Lies And Salamander The boy jumped visibly, hearing the voice all around him. His eyes seemed to widen beneath his hood, as he pulled his jacket tighter to him. This place was just a little creepy. Were there ghosts here or something? Was this some kind of test to frighten him? Well it was kind of working, despite his attempts to ignore it. "B-B-battle, please." he managed to say.

The voice declares as a bottle would appear on one side of him and on the other ......his opponent as the pokemon brought it's stringer beyond his own head. This would be a very interesting fight as the poison type turns to face the water type. Though he wouldn't attack just yet as the voice declares.

The pokemon would wince in pain as those claws would tear into him. That scratch catching deep into flesh as he would try to shrug the Purrloin off and whirls at the same time to catch her once more with his own claws in a stratch attack of his own. It would seem for the moment they were trading blows, with the most powerful of them going to be able to deal the final one.

The Charmander seemed to clap it's claws together as a look of glee filled it's gaze. The deer pokemon had been slammed into the wall with his last Dragon Pulse. But it simply hadn't been good enough because no blood had been spilled. This time, this time. Now that the doe was now back on the defensive side, he gathered the energy to himself once more. Blue energy once again pulsed around his body before the waves erupted as the Dragon Pulse aimed to slam the Deerling into the wall hard enough for blood to splash forth and show his own violent but victorious ways.

The boy's eyes widened in shock as he saw the bottle filled with some kind of liquid and the pokemon that they were about to face. Tossing his pokeball, he released the water beast within. "I need your help, Namiko!" he said, without stuttering once. His ways as a trainer, he seemed to be a little confident then around others.
A flash of red light and a Lapras stood in place. She glanced at the pokemon that was to be her opponent, a Scorpion of some sort. Just as she was preparing for the battle, the boy had tossed some sort of object at her. He motioned for her to drink it and thus she did. Not really having a clue on what she had drank but trusting her trainer, she focused once more at the battle on hand. Nothing was better then the present as she took a deep breath. Opening her mouth water sprouted forth in a rapid spray aiming to hit her opponent with a Water Gun attack!

Lyuk looked happy as he entered the room, his pokemon perched on his shoulder. The boy's bright icy blue gaze flickered over the room before he jumped fist pumping the air. "Yes! This is the kind of place we should be. I knew that joining this academy would be lots of fun for the both of us." A smile could be contagious as it was obvious on both his face and the Emolga's on his shoulder. The room they were in, various battles seemed to be taking place but it was kind of big with enough room for it to be possible. The area was sort of like being in a dojo and the blonde haired boy couldn't wait for his own battle to start. "Helloooo out there!" he called.

Molly walked into the room with curiousity. She cringed a little at the site of blood on the floor, no doubt from a previous battle. She knew knew that she would have to get over it, if she was to become a guard. A Snivy trotted beside his master, as he looked at the other pokemon battling. Molly took of her hat, and smoothed her white hair, to make herself more presentable. She held her hat with both hands behind her back, as she waited to be addressed to. Her blue eyes looked around, "Excuse me?" she said.

Arlie felt a small sense of satisfaction that the blow connected this time. But now that Kallie's turn was over, the Sneasel was retaliating. "Move, Kallie!"
Kallie smirked to herself. Finally, her claws had been reddened with the blood of an enemy. But now she had to avoid reddening his claws. She tried to leap to the side to avoid them.

The boy would, however, find the atmosphere did not match his enthusiasm. In the instant the child spoke the world around him would become dark, an icy chill running though the air and involuntarily up his spine. It was the feeling of a presence only to be spoken about in whispers, a sensation that told the instincts of any sensible creature to run; but Lyuke wasn't likely to do that now was he?
"Gehehehe....GWAHAHAHAA! So another wanders into the insect wanders into the spiders den" A sinister voice called out "Welcome to my Nightmare child. Would you like the Tutorial, or may I simply start ripping into your flesh!? GWAHAHAHAHA!!!" The voice seemed to echo from every direction all at once, especially that bone chilling cackle.

Much as it had for another youth moments ago, Molly's entire world would fade to black, the air taking on an icy chill. "While the cat's away, the mice shall play...but the cat's fun shall begin when the mice come in! GWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" A mocking, sinister voice cackled from all around the girl. Most who entered the room were greeted by an emotionless robotic voice; but it would seem this child would have the miss fortune of dealing with someone else entirely.
"Such a polite little dear. Would you prefer the Tutorial...or the Slaughter!? GWAHAHAHAHA!!!" The voice cackled hysterically. Clearly whomever she was dealing with was quite mad, or a very good actor.

(-1 to all attack rolls ...no, the Deerling was successful, because her attack roll was lower than your defense)
The change was starting, but it didn't seem to have come fast enough as she saw the dragon's maw start to open. Another Dragon Pulse, another one of those painful attacks ...she couldn't take another one as she drops her attack and shifts to a much more offensive one as she came rushing forward with an tackle attack. A counter-attack to his Dragon Pulse as she seek to push her opponent into the ground and use her weight to literally pin him there.

The Water Gun would be sprayed as the Skorupi moved to avoid it even as he attacked. His tail coming up and over his back as he leveled his attack ...against the water type. Special attack versus Special attack ...he sent a spray of poison needles from his tail to match that of the incoming water.
He was going to drive back that attack ...force the water back towards it's user and his own poison stings as well. Eyes narrowed, this was now quite literally a tug of war with water and poison.

Those claws would tear once more and deeply. There differences in their strength was making itself much more clearer with each strike he made. With each one of those claws that struck into the flesh of his opponent ...it was becoming much and much more clearer ....that even though the Purrloin was scratching back ...there wasn't enough strength there to matter.
He was literally going to win this fight due to sure strength, and there was almost nothing that they could do about it. A flick of that feather on his head would show his own confidences and assurances of this matter as he stood up straight.
His claws would motion for the Purrloin to attack him as he stood with his arms out wide. His entire body exposed as it would seem that he was not only only making fun of them, but, challenging the Purrloin to actually cause serious damage this time.

The Charmander was knocked into the ground and he growled angrily. He must've gotten a little too confident as the doe pokemon had caught him off guard. Irritated that her Tackle attack had been stronger then his own, his eyes narrowed in irritation. This was going to take a little longer then suspected. Annoyed he gathered the blue energy once more to counter attack forth with Dragon pulse. It was time the pokemon learned what it was to learn a lesson. This time he would effectively throw her against a wall and spill forth her blood.

In the battle between poison and water, the water attack won out. It barely grazed the Scorpion pokemon but an attack was still an attack. The large dinosaur watched her opponent wearily. Whatever came next, she would do her best to avoid what was coming.

Lyuk grinned despite the drop in temperature and the random voice coming from somewhere. Glancing around, he seemed to c**k his head to the side, wondering but then not really caring where it had come from. "Hello there, Voice!" he called cheerfully. At the comment about whether to have a tutorial or to rip into bones, the boy look confused for a second. "If you're hungry, I might have some food with me in my pack. Though I'm not exactly sure what kind of food you might eat whether it be human or pokemon. But if you like to tear into flesh..maybe you're a zombie or something like in movies! I could try and find some road kill for you to eat... but yeah! I'd like to battle!" he finally said, finishing his rambling.
