As she slid at him, she swung a strong sweeping attack with her arm at his right leg, attempting to trip him up. Speed:11 Strength:7 Energy:900 Due to the fact that Dante had lycan fast reactions, he was extremely quick to react to her strike at his leg. He did a pulled his legs up, much like a high jumper would, before hitting a full back flip and landing in a crouched position. It was his turn to charge Tabby as he ran at her, attempting a Hanuman versus Lanka at her ribs, bringing his knee forward while he was in the air in an attempt to hit her ribs with the tip of it.

Description: A powerful and fast attack where the user takes a high jump forward and strikes an opponent's head with the sharp tip of their knee. The crushing damage is tremendous and even if blocked the power can still send their opponent to the ground or stun them. This attack can also be used to attack opponents in mid-air, in which case the strike hits them in the solarplex.

Liam stared blankly at Dante as he tried to process what he had just been told. There were a number of words that didn't make sense to him and somehow it seemed more complicated than it needed to. With a frown he shifted his weight from side to side as he thought about the riddle seriously. Soon his shifting turned into alternation sitting and standing before he lay on the ground and began rolling slightly back and forth while kicking his feet. Finally with a groan of exasperation Liam jumped to his feet and focusing tried to dash forward again with little actual result. A hiss flowed from his mouth even as he felt his sisters eyes on his back.

Lillith stared at Dante blankly as he spoke and seconds after he finished shook her head and said, Um, I have no affinity for elements, neither does my brother. I must admit an interest in Dim Mak but I would rather learn the healing meditation technique of Berserkers first. With that said she reached out to grab her twin as he ran by and whispered sharply in his ear, Idiot, think for once, something that seems impossible by normal means usually involves energy right? With that said she decided to insure she understood the ki barrage technique by making a quick jabbing motion at the ground in front of her brother's foot while focusing energy to her fist and releasing it. The resulting indentation would give him a foothold for his next attempt.

Liam smiled brightly at his sister after she spoke and rubbed his hands together before saying, Now that makes sense! Okay so energy and running right? No problem. With that Liam dropped into a sprinter's stance and focused on shifting energy into his legs. Despite his manner of speaking and generally hyper active disposition he was serious about learning this type of technique so that he could stay out of his sister's way in a fight. With a deep breath he began focusing energy into his legs as he prepared for a very big burst.

Quickly, Tabby activated her blood shield, casting a coat of metal over her torso. The force of the attack would be lessened, but still enough to knock her back. What she really hoped to do was damage Dante's knee by having it strike a metal surface. Tabby was knocked on her back. She released her blood shield and took in a few deep breaths. The attack had knocked the wind out of her a little. After a few seconds, she was ready to attack again. This time, she ran at Dante and jumped into the air, putting her left foot out to drop it onto her head with full force. [2/5] Profile Weapons:

Speed:11 Strength:7 Energy:900 Dante felt his knee strike Tabby's rib and heard it snap sickeningly. He simply looked at it, as if wondering why it had even snapped before it popped back into place due to his lycanthropic healing. He used the shin stomp attack, preventing Tabby from kicking at his head entirely. He decided not to go for another attack however, crouching into a stance and waiting for Tabby's next move.

She used the force of her falling foot to propel her forwards, turning the heavy swing into a fast step. As she lept at Dante, she pulled her arm back and coated her hand with the Blood Shield, making it heavier, and adding more force behind the blow. She swung the metal fist at Dante's gut. Speed:11 Strength:7 Energy:900 Dante didn't think it was fair to dash in the middle of a spar, considering it was a fist spar, and she couldn't use swords so he shouldn't be able to dash. He raised his knee and elbow, forming a sort of shield with the two. As the fist hit his knight's shield, he felt the impact, since she was basically wearing brass knuckles. He slid back a good six feet, slamming into a wall. There was no serious damage however besides a rather large bruise, which healed itself up almost immediately. The force of the blow shocked Dante however. If she was only a trainee and could hit that hard, he'd like to see her at expert or master, assuming she survived nocturne.
Knight's Shield

Description: This is a defensive stance the fighter can use to both strengthen their footing and ease damage from incoming blows. This is done by raising one leg off the ground and bringing the elbow and forearm of the same side down to the raised knee to create something that looks similar to a shield in front of the user (see pic). By using the strongest bones in the body that they've been training, this defense can completely block D-rank and below attacks while also lowering the damage dealt from higher attacks by one rank. The user can't move while in the stance, and it only prevents damage from the user's front side, leaving the back and sides vulnerable.

Cloud sighed again, deciding he had had enough of a rest. After all, if he rested all day he'd never be able to become the strongest Draconian in Axiom. But naps feel so terrific. He thought to himself in an almost complaining fashion.

Cloud shook his head, knowing that complaining to himself wouldn't solve anything. If anything, it would just make things worse. He squatted down low, picking up the scroll before standing up again, his rather tall form towering over nearly everybody.

