Somewhat long, dark brown hair.. Often times mistaken for black.

Crimson Eyes, various scars throughout his body except for his face.
And a horn like thing along his forehead, almost like an Arrancar mask fragment.

Appearance:
Kyo is a somewhat slender man. His skin is dark tan, his iris' are red.. His hair is very dark brown, basically black. His clothing consist of somewhat his own style of black clothing, with a bit of white and dark red.. However, he also has black and white gloves, and also something similar to a cape. Though he doesn't always where this, he has also been known to wear something similar to what Tessai wore when he was Kido Corps Commander, an ornate dark blue robe with a large upturned collar and the symbol of the Kidō Corps on it. Personality:
Kyo is quite polite and soft-spoken, even in times of battle/conflict and stress. He is often quiet, unless spoken too around people he's not entirely familiar with, a man of few words in other terms.. Some people can even consider him mute.
He is rather social, even if he isn't speaking, (Especially since he knows sign language lol.) he enjoys having fun and traveling around the worlds, which if he has no specific things he needs to do, he actually will.
He has unusually high intelligence, and is able to act quickly on his feet.
When he is around his Lieutenant Haikyoku Nakamura however, he is very very social and kind, talking freely, and wanting to do anything that actually makes her happy, he is highly protective of her, and would put his life on the line and take attacks for her without any hesitation despite the risk to himself.

History:
((Just Note, his history (Whats below) Is not actually known by others, and he does not remember ever being a Hollow or Arrancar.))
Over a hundred years ago, possibly a few to several centuries.. Kyo was a Hollow, not just a Hollow, but a Vasto Lorde.. He traveled around with a group of Adjuchas, three to be exact, protecting them from other Adjuchas and helping them hunt so they could continue their evolution process, after centuries, the goal of turning the small group into Vasto Lordes became reality after they defeated and devoured it.. This caused all three of the Adjuchas to actually evolve into Vasto Lorde.. But they were still weak.. Or well they thought that compared to their 'guardian' Kyo.. So they decided, that with their team work, against their guardian, they could defeat and devour him.. To become even stronger.. So that's what they did, they turned on Kyo and attacked, at first he seemed to be greatly out matched, but in the end, the three Vasto Lorde fell.. But Kyo was also in critical condition.. The only thing that saved his life as none other, than the traitorous Shinigami Sosuke Aizen, along with Gin Ichimaru and Kaname Tosen.
Aizen used the Hogyoku to restore Kyo and turn him into an arrancar, thus greatly amplifying his power.. Then did something that no one in the Soul Society would have expected.. Before the final battle in Fake Karakura Town, before he fully merged the Hogyoku with himself, he used his and the Hogyoku's power to convert Kyo, from an Arrancar into a Shinigami.. Or to be more specific, a Visored.. He wiped away Kyo's memory, and sent him away from Hueco Mundo, to join sides with the Shinigami..
Shortly after Kyo was recreated, he joined the Gotei, well, to be exact he enrolled in the Shinigami Academy, where he showed excellent skill in Kido with minimal effort. He was more or less antisocial while in the Academy, but just as kind and polite, he was often ignored by all except for one girl, her name was Haikyoku Nakamura, though they didn't have time to really get to know each other since he graduated very early, and he thought he would never see her again..
After his graduation, he was promoted to Commander of the Kido Corps for what he showed to excel in while in the Academy, Kido.. And after sometime, he was a bit surprised who joined the Kido Corps, Haikyoku, after graduating Joined the Kido Corps, which since he did not already have a second in command chose her with minimal hesitation.
Not much time passed after promoting her to his second command before he left to travel around the World of the Living, trying to discover memory of his past, and how he came to be, Haikyoku joined him on his search, which lead to them traveling side by side for five years straight, up until the recent Zanpakuto Rebellion.. Though they did not really achieve what they were searching for, he couldn't have been happier to have her by his side during that time, though even now he still hasn't given up.. He just returned to the Seireitei, and would continue his search while serving his duties with Haikyoku by his side.

Sealed State:
Kyo's has a rather.. Unusual Zanpakuto, when it is unsheathed from its blade, it has bony spikes along the dull edge of the blade, which makes both edges of the blade very dangerous, the blade itself along with the Handle looks similar to bone, the handle looking like part of a spinal cord.
But when the blade is to be sheathed, the spikes seem to sink into the blade, then emerge when the blade is unsheathed.. How this is done, is unknown.

