Altair, too, looked up from the introductions, discussions of the human world and other rough but somewhat goodnatured banter when Red spoke. Slapping Nuk's hand away from his beltloop he sauntered after the rest of the group, rolling his eyes.
"Oh boy, I can just tell that this is going to be fun."

 TEAM SKULLKER
"Hated might be a strong word to use - but he did annoy the living hell out of me," the demon snorted somewhat as he watched Tybalt, "He found me playing some music by the river and procedeed to make a nuisence out of himself in the more unorthodox way posible, and to make matters worse, a few days later I was stuck in a spin the bottle game with him," there was a pause as he thought back, recalling the game with clarity. A small click of his tongue over sharp teeth followed, "Mostly a complete disaster, though there were some good things that came out of that game," one of said things, whom had been clearly occupied kissing Ren, turned and threw herself at him, "This pretty little ghoul being one of them, though something tells me that if she keeps throwing herself at my arms, the Turkey's going to grow jealous."
Gabrian caught LW in his arms with practiced grace, almost as if the nix were entirely used to that sort of behavior, "Do be careful, Puppy. I know you're capable of fending for yourself, but do me a favor and stay out of trouble. We bought know you have a knack for trouble. Like the bathroom incident," a pause, "Among others," that said, he let go of the wolf ghoul and ussered her slightly towards Mort, offering the zombie looking boil a small smirk; apparently he was in similar situation as Coralie was. He was stuck in a group full of ghouls while the witch was stuck in one full of boils, "I bet this will be interesting, at the very least."
As he was saying that, he felt Ren's finger's curl around his sleeve, and the nix let out a small sigh, feeling quite bad for his friend. His hand came up and fell down softly on the griffon's shoulder, patting him in a comforting gesture several times before he offered the boil a small smile. He was quite sure the wolf would be fine, "I think you should ponder looking out for yourself. You'll have more than enough to worry about with just keeping yourself safe, now let's go," he gave the griffin a small push and then turned to follow. His gaze fell on Coralie as they walked again, "Oh, you do, don't you?" a brow arched as he smirked, "Well, isn't that just fascinating."
At least things would be interesting, by the looks of it!

Was he ready? Not really, but Myr shouldered his bag, and followed the others into the house anyways. What would happen would happen.

So.. were they going in separately then? The whole business about the house "sorting" them accordingly had Tsetsiliya a little rattled. Or did that merely mean it would properly sort them into the groups they started in?
Whatever the case, Johan certainly didn't waste time and headed through the portal. She cast a cautionary glance towards Taryn, hoping the ghoul's optimism was still holding up. Thankfully, she seemed to be doing alright, and was the next to head through the door. Tsetsiliya opened her mouth to say something to Colette, but the ghoul entered after Taryn, leaving the poludnica lingering for a moment by herself. Her eyes drifted back towards the others who were also passing through the door, hoping to find Joachim in the crowd somewhere, but he was nowhere to be seen. Would he be able to find them inside? She chewed her lower lip anxiously.
All she could do was hope he would. With a deep breath, she stepped through.

The TrendzettersEben tried to listen closely as his comrade's explained their talents. He felt as though he should be taking notes, his hands itched for a pen. Trying to decide whether he should speak up or not about his own talents, he was distracted when it looked as though the groups were about to be moving out. He was having second thoughts, but sadly, there wasn't anything he could do now.
Grabbing a bottle of ink and his best pen from his bag, Eben squared his shoulders, sighed despondently, and followed the others. It was time.Ebenezer is exiting!

Team TBANight didn't really have time to say goodbye as the girls disappeared before looking around. The other two members of their team had yet to show and he was getting antsy being alone with the other students. Sighing he hoped the other two would be able to find there way to them before stepping into the portal. (EXIT POST FOR NIGHT)

Claire nodded in Silence as she jogged to keep up. Things just got srs. Her ponytail bobbed and her mouth panted as she reached the door and stepped inside. Now it was time to do what ever the hell came next.

