practice times : i've only studied for 4 years, i haven't had any actual experiance. except with a few friends of mine> who are now a priest and priestess> casting the circle, and banishing negative spirits from an area, as well as making holy water.
the books i've read were all by scott cunningham, and raymond buckland
anything else: i love anime/manga, and rpg'ing. as well as anything asian> weopons, food, dress, etc>
i have been living in fl for a year, and been searching for people who are rpg'ers to join my group, along with a mentor for pagan/wicca that will be willing to teach me more then what i've read.
anything else u wanna know, u can just pm/aim/ym/msn me, im usually on eather all of them, or one of them at a time.

Welcome Sopen and Ella! *hugs* (ah I am getting caught up! Yay!!) I hope The Coven will help with that you both are looking for. I think Ella you said that you only started learning like a day ago? That is pretty cool. I hope that we can help you in your journey, even if you don't choose a pagan path I am sure there are people here who will help you discover what path is right for you, and I am extremely jealous because I can not wiggle my ears! stressed lol
Sopen it is good to see that you have been involved in the craft for a little while longer, I know it sucks being a solitary. There are no covens in my area so I am hoping to join one when I go to college because I will be in a city and there will be more options for me. I like the authors you choose to read. I actually heard that they were close friends is real life. I also love anime and rpgs text based, game consol, or computer... hehehe I am such a geek. And I love stuff for Asia. I want a pair of hakamas really bad. I think they are like the coolest pants ever. I am going to Anime Boston at the end of the month and I really need to get on ebay and order some. I am so take Chidokwan style of karate-do, but unfortunately we don't wear hakamas in my style... Sorry enough of me trailing off... Welcome! Religion: Faery/Egyptian/Asatru/Strega Wicca xD and Mahayna Buddhism
Practice time: I was raised by the most wonderful mamma in the world, and an Isian Priestess to boot! ^^ *Ish proud* So I suppose you would say I'm hereditary .. whee I began studiously practicing when I was twelve or thirteen, and I was introduced to Mahayana Buddhism around three years ago. So I suppose a good 19 years. xD
Anything else: Well ... hmm .. okay. xD I'm studying for my minister's degree .. I may get it at mum's temple. @.@ Because I'm living far away from her right now .. ;_; I can't do much about this. I work at 1-800-Flowers.com, and I love my job because I get to make people very happy. whee
When I'm home I go to a Pali temple .. ^^ although in Wicca I am solitary, when it comes to Buddhism I've always liked to participate in the sangha. xd I'm a little strange I guess.
I'm a huge otaku for anything anime .. I love Enya and Loreena McKinnet, and I have about a million journals .. xD I also have a million animal friends, including 18 baby chicks, a dog, four cats, two parakeets, and some koi fish .. *rolls about laughing*

Practice Time- 2 and a half years
Anything else- Spent the first 18 years of my life forced to be a Christian, spent the next 3 as an athiest, then found Wicca and have been practicing ever since. My Mom doesn't know because she's a raging Southern Baptist who would probably burn me at the stake if she knew. My Dad was just happy to see that I finally could believe in my religion (it was clear I was never really happy with Christian teachings anyways).
Lesse...a bit about me...I'm in the Air Force and an artist on the side. My custom emoticons are probably my best-known works on Gaia and I have my own webcomic.
I heart my familiar, my Welsh Corgi, Mars. I stumbled across a web page (coincidentally, the same timeframe where I started studying Wicca) where a corgi owner was getting rid of one of them who was constantly fighting and such. I agreed to meet up with him and take the corgi, I re-named him Mars, and he's been a dream! Sure we have a disagreement here or there, but it's pretty obvious he's the dog for me!
Hmm...can't think of much else to say, so MERRY MEET! 3nodding

From the dorms that I am staying at we have three pagan/new age shops within five blocks. I was involved with a coven for awhile, until college became too heavy, and I had to break away, since I was dragging down the rest of the group. I look foward to chatting with you all, and getting to know and learn from you (and vice-versa, if I have the knowledge).

Religion- Supposedly Catholic, but i've been looking at Wicca for almost a year now and am starting to become attached to it, growing to like it or however you say it.
Practice Time- almost a year. well not exactly studying but scanning through information, books, what people have said and told me. Not much really and i really need to get even more serious on the subject and dedicated. sweatdrop
Anything else- unlike some people who are actually kind of fortunate...being a pagan or basically any other religion then Catholic is frowned apon in my tiny town. Trust me my classmates foundout i was looking into Wicca and now mock me...they just dont understand. Since weve all been raised to be like Their Muslim, what they believe in is WRONG. we must go convert them, now. kinda thing. Plus i go to a catholic school...and even the olde kinda nice priest downs the other religions in some of his lectures which is totally wrong. Well besides that im just trying to find my place in life and to find something important to me. My favorite color is black...lol
