A hop and a skip and the Electrike would step out of the Sableye's reach. Time and time again she would evade those slashing claws as if they were nothing; and just as Phobia attempted that final strike she would duck beneath it, lunging fangs bared to bite deep into his torso. This time she would certain make his ribs Crunch.
((My rolls are consistently in the wrong location...))

The quick dance backwards left him with his claws ...deep into nothing ...as he hissed as his own failure. This was a dance of death, and he was losing badly ...as he missed and that attack would come forward ....as Phobia tries to duck away.
He knew why things were going so badly ...there was nothing for him to feed on now. There was no food source coming from the girl ....as something would occur to him.
Maybe he had been feeding on the wrong food source as he looks from her to the pokemon in front of him. Maybe, he needed to find a new food source ....as he thought of hatred ...always bitter and ugly but he is a greedy pokemon and he was getting hunger.
If only he can survive this next blow.

A hair's breadth, a fraction less significant then the end of her nose, but still that tiny space was all it would take for the Electrike's fangs to sink into air rather then Phobia's violet flesh.
For the first time in this battle the electric-type would come up short in her attack, a deep growl building up in her throat.
Next time...she would not miss next time.
Darting back upon nimble paws, the Electrike would resort to the same defense she always had. A step here, a swift jump there, she would continuously retreat in small portions simply to maintain her distance from the Sableye.

(actually, and I hate to point this out, but, he gained +1 due to attack rolls so it's 1 Dmg)
The darkness of the attack would nick him even as the electrike past him by. The pain made him turn swiftly too swiftly for words to describe as phobia would lock his own need and hunger to that of the Pokemon before him.
He would swallow bitter hatred as he aimed his claws his scratch to tear into that still moving back as the Pokemon would pass him.

(She, and that comes into a matter of opinion. We both seem to view the use of a Critical/Fumble differently)
(18 - 9) + (13 - 10) = 12 DMG
Electrike HP: 8
It would happen then, for the first time in the course of the battle Phobia's claws would sink deep into the body of the Electrike, red blood mixing with green fur in a matted mess.
The Electric-Type growled, snapping her jaws shut for a moment as she endured the pain; however she did not bite back her curses. Soon enough a series of words and phrases unfit for the mouth of a lady would exude from the female's mouth in rapid succession, ending in a quick and rather polite by contrast ">Stupid Humon lover!<"
Blood splattered across the ground as the Electrike lunged forward, her maw held open wide. This time she'd tear the stupid Sableye's head off! She'd watch his eyes shatter beneath her teeth in one terrifying Crunch!

(I don't quit get that one ... It wasn't a counterattack that got that roll, and that was a straight forward attack)
Phobia felt his claws sink deeply as he tries to twist away from the pokemon's maw. He needed to keep his power intact so that the next time he struck would be the last. If only he could avoid what was coming as he felt the hatred so strong that it actually stung the Pokemon.
Made him wince in response to what was going to happen next.

((I no longer have an clue what you're talking about.))
(18 - 11) + (12 - 12) = 7 DMG
Phobia HP: 0
It was roughly then, as the Electrike's fangs sunk into the Sableye's skin that he'd swear he could hear a Snorlax singing far off in the distance...it sounded female.
It was then the battle would end, Phobia's body breaking down even if his 'spirit' remained strong.

The return would happen as if almost automatically as Victoria looked still as dull eye as before. She made no moves to do anything more as she started to walk forward ..only if that Pokemon attacked would she bother herself with her.
There was nothing there any more ...less so as she would miss something falling free of her.
She would never notice the poke all that fell and bounced towards the electrike.
There were no eye contact as it would hit against her ..the girl would only notice the sound of the click and that alone would draw her attention. Otherwise, the electric type would have a clear shot at her back.

Though Victoria only noticed the click, the Electrike would be made to notice so much more then that. Eyes wide with shock, the Electric-Type would loose an angry howl even as she was sucked into the confines of the capsule ">Damn you Huuuuummmooooooooooon!!!!<"
Then the sphere would strike the ground, shaking violently back and forth as the Pokemon buried within fought with all her remaining might to break free of the capsule. To escape from this ball so she could rip the girl's throat just for trying to contain her in such a fashion.
Alas it was not to be, for struggle as she might, the Electrike could not seem to free herself. A few light shakes would rock the ball, and then at last it would give a sharp solitary tone. The Electrike had been captured.

The girl's expression would say it all as the pain seemed to be plaster there. She hadn't meant to capture another one. Another creature that would rely on her to survive and would ultimately die.
The thought made her cringe as she picked up the pokeball and due to her mood would name the Pokemon, void.
It was a fitting name for her, or so, Victoria thought as she made her last few steps towards the entrance.
(question, what is her exp?)

((Hmm...that is a question which actually takes some thought. Thinking logically...))
Exp: 101/400
So it would come to pass that Victoria's final steps through the side-path would come uneventful, the sight of the plants main building soon coming into view.

Entering back into the area, the girl would immediately seek out the Nurse. She needed to see what could be done about the boy of the dead ....horsea, and she needed to get her other ....two ...no. She stopped for a moment as she looked at her belt ...as she would shift the weight of the dead Horsea to one arm.
She had three again, two electric types, and one ghost/dark. It was strange, she hadn't thought much about the new life put into her hands only than to despair. Hopefully this new one would live longer than her old ...as she thought about Void, and headed onwards.
The girl didn't have any ideas that she had another creature that hated her ...with her ...as she went to see what could be done about healing her pokemon. Arriving where the Nurse is ...as she looked for that familiar shudder of electricity in the distances or heard the pop of it in the air.

What Victoria would be met with was likely not what she'd expected to find. Standing in the Nurse's office seemed to be some sort of monster. An Amalgam made of cloth and metal. Pots, pants, wrenches, lunch boxes, all such things seemed to be make up the creatures body.
Slowly it would shift, responding to the sound of the door opening. It's steps were slow, cumbersome, as if it were not used to walking.
It's foot would strike the counter, and suddenly it would begin to tip. Flailing wildly the monster would strike the ground with a resounding CLANG...and then Victoria would be able to see it, a wisp of pink hair beneath all that metal.
A familiar voice would cry out then "HELP ME!!!!"
Yes, it would seem that among the resident Joy's various quirks, a 'magnetic' personality was one of them.

Victoria took in the sight of what seemed to be a pile of moving objects. Not really sure what to make of any of it ...the girl would at first move to avoid until she heard that voice, and her eyes went wide. It made sense ...too much sense that that would happen eventually as she would think about what to do next.
How did one make a magnet again? No better yet, she simply needed to reverse the charges as she took out the only pokemon that was still awake as the Electrike appear and the look she gave Victoria was nothing pleasant.
"Void, need your help."
That sent the Electrike staring at her with her teeth bared ...and her legs spread. And Victoria rolled her eyes in a sign of her own tiredness.
"I don't have time to fight you about this ....simply do what I ask or I will simply recall you back into that pokeball again."
It was a snap in her voice as Void looked a bit stun at her tone of voice, and then as if to answer her ...her fur would start to crackle with electricity as the girl would dart out of the way of a thunder wave that would set the nearest metal thing spurting with the electric charge and not only that but glowing faintly as it picked up a very strong magnetic charge ..something enough to hopefully rip off the items stuck to the Nurse Sparky.
She really had as bad of luck as Victoria.
(Not sure if this can really happen or not)
