 ☾ I will never cease to fightJessica shook her head. "I'm a Meister too" Jessica replied. "Though I've never been in a city like this before. I mean one with lots of Weapons and Meisters everywhere. In my village I was the only one with any kind of powers." She looked out the window at all the townspeople walked by. "Isn't it strange though? The ordinary townspeople seem so calm even though they're living in a city filled with people who could so easily kill them."And sail on through darkest night

"Mm. I think they feel safe with us around. If they were any where else and a demon or witch attacked, they'd have to find a grouo to dispatch but with a town full of us here, I guess they feel like they'll have nothimg to worry about. And even if one, or even a group of us, turn there will still be someone to protect the townspeople." Reina mused as she looked out the window. "Anyways, looks like you'll be on the hunt for a partner, won't you."

☾ I will never cease to fight"Oh, I see..." replied Jessica, looking out the window as well. "I'm sure that's a comforting feeling." She looked back to Reina when she asked about a partner. "Oh, yes. I suppose I'll have to find one won't I?" She thought for a moment. "I wouldn't even know where to begin doing that." She tapped the side of her cheek as she thought. "What about you? Do you have a partner?" She asked curiously. And sail on through darkest night

"No. Unfortunately, I don't have a partner." Reina replied with a sigh. She had almost had partners in the past but they never contacted her back sealing the partnership. She just hoped that she'd have a partner soon. She was eager to go on a mission. "Well, people find there partners anywhere and everywhere. A lot of people find their partners at the school's training grounds or any popular hangout...except for this one today it seems."

☾ I will never cease to fightJessica smiled and nodded. "Don't worry, I'm sure there's a partner out there for you somewhere. He's just taking his sweet time to find you is all." She ran her fingers through her hair as she thought about partners. Would she have to get one? She had enrolled after all. But it was to find her brother. Would she end up attending this school for real? Could she do that? A worried expression crossed her face for a moment before she hid it with a smile. "I don't have one either, so we already have something in common, right?" She asked, laughing lightly. And sail on through darkest night

Reina couldn't help but laugh at her statement. "You make it sound like what people say about future husbands." she commented. She had never heard it put that way before but she supposed it had some truth to it. "Yeah, we do. We're two peas of a partnerless pod. I sometimes consider maybe going solo but there's nothing fun about that."

☾ I will never cease to fightJessica gave another laugh. "Well, sure. But it is true. Though being solo isn't so bad. I've been solo my entire life." Now that they were talking about it, she was curious about having a partner and what it would be like. She was about to say something else when a strange girl with a rather intimidating looking tiger walked up and asked them something about food. Jessica's eyes widened in surprise as she saw the giant tiger, putting both hands on the table in preparation to leap to her feet if it suddenly decided to attack. She'd never seen anything like it before, though it hadn't attacked them and it seemed to be with the girl. However, when the girl spoke it was in a broken sentence and Jessica wasn't sure exactly what she was trying to get at. "W-what?" She asked in confusion. And sail on through darkest night

"Yeah and I have the advantage of the weapon gene. An advantage not many meisters have. It's pretty much rare." Reina added. She hadn't thought about it carefully before but saying it out loud helped her realized she was fully capaoble of going on her own if she had too. Reina was about to say something else when an exotic looking girl came up to them. The girl used broken sentences which caused both her and Jessica to become confused. After the girl retated her sentence, Reina understood what she was looking for. "Oh. Uh..." Reina glanced at Jessica as if asking for hekp. Reina was never good at explaining things and when she tried it came out very blunt, lacking necessary details.

☾ I will never cease to fightJessica looked back at Reina, realizing she was looking to her for help. "Well, uh, food. Yes, this is an ice cream shop. I suppose you want some ice cream? You can go to that lady at the counter and ask her for some. Whatever flavor you want. Right?" She looked back at Reina for confirmation, doing her best to keep a friendly smile despite the fact that there was a giant tiger staring at them. She wondered who this girl was and what she was doing here. Was she a Weapon or a Meister? Or something else entirely? Death City was certainly a lot stranger than she had expected it to be. And sail on through darkest night

Shian understood the woman part but everything else was a mystery to her. "Icecream?,flavor? counter?" she asked two wanting an explanation.

Reina gave a grateful look to Jessica for explaining. Just when she thought they were done explaining, the girl questioned them again. Reina gave the girl a bewildered look and bit her lower lip. It seemed they weren't in the clear just yet. "Yes, well um...you see, ice cream is this cold, frozen cream. If you go to that lady behind the counter, she can get you some. But before she can get it for you, you have to tell her flavor you want. The flavor tells uou how the ice cream will taste. Like if you choose banana, your icecream will taste like banana." Reina explained with some difficulty, hoping it was an adequate enough explanation.
