Shizuka slowly walked up to Yamamoto's homes with her things in her hands, she walked back to her room and put some of her things away and sat down on the bed and started reading one of the books she had gotten

Followed by Kyoshiro Yamamoto enters the old place where he used to traing his students. Turning around to see Kyoshiro he shows a smile full of pride as he was really proud of his new student. Plascing both hands on the top of his Cane he takes a moment to look at Kyoshiro.
"You demostrated great skills back there...I am proud of yourself. Not only did you faced the hollow alone exposing your life to great danger but you did it to protect someone precious to you...that is the shinigami spirit and the very soul of soul society. I just wanted to tell you that in private...you have a great future up ahead. Just don't turn lazy on me understood ?"

After behing nerveous all day thouse word bring great relive to Kyoshiro's heart. He stays silent looking at Yamamoto's eyes trying not to be direspectful. He stays silent a few moments and with a smiles he bows and says:
"Do not waste such kind words on me sensei...I am nothing but a mere student. And I did what my heart told me to do...my body moved on his own is not somethign be proud about mostly is something to be ashame about since I placed them in danger for my own ambicion of becoming stronger."

"It does nto matter the reason shinigami must always seek strengh for himself and his companions, as long as you seek strenght for a good cause it will be always jutstified"
Yamamoto turns around and start walking. Then he stops and turns to look at him.
"You better return to the dorms tomorow class wont be easy."
He takes a few steps and makes a shumpo to desapear.

Following the orders given to him by his sensei. Hiai walks into the training grounds where he was going to meet his mentor and the person he admired the most. Feeling extremely nervous the young boy starts to do what he do best. Training with his huge wooden sword. Each swing moved the air under it violently lifting some powder from the ground and making a violent noise. One swing after the other the boy continued to train his arms by swinging the sword. He quickly changed his pose and starts swinging his sword with his left arm only. Swing goes and swing ups up and down the sword goes. Soon after he trades his sword from hand to hand and starts swinging his sword with his right arm. Thousands of swings are done as his muscles mark on his arm and his sweat goes down his face. Trading his sword once again he start to swing it this time making side crescent moon swings. More swings to the sides come and goes before he trades his sword from hand just to do the same over again. Once done the young boy starts moving from side to side making different swings and jumps trying to focus everything he hand where hiss word wanted to go.

Yamamoto appears behind him just a few seconds after the graduation was done with. Like always Yamamoto was wearing his shinigami clothes with his captain cloak over his body. Helping himself with his cane the old man says: "You seems to be over working yourself as always, I heard from your sister that you already passed the zanjutsu technique, defeating a teacher in one to one combat is indeed a great feat to accomplish, you might not know it but shinigami have four ways of fighting, hakuda, hohou, kidou and zanjutsu along them...of course those who can master all five arts are the ones that most likely succeed in the world of soul society, I saw you master the zanjutsu and that you still work it every single day, but the question is...what about all other arts, a shinigami that relies on brute strength alone is one with low chances of surviving...that is way I took some of my time to train you in the other four arts...so let start with the most basic one...hohou..."

After ending his last swing the young boy let's go of his wooden log and listens to the wise words of his mentor. Of course he was exited by the idea of receiving training from Yamamoto himself and was ready to do his best for him. As Yamamoto recognizes his strength the young boy bows his head and nods: "Sensei please give me your knowledge and I will do my best not to fail you, I own you my life and for this reason I am ready die training in order to obtain the skills you are giving me."

"You still as loyal and dedicated as always hiai...I must admit I am proud of training you, both you and Mahiro...you both were born with a huge amount of reiatsu more than normal sould ever dream to obtain, that is why you both have a great future in front of you, however to release that reiatsu you must first place your heart into it. Mind,. body, soul and heart...all of those in the end are just one, so are the zampakutou and the spells we shinigami use in combat." By taking a step forward the old man simply desappears and re appears behind his student. "This first art is called Shumpo and is the most basic of all the hohou arts. To make a shumpo all you need to do is focus reiatsu under your feet and use it to move at fast speed from one place to another. That is way we call it flash step...now how about you give it a try"

The young boy said before taking a deep breath and slowly closing his eyes. At this moment he regained peace withing himself and tryed his best not to loose control over his emotions.He continues focusing some reiatsu under his feet trying his best not to place to much or too little. Soon after he takes a quick step forward and makes a really small shumpo that seemed to move him five steps as much.

"For a first try that was not that bad" The old man said with a small smile under his beard, as always his eyes were closed and both of his hands were placed on top of his cane. "This will be ahrder for you than you think. Shumpo is something most shinigamis can't accoplish and is something that is mostly used by captain level shinigamis." Looking at his surrounding Yamamoto quickly says: "You see that monatain the afar, I want you to practice your shumpo until you can reach that mountain in one step. Each time you make a step you will mark how far you went then come back here with a flash step and continue doing it until you can go anywhere in one step.

"Hai Yamamoto sensei"
The words of the old man inspirited the young man vastly. Taking a moment to focus once again he gather some reiatsu in his feet and uses a small shumpo that guides him almost to the edge of the mountain. Smirking at what he just accomplished he disappeared and one again appears next to Yamamoto. However that shumpo took a lot out of him. As a person inexperienced in the use of shumpo Hiai was quiet week and could use the skill little more than once. Breathing hand he falls on his a** and tries to regain some energy.