Cloud opened the the shadowknight scroll for the third time that day. He examined all of the techniques in the scroll, trying to think of which skill he should learn next. After a while of thinking, he decided to go with the unholy shroud technique, hoping it would indeed prove useful.

Cloud set down the scroll in the exact same spot he always set it down in before resuming his learning position. As always, his feet were shoulders width apart and his hands in front of him, palms down. He focused for a moment, his face an epitome of concentration.

After a moment of focusing, Cloud facepalmed himself. He realized he had forgotten to unsheath his broadsword and did so, the blade making a hissing sound as it came from his back scabbard. He assumed a fighting stance, getting ready to learn his technique.

Cloud focused for a moment before swinging his sword forward. Black energy seemed to pour from it. The energy emanated mothing but pure malevolence. It was almost as if the energy wanted to hurt somebody. Cloud smiled, seeing he had learned a new technique again.
[unholy shroud learned]
Cloud resheathed his sword, the blade making the usual hissing sound as it went in. He popped another squat and picked up the scroll, sifting through it before putting it back down. The next skill would be a fairly easy one to use.
The next skill Cloud was to learn was called skeletal shield. He smiled as he saw how he could use this skill in battle. It involved summoning a skeleton and destroying it to create a shield.
Cloud looked at the undead minion he had summoned previously. "Requiescat in pache my old friend." Cloud said. the skeleton looked confused for a moment before it exploded, its bones in segments strewn across the floor of the CAZ.
Cloud zoomed in on his energy well. He seemed to glow like a solar eclipse as his energy was unleashed, a halo of black forming around him with a bit of light around the edges. He began to pull out a good amount of energy, focusing on getting the right amount.
After focusing for a while, Cloud's energy seemed to leave him and slowly seep into the bones. He watched intently. At first, nothing seemed to happen. Then all at once, the bones began moving. Cloud smiled as he saw them move, and waited patiently.
Cloud didn't have to wait long before a mass of bones lay in front of him, in the form of a shield. He discovered he could move the shield with his mind, and could also wield it manually. He set the shield down, knowing he favored the greatsword over anything else.

Cloud set down the Shadowknight scroll, deciding to come back to it at a later point in time. He decided to try something a little more fun. He decided it was time to try the fire element techniques.
Cloud went back to the little stack of scrolls he had put down to save him time. He then picked up one made of bright red material. he opened it up and looked inside of it, looking for skills.
The first skill Cloud absolutely had to learn was called the fireball. It was simple, but needed for every single skill. Cloud set down his scroll and got to work.
Cloud sighed, before snapping his fingers. A ball of fire appeared in his hand, as simple as that. He knew that one would be easy, it was the other techniques that would be more difficult.

Cloud looked at the next skill. It was also quite simple. It was one called the flame deflection technique.
The flame deflection technique involved deflecting an attack using a shield of flames. However, the amount of energy he was deflecting was equivelant to the amount of energy he used. He also kept in mind that this skill was useful only against flame attacks.
Cloud formed a small ball of fire in his hands, and watched it crackle for a moment. It was like a mini star in his hands. After juggling and messing around with it for a bit, Cloud threw the fire in the air.
Cloud watched the fire ascend, and as it was coming back down, made a shield of flames. He smiled as the flames bounced harmlessly off of the shield, and watched it hit the ground. Cloud stomped the flame out with his scaled foot. The good thing about Draconians; they never had to worry about new shoes.

Cloud looked at all of his scrolls. He thought about what to do next. He supposed it only made sense to choose another flame ability, since he had already started on them, may as well learn a couple more.
Cloud squatted down and picked up the scroll, looking at it as he did so. He thought he noticed something strange about it. He decided to stare at the scroll a moment longer, trying to determine what was wrong with it.
After a few moments of staring, Cloud noticed the edge of the scroll was on fire! he hastily opened it up and stamped it out. There were virtually no problems with the scroll. The only sign of burning was the charred edge, and nothing more.
Since the scroll was already opened, Cloud just squatted and read it a bit. He needed a new skill to learn, and fast. If he wanted to become ready for a novice test before Fenrir got back. Cloud scowled at the thought of him. Fenrir was the reason his entire family was dead. Of all the battalions, his just had to face off against Fenrrir's army.
Cloud sighed before going through his energy well once more. It seemed the fire element came naturally to him, and he enjoyed that. It wasn't like the Shadowknight skills, where he had to try to focus as hard as he could.
Cloud smiled. This skill should be super easy, considering all he was doing was an elongated version of the fireball. He was right as well. He sent out a stream of fire from one side of the room to the opposite wall, looking like a human flamethrower as he did so.