Zanpakuto Spirit:
The Zanpakuto Spirit has nearly an endless variety of appearances, because of it most often being made of bone.
It does however have a human form.
The Spirit is also able to manifest freely, with a solid body at the cost of some of his wielders Spiritual Power.

Shikai Release:
"Repair and Grow, Kossetsu"
Shikai Appearance:
Upon releasing, his Zanpakuto is engulfed in a bright glow, the blade withering away into dust like particles before, merging with Kyo's body, when the glow finally fades, there seems to be nothing. However, Kyo's Zanpakuto is now his own bones, a very unique Skeletal structure, with incredibly fast bone growth rate, allowing him to use his skeletal structure however he pleases.

Shikai Abilities:
Shikai Special Ability:
In basic summary of Kyo's Shikai, his Zanpakuto literally becomes his own bones, with incredibly fast growth rate, allowing him to produce weapon like bones from his body, this even lets him fire out long range projectiles, most often from his finger tips. Any bone removed from its right place or damaged instantly regenerates like nothing happened, this also happens for the skin that is damaged, in basic summary he possesses High Speed Regeneration.
Activation:
This Zanpakuto, is a bit unusual.. Actually being able to stay in its shikai form for long periods of time, meaning weeks to even months without any toll on Kyo. Meaning, often times he actually carries around an empty sword sheath.
Enhanced Strength, Enhanced Speed, Enhanced Durability:
His Strength, Speed, and Durability are greatly enhanced when the Shikai is released, making him an elite fighter, being able to run at topnotch speeds, to the point he can dodge even high speed attacks and overwhelm opponents with his own attacks, and enhanced strength to where he could break through thick, stone walls like they were nothing.
Weapon Production:
Kyo is able to produce a limitless supply of bone, seemingly indestructible weapons from his body, they were actually his bones that he forced out of his body, which instantly regrow, he is able to turn almost any bone in his body into a weapon, except for his skull. He can even do things such as fire his finger tips out as projectiles.
He can use his bone production offensive, as well as defensively, being able to merge bones together to make shields to protect himself, aswell as create larger weapons. He can also have bones grow on various points of his body (Like seen in the image) and use both offensive and defensively, attacking with multiple points, and defending while harming the opponent.
Teikoku-bone-mai (帝国骨舞; Imperial Bone Dance):
Upon calling this attack, his strength and speed seem to vastly increase as he rushes at his opponent and begins sending a barrage of rapid attacks, doing various swings with weapons as well as hand to hand, and even launching projectiles at his opponent, he can use this attack for a power boost when he needs it, or to take on multiple opponents at once.

Bankai Zanpakuto Appearance:
The Reiatsu Level grows heavy as all at once, for a mere moment, every bone in his body shatters.. And it can even be heard. Afterwards, they almost instantly reform. His skin begins to stretch and rotate as a sort of Hollow-like skin begins to form from his body, shifting around his body and solidifying to form certain things around his body.. Two horns are now on his forehead, with a sort of guard over his forehead. A spinal cord like thing down his back, that just past the rips also somewhat stretches towards his front. A large amount forms something around his waist, part wraps completely around his waist. The other seems to form a closed set of wings behind his back. His hands turn completely black with claw like fingers, up to past his elbows are coated, and the lower part of his body beyond his waist is also coated. At several points of his body, there are what seem to be steel tips sticking out from his skin, also emerging from his skin besides the steel tips are actual weapons, such as swords.

