"I am able to live forever, and have scales that challenge the brightest silver. I travel the earth, air, and water, hunting my prey, my claws stretched wide as they coward in fear of my fire..." Yuri leaned closer to her blowing a ring of smoke in her face with a devilish smile. "Now little Viper, what am I?"

 She was going to answer Yuri, but Corinaa had grabbed her attention
"Darling, slow down. First wipe your tears and be strong. And slowly tell me what's the matter."
She kissed Corinaa's head lightly, and looked at Yuri apoplagetically
She whispered to him
"This will only take a moment."

 Corinaa looked up and noticed a man beside Devyana
"Oh I'm sorry, Mistress! I didn't see him! Please do not punish me!"
She cried even more

She looked at Corinaa with pained eyes
"I will not punish you. It's obvious that something is disturbing you. Now when you are ready tell me what's wrong, tell me. But for now, try your best to collect yourself."
She gave Corinaa a motherly smile, and kissed her forehead tenderly
"Go love. And come back to me."

She curtsied and ran up to her room

Yuri looked away from her. For the first time in 3 thousand years, he has actually taken a interest, a liking in another woman yet alone even glanced at her. He clenched his fists, he would be betraying Angel if he allowed himself to like another woman. He let out a low growl.

She watched as she ran to her room
"Don't run! You don't want to Ares after you."
She heard Yuri's low growl, and saw his clenched fist
She slowly unclenched it, while massaging it
"What is bothering you now?"

All his feelings were shut off, he was sure of it...it must be the viper's poison, he thought to himself.