The draconian sighed, looking over the remaining techniques. There was really nothing he needed to learn in the fire section of his training. Sure, some of them would be helpful. But he needed to focus on what was needed, not just wanted. So he walked over to his scrolls and set down the fire one.
Cloud immediately picked up his Draconian scroll after setting down the fire scroll. He opened the scroll, prepared to see the history of draconians. He saw several glyphs and such that he couldn't read. After wtrying to make out the glyphs for a while, he gave up. Instead, he looked for a skill he could learn.
Thankfully enough, all of the skills were understandable to Cloud. The first one was called gaining air and for someone as slow as him, seemed quite useful. He set down the scroll and tried it out.
Cloud jumped, making it nearly five feet in the air. He then gave a powerful stroke with his feathery wings. The result was another five feet in the air. Cloud hit the ground, making an extremely loud sound. He sighed, glad he had finished off skill number one in the draconian set.

Cloud looked at his wings, admiring his newfounded power in them. He decided that he would search the Draconian scroll for anymore wing related talents.
Cloud eagerly searched through the scroll, looking for another wing skill in there. He kept looking and looking, but couldn't seem to find one. he didn't give up his search however, determined to find one.
After a few minutes and almost giving up, Cloud found the skill he was looking for. It was called the Gust skill. All he had to do was sweep his wings forward, causing a massive blast of air to rush from his wings.
Cloud set down the scroll. He did this due to the fact that the last thing he wanted to do was cause a gust and accidentally let go of his scroll. This would send it flying and might cause it to hit somebody.
Cloud knew that despite that the skill looked simple, it probably required energy. He got in his usual training stance, focusing solely on his energy pool. After a few moments of focusing, he decided to let the whole thing out in one massive gust of air.
Cloud swept his wings forward as hard as he could, his energy assisting him. there was a huge gale of wind in front of him now, knocking a dummy over. Cloud looked extremely pleased that he had learned this move now, and stopped moving his wings.

Cloud sighed, knowing there were more than likely no more skills at his rank for his wings. He shrugged, refusing to let this get to him. He figured that eventually he'd have to get a rank up right? and then he'd be a draconian in the sky, raining fire upon his enemies with his epic dragon breath.
Cloud went back to his scrolls, debating on wether or not to even pick up the draconian scroll. After a moment of debating, Cloud decided it wold be best to learn a couple more skills before stopping for a rest.
Cloud squatted down, grabbing for his scroll. It rolled to the side slightly before he could grab it. He sighed, reaching over to the other side and grabbing it, picking it up and reading it.
Cloud looked through the scroll for another D ranked skill. He was in luck, as there were two left. One was called dragon claws, and he decided to learn this one first.
Dragon claws was a relatively easy skill. It involved him simply transforming his hands into the claws they were meant to be, enabling him to crush rocks with even more ease than he already could. He set down the scroll, as he didn't want to rip it when his hands transformed.
Cloud didn't even have to think for this skill. his hands slowly formed into claws, and eventually they were the full draconian claws. He smiled, knowing that he only had one more D ranked bloodline skill before he could look at other things.

Cloud only had one more skill on his list. The skill was called the sand paper scales technique. He picked up the scroll to make sure he knew how to do it before deciding to try it out.
The sand paper scales technique would allow him to raise his scales at an angle. this would make touching him very unfriendly and giving him a ruffled, more scary appearance. Now all he had to do was master the skill.
Cloud dove into his pool of energy once more. He could feel all of the raw power swirling about him, and it felt amazing. He couldn't wait until he was stronger and able to unleash this power upon anybody who dared challenge him. But until then, he would have to train himself.
Cloud made sure to take only the amount of energy he needed. He hated not taking enough energy and failing the attempt. He also hated taking to much energy and exhausting himself in the process. Either way was awful, so he waited until he had it balanced out.
Cloud slowly began to let the energy seep into his scales. His scales seemed to glow black for a moment. After that, a few at a time they started to lift. In a minute or so, the entire lower half portion of his scales were lifted.
After another minute or so, his entire body was covered in sharp scales, ready to impale anyone who tried to touch him. he smiled, glad he was done with al of the D rank techniques in this scroll. Now, he needed a sword style, a fighting style, a long ranged style, and he'd be good for now.

Liam's hand snaked out suddenly to press on his sister's ankle as he released his energy from his legs while moving forward and suddenly he was ten yards from where he started panting slightly as he shook his head and turned back towards his sister and blurred slightly as he dashed back towards her suddenly lacking the speed for an outright sprint that would cause him to disappear from sight though he came close. As he arrived next to his sister he shouted, I take it back! Let's learn together. It's so much simpler that way, at least for me it is. With that he began skipping around his sister in circles while he waited for whatever was next.

Speed:11 Strength:7 Energy:900 Dante raised an eyebrow. While he was still fighting Tabby. "Lilith, you should go look at the fighting style scrolls and tell me what looks interesting to you. You too Liam. You guys can both learn a martial art. It'll be extremely useful for you Lilith, and will come in handy for you as well Liam." Dante said to the twins.
