked behind Cruz "Im pretty sure its not in there." he said to him in a soft cute voice

~ Isabella woke up again. She wasn't confused anymore, she knew what was going on. She was looking at her hospital gown when she looked down at her tummy. It had a slight bulge to it. Isabella reached down and touched her stomach gently. As she placed her whole hand on it, she began to rub it. As she did this, she felt a slight kick. She wasn't pregnant, she had taken a pregnancy test a month ago and it came back negative. Just then, the nurse walked in. ~
" Hello! Its a good thing your fully awake now. I have some test results for you! " The nurse proclaimed happily.
"Tests?! What tests?!" Isabella said in confusion.
" While you were in a coma we preformed some tests on you. And here are the results!" The nurse paused and began to scan the notes. " Your leg is still recovering......We don't have to preform surgery on it.....Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah.....Your babies are fine....Your arm-" The nurse was cut off my Isabella.
" My baby?!?! I'm pregnant????!!!!" Isabella replied.
"Yes, yes you are. Don't worry you babies are fine. And its twins!"
~ Isabella sat in disbelief. Twins?! How could this be? It is hard enough handling Jo, but now twin newborns!? ~
"D-d-do you know the gender, I mean genders?" Isabella asked just as the nurse was walking out.
"To baby boys! Your ultra-sound is scheduled in about, now! See you in an afterwards!

Jessica sat in the chair in the corner. "You know that Will is serious about his work. If he did something like that then it means you're different. Next think you'll know is that he's climbing into your bed to play 'rape little Emma' game." The woman pointed with a grin.

Cruz stood up and walked over to the man. "Where did you hide it?" He asked the other. It must have been somewhere on the bed. The man got on it with his hands and knees and started to look around for it.

Celessa looked at him for a moment and rested a hand on his shoulder lightly pulling a picture from her pocket with her free hand. She showed him the image of a little girl that looked exactly like her but had shorter hair pulled into two ponytails. "She is so sweet." She paused and looked at his picture for a moment then shifted her gaze to his eyes. "I am sorry she did that, it was a cruel thing to do." Yet another pause occurred as she took a few slow breaths."I am not sure where her dad is he disappeared after I told him about Rue."

"I hope you are right." Emma began to feel sick like she was going to throw up again. She was really starting to hate morning sickness. She wondered how long this was going to last.

Donnie looked at Cruz and laughed a little he then flipped him over "I have to say Doctor Cruz you are an adorable man." he said with a small smile, Donnie hadn't smiled since he had got here ~~~~~~~~~~~~ "You have a beautiful daugher," he said and put his picture away "I stayed ther for her till i got shipped out but i made sure they were ok,she then just left me." he shook his head and looked down at the floor

Jessica would see where here stomach was heading to and handed her a doggy bag for her to throw up in. "I know I'm right. Who know's Will better than the girl he raised by himself." The woman answered with pride. If she didn't know then no one knew.

Cruz was surprised by the man's moments. He was sure that he had taken his pills. They were fairly strong. Maybe he needed one dose stronger or something. The man's glasses were coming off his nose. "What are you doing?" The man asked.

Emma did the best she could trowing up into the bag though she did get a little bit on her gown since she could not see what she was doing. When she was done she laid back down. "How long do you think this will last.

"Well everything happens for a reason," the woman spoke quietly as she gave a reassuring smile. "Perhaps there is another person that will be there. It can only be night for so long, the sun has to rise eventually." Her tone was reassuring though somewhere inside her own mind she had her doubts, after all she had cancer once more but perhaps it would turn out for the best. She was unsure of what to do, it was odd but she wanted to cheer Derek up. "It will get better. I just know it and if you don't believe me then you will just have to wait and see."

Jessica knew the answer to that since her brother and her were in the medical field. "According to the books it will last for up to the next three months. Some people don't lose it till the end and some never get it." The woman answered.

Donnie looked down at the doctor "You are the first man to be kind to me." he said as he pushed his glasses up "If you are unconfertabel call the mtell the m to unlock the door, have them pull me away from you." you said as he put a hand on the mans chest "its only a matter of time before you go insane as well." he said getting closer to Cruz
