Alec was there immediately, crouching down to pick up some of the books. What a stereotypical move there, love. He thought to himself, smiling softly. When he had quickly picked most of them up he stood up slightly, bumping into her. "Uh..Here are your books..." He mumbled, not truly wanting her to leave.

Echo put the books down on the table, "t-thanks. I t-think I'll just l-let the librarian put them .. um back." Shivers shot through Echo's body when Alec bumped into her, she looked up at him, nearly forgetting how to breath at their close distance. Oh man, now he will think I'm a fool after that screw up. She didn't want to leave Alec, he was the first friend she made at the academy, but she was so shaken up from all the upfront comments from the girl. So Echo hesitated where she stood, kind of enjoying the nearness. She clutched Fallen in her hands.

Alec smiled softly at how close they were. He placed his hands over her's on the book. "Fallen, hm...?" He said tenderly, gazing down into her eyes. Alec's smile grew slightly as he realized how...well, beautiful she was up close.

Echo willed for her eyes to look away from Alec's, but they stayed locked with his. She smiled shyly back, and felt more tremors run through her when he put his hand on hers. "Y-yeah . . . It's a . . . um, romance . . ." her lip was beginning to sting from biting down on it so hard.

Alec ignored Mini, yet again, staring back at Echo. "Hm...." He murmured, gazing down at the book. "Is it good...?" Alec mumbled, his fingers fidgeting slightly on hers. He glanced up to see her biting her lip and smiled softly again. "I'm sorry to make this awkward..." He giggled.

Echo smiled softly, "it's amazing..." she wished Alec's hand would take her's away from the book, she imagined what it would be like to put her tiny fingers in his. "Y-you're not making anything awkward..." she laughed a little with him. Her mind now filling with fantasies of being pulled into an embrace by him.

feeling slightly irritated with being ignored just keeps reading blocking the two "love birds" kiss up on each other

Alec grinned at her laugh. He loved it. "That's good." He murmured, somehow leanng in even closer. Again, his hands fidgeted a little bit, lowering hem from the book. He gave a small sigh, staring at her for a little bit. "I would kiss you if I was brave enough..." Alec murmured, staring down at her with an embarrassed smile.

MIni gets up angered "Ugh... Others have feelings to you can just make them feel like s**t and like they are a nobody" Walking away with her nose into the book she is reading and walks over into the corner

Echo stared back up at Alec, disbelievingly. Did he just say what I think he said? She was at a loss for words. Completely entranced by the boy standing in front of her. It was like a scene from a book, and she wanted to say something cool like the characters would, but no words would come out. Instead, she stood there, inches away from Alec, a boy who was actually interested in her, and she couldn't say a thing! "I... uh-um..." was all that she could get out.

Alec blinked, glancing over to Mini. "I'm sorry!" He shouted across the library, not really meaning it. He turned back to to Echo, hearing her stutter. Somehow, he found this incredibly cute. He leaned down, about a millimeter away from her face. "...What...?" He asked softly, his eyes staring into hers.

Johan Johan entered the library calmly and looked around for a few books. Maybe he'd find a book he'd written long ago. What a good day that'd be. As he day-dreamed about his own work, he noticed a couple from a distance. This had to be, what, the fifth one he's seen? It was only winter, and already love is blooming everywhere!