Bankai Abilities:
(I may add more later on, of course with the Approval of the Captain or a fellow Vice)
Enhanced Abilities:
All the other abilities, including the physical enhancements such as speed and strength are vastly enhanced, the bones are no longer even made of what they naturally are, instead they are made of solid steel, and when produced turn into actual weapons.
Though this isn't part of the enhancements, for some reason his ability calls, except for ones that carry on from the Shikai are actually in Spanish instead of Japanese.
Wings:
In his bankai, he seems to have wings form on his body, giving him the ability to fly at high speeds. Along with speed, his wings have immense strength and durability, being able to take direct blows without so much as being harmed, and can hold back, or force back/repel other attacks. His wings are often used to shield himself.
On top of that, the edges are razor sharp, meaning if he swoops down at an opponent, and hits them with one of his wings, he could easily shred right through them.
Espinal Látigo Cable (Spinal cord whip):
He is able to literally remove his spine, causing a new one to grow in place, and use the spinal cord he removed as a weapon, usually a whip. This weapon has incredible force behind it on its, being able to crunch steel and other types of metal like nothing, able to extend to about nine feet in length, he is also able to remove a second spinal cord and attach them together, doubling its length.
Hueso Bosque (Bone Forest):
His strongest technique in this state, by releasing a massive amount of Reiatsu, and sending at least a hundred bone weapons from his body into the ground, he can cause an incredible amount of large bones to grow from the ground, forming a sort of forest of bones that also isolate the area, there is space left to run through the bones, mostly just paths. But what makes this so threatening is that Katsuo is able to trail through the bones, giving him an extremely deadly element of surprise on his opponents, say he attacks but they dodge, he can instantly travel through and counter their dodge.
This is also a highly dangerous technique because of him being a Master of Kido, being able to launch Kido out from within the bone trees, every attack made would be a surprise attack, only people who are very quick on their feet would stand even a chance when this is activated.
This technique is similar to one of Kimimaro's abilities from Naruto.

Kido:
Kyo is an absolute Master of Kido, of course being the Kido Corps Commander that is to be expected, He can perform every Hado and Bakudo, as well as Forbidden Spells, and various unnamed and unclassified Kido.. As well as being able to perform healing Kido
He is able to mix different Kido for a deadly combination, and can perform various Kido without even so much as an incantation, or call of its name.
He has developed a few of his own Kido spells as well. (Will list later on, of course after getting the spells approved.)
Two techniques he has not mastered, but has thought about attempting to learn are Techniques invented by Yoruichi Shihoin,
Shunko and Hanki.
(Unless of course I have permission for him to actually know one or both of them though they are not needed, and have a minimal chance of being used.)
Also.. Because of his past, he has the ability to use Garganta freely like an Arrancar.
Hoho:
He can perform Hoho at a Captains Level, along with Senka.
(And possibly Utsusemi if allowed.)

Hollow Mask Appearance:
Kyo's Mask, can be activated on thought, but is often activated by him putting his hand up to his face and focusing his Spiritual Energy in place.
His mask is a jet-black mask with sharp, rigged details.
His horn seems to stick out through his mask even when its activated.

Mask Enhancements:
Power Augmentation:
While his mask is activated, his powers, both Shinigami and Natural powers are vastly increased, such as Strength, Speed, Durability, and Kido use.
Enhanced Spiritual Power:
When his mask is activated, his Spiritual Power is greatly increased, despite his previous level of power. It almost feels as if another person took their Spiritual Power and merged it with Kyo's, which is technically true but is still quite high.
Enhanced Durability:
When his mask is active, he is very pain resistant, even more of a level than before. Pain doesn't even really effect him anymore, despite how bad his injuries, almost as if he is a sort of tank.
Sonido:
While his mask his active, he can actually use the Speed Technique used by Arrancars, Sonido.. Along with Flashstep, when combined can be a lethal speed level.
Bala:
Kyo, while having his mask active, with the same energy of a cero can make a small, crimson red ball of energy and fire it out with a powerful impact, at rapid pace.
Cero:
When his mask is activated, he is able to charge up a large, dark crimson red orb, with what seems to be a black swirl in it at his finger tips, and also on the tip of bones that he has released. When its finished charging, it fires out a massive, swirling crimson and black cero with extremely destructive capabilities, resulting in a massive explosion when it is full set off, as well as leaves a path of destruction where it previously hit.
Other Information:
Familiar Spiritual Power:
Kyo has rather strange Spiritual Power, his Spiritual Power is almost identical to Sosuke Aizen's, which result in some issues when he does not show himself but is felt.. His energy often strikes fear into others if it is felt before he appears, for it often makes people make a mistake and fear that the feared Sosuke Aizen has somehow returned.
High Speed Regeneration:
For some odd reason, like a Hollow or gifted arrancar, he has high speed regeneration, being able to recover from cuts, broken bones, and even missing limbs, of course major wounds like broken bones, or missing limbs recover quite a bit of power to heal, most often he would prefer to let it be healed by a healer than use his power to do so.. Since it could just make it worse from lack of energy.
Weapon Production:
He is able to produce weapons from his bones, as well as other objects, but not nearly as well as when his shikai is activated, he often produces projectiles.