((IT IS ASSUMED AT THIS POINT THAT ALL STUDENTS ARE INSIDE THE HAUNTED HOUSE.))Red was silent as the students moved past her into the house. Those that entered would find that those around them slowly faded away, the sounds becoming quieter and quieter before they found themselves with their groups in one of the many different rooms. The purple-cloaked Boogeyman reached in and pulled the door shut as the last student entered, turning to face Red. "Are you sure?" He questioned, "What you are about to do is --" " I know!" Red snapped in reply, cutting him off with the chop of her hand. "You and I know that it's too late. It's..." She shook her head, nodding towards the horsemen, her voice hardening. "It's not the time or place to talk. Do you have it?" In response, the purple cloaked Halloween being drew forth a box from beneath his cloak and offered it to Red with a nod. Red shook her head, declining; he shrugged in response. He turned towards the Horsemen and addressed them. "Come here, if you please. I wish to speak with you." The ghost Boogeyman drifted closer towards the Horsemen as he spoke, "You four and Red have an important task ahead of you," he began. "In order to complete that task however, I must request that you please take one of these." He opened the box and held it out to them, waiting for them to take one or to look at the contents curiously. Within the box were five necklaces, each one similar in shape and size. They were like the dreaded silver shield pendants, but these were gear-shaped and forged from brass. Each one had a "CW" emblazoned in bright teal on the front. "These will allow you to traverse the haunted house freely," Clockwork began. "You see, in order to test each group we have split them up into different timelines. Instances, if you will. This way they can all journey together while being apart." Regardless of whether or not they had accepted one, he turned and gestured for Red to approach. He offered the box to her a second time. This time, Red accepted one and put it around her neck, keeping one hand on it as she spoke. "We have received word that Hunters are in the area. Even now as we speak, they have managed to infiltrate this place and kidnap students." Red stared at the horsemen, her gaze slowly sweeping across them. "Your orders are to find the Hunters and kill them. I do not care if there are Halloween casualties. If they are with the hunters, killing them is more merciful than leaving them there. I don't care about damages, I don't care how you do it. I just want them dead. Are we at an understanding?" The werewolf turned and took a few steps. "I'm going on ahead. Listen to my friend here; he will tell you how to work the amulets. Good hunting." Her steps picked up as she half-walked, half-ran into house. The door slammed shut behind her. A sigh came from the ghost boogeyman in his purple cloak. "Such a waste," he said, shaking his head. He did not elaborate as he turned towards the horsemen. "These amulets will enable you to jump from group to group. We know that there are hunters inside, however we have been unable to attune the amulets to them. You are on your own to find them." "Simply pull on your amulet and concentrate on the group you wish to jump to. Otherwise if you have no set location, you will jump around randomly. While you must jump around randomly to find the hunters, providing assistance for your fellows may result in being more beneficial for both you and them in the long run." When the box was offered, he looked inside for a brief moment, a spike of electricity running through his body in reaction. He recognized the shape of these things, yet... it was with great hesitation that he took one, looking it over to study the differences between them and the one that had been seen in the office of the Student Council quite carefully. Yes, these were acceptable. Like Red, he put it around his neck.
Invictus's posture grew slightly stiffer at the mention of the hunters, narrowing his eyes at word that they were inside the house. That was...... he was not very fond of this idea that the house was harboring such a thing. Especially with their own inside. He knew very well what such a thing meant, and a small glance over the Horsewomen said just as much. Never the less, he did not follow immediately on the heels of Red as she entered the building. Instead, Conquest's attention remained firmly on the man speaking to them.
With the buffer allowed to be prepared this time, he was going to take it. None of this 'trapped without a clue why until you're there for years' BS it had started out as previously.
He bowed his head lightly to the man after he finished his instructions. "Thank you, we will carry out our task." he said, giving one last look to his three companions, before moving to enter the building as well.
The Horsemen would take no hostages.

Respawning Post.
"Son of a candlejackin' mother bustin'--" Roch's cursing started before he was even fully solid. He looked around, cursing his luck, cursing the entire situation and looking around for something to kick.
"That was totally BALLS," he announced for anyone listening. "JackDAMMIT, let me go back!! I could have gotten another trap!!"

Team oh ******** I died Awesome
RESPAWNING POST
The feel of respawning for the first time in her life made Riyo's body shake and shiver as she returned to existence, red eyes wide and confused. Of course she knew that could happen... It just... It was quite an experience.
When she was solid again, the ghoul checked herself for any anomalies before her mind slowly recalled what had just occurred. There were laser burns in her jacket, along with the fire marks... But those didn't really matter.
What mattered was... She had failed. She had failed her teammates, she had failed Lizzy. She had failed Lattice. She had failed the beautiful woman who seemed to be the only higher power to take pity on them.
Her shaking hands reached up to cover her face. Not because she was about to cry, but because of the utter shame she felt. That was what she got for trying to help others, right?
... Yeah.
... That was... What she got.

SCARLET SABBATH
Roch jerked out of his pissed-off state as the ghoul appeared, and covered her face with her hands. "Hey," he said, a bit awkwardly. "What, was that your first time dissipating?" he asked. "It's okay, it kinda sucks the first time, sure, but--" Then he frowned. "No, it always sucks."
He looked around, almost hoping that others would show up so he didn't have to keep making an a** out of himself trying to comfort a complete stranger. But that would suck if they did, too, cuz that would mean less people taking out the traps--

Team Awesome"I don't care about that." Riyo immediately replied in a quiet tone, muffled by the interference of her hands. Sure, it wasn't a fantastic experience. She wouldn't deny it was bad, but under other circumstances the ghoul probably wouldn't have taken it so badly.
The fact that somebody else was there didn't surprise her. A stranger talking to her did, but it didn't outwardly show. "I failed at the only thing I didn't do for myself." The feline wasn't an open person. She didn't like showing weakness, but...
She felt pathetic. Low. Disgusting. As if she didn't deserve to reappear. All of the fake egotism in the world couldn't hide it. "And now my teammates. My goodie-two shoes teammates who disgust me with their constant talk of friendship and milkshakes are stuck in that mess. I couldn't do a single Jack damn thing to help them. Why should I even care? WHY do I care? I don't know!" Riyo's blazing red eyes peeked out from behind her hands. "I feel so many things right now, and I hate it."

Scarlet SabbathRoch looked at her, raising one eyebrow slowly. "You took out one of the traps, right?" he said quietly. "You were there with me and G and Danny, I saw you. That's a jackin' good thing to do. Once that crazy lady gets free she'll get rid of those guys that look like reapers." That disgusted him. "Jackin' lookalikes. That just ain't right," he growled. "And your team--Mot, Mitsu, Shun and Hel, right? Well even if they get killed, they'll just show up here. The ones you need to worry about are the ones still stuck in the tent." Lattice, Edel, Lizzy, Vieve... jackdammit, he knew all four of them. He muttered something dark, hating himself for screwing up before he could talk to Lattice. "As for feeling s**t? This isn't the time to focus on that. Shove it down, bring it back when we're back in Halloween."

Team AwesomeWhy the hell was this guy giving her a pep talk? He didn't even know her. Finally removing her hands from her face, the shame was still apparent. Yeah. Shove it down. That's what she always did, wasn't it? So why the hell was it so hard to do this time?
"... What are they, really? And what are they going to do to Lizzy and Lattice?" The cat demon didn't know if this boil would have the answers. In all honesty, she probably didn't want to know. Since she had already died, however, the ghoul imagined that the whole curiosity killed the cat saying wouldn't have a whole lot of substance here.
