Sylfer  Uhmm Okay, thats NOT whats on my screen. My screen shows this pic. And considering that pic is being read from my av on my site, and the URL changes everytime I make a new avatar, it wont be like that. Thats whats on your screen because you changed the image. Quit lieing.

Rez Geneo Ryushi erm....why did he rip the edits apart in the first place? Have you seen his? They aren't to good. That may have something to do with it. Anyway, I'm with Firething. Mods can delete this, people can read through it and make thir own opinions. The proof is there, so I'm out too.

And ******** you. I didnt rip it apart and throw it togethor, if you read, unlike an inbred moron, youd know that it was for teh avatar generator on my site, I didnt creat the avatar, I made it with the generator. Anyways notice how thats jinnis avatar? Go look at mine, its different. Dont go at me for w/e jinni does with her av. But seriously dude, attacking my edits, goto ******** hell. Your the reason I'm leaving this guild. Cause your a god damned a*****e. Go ******** yourself.

Ok man, profanity has no place here, it just makes you look stupid, besides it would be very hard fopr one to F*** himself anyway. Now, technically you did rip the images. Even though they were generated by your generator someone originally had to take the parts off of existing edits and put them into the program as data. That would qualify as ripping avatars in my books. Part of that comes from that fact that you describe your site as a "Gaia rip-off" Second, if it was just randomly generated how can it even qualify as a custom avatar in the first place. I mean sure, it's made of custom parts, but you didn't make them or arrange them. Pretty much all you do is hotlink.

I dont care that you guys are arguing, but I will not stand for such language Sylfer. You will NOT outright insult and name call other members of the guild. That goes for everyone in the future. All of you need to be civil, or I will go have you delt with.
Stop at once arguing here in the critique thread. Take it to Theft Report thread if you must keep talking about it, but after reading through the whole thing, I do not see a reason to let this keep going in good sense.
I will contact Naohiro and Shaolin later and anyone else involved so that they are aware of the situation. In general though....no one has the right to ever mutilate other people's artwork, which includes the few pixels involved with avvy edits.....(plus its just rude).
Gaia allows avvy edits with their bases but only to be used within the context of this site (see terms of service). It doesnt particularly matter what you have on your site, if you arent a gaia administrator or have gotten permission in writing from one, you have no legal right to post edits anywhere besides on Gaia.

I would like to send my deepest apologies to the entire guild. Not only because I'm the one that started it all but also... and for most of all I should have know better than that sad Getting back on topic...   Its my super hero/villain edit firething both with and without his mask for Mercy's super hero challenge. Now all I must do is think of a theme song sweatdrop
