Zephaniah was not happy, she has been waiting a long time to talk to him alone, only to be run out by a newly made Chunin..a pompus one at that. "Fine" She said, "Just fine" Throwing up her hands in the air, she stood up from the chair. "Im sure theirs work to be done sir..its not going to do it itself by just sitting in here talking" She knew she was being childish, but she thought it justified itself. She went to great lengths, endangering her own self for him. He is the kage though..she thought, "Ugh" She mumbled, walking out not looking at Isacc. "Pompous little s**t" She muttered as she took the stairs two at a time, finally outside and away from the building.

Katsuo just sighed as the way Zeph as acting, not really much of an ninja attitude, but she is still a shinobi. He looked at Isacc as he nodded to him. "You would have to forgive her. She has been waiting for a chance to talk to me and you kind of ruin it. But bueniess comes first than anything else. So, how did it go in the chunin exams Isacc?" He asked as he now had a chunin in his village, and a very skilled one as well. ...But a death would show too much mercy for your petty soul

The worlds taken so much from me....."Understandable," he would say, "Exams went fine, Nothing too hard. But about the matter i wished to speak to you about. As i'm sure you know, right now we are still rebuilding, and thus, are pretty defencless if an attack came around. So i have an idea of how to improve these defenses. However, you may not approve of it," he would say, taking a seat in the seat she vacated....I guess its time to start taking back

The clone nodded as he would add to if an attack did happen. "The real Katsuro is going around the other villages to form alliance, preform trades, help if an attack does happen in Rock, and allowing both villages to train with each other. But other than that, what do you have in mind Isacc?" He asked as he had his full undivided attention to the new Chunin, which would later in his mind would become one of his own generals for the Iwa army. ...But a death would show too much mercy for your petty soul

The worlds taken so much from me.....Isacc would nod to the kage, "My idea, is simple enough, however the means to do it is more difficult. There are Two techniques i'm am searching for to help the village. The first one, I'm sure someone with your experiance is well aware of. Edo tensi. From what i know, the nibi has the power to ressurect those it wishs with this technique without the need of a sacrifice. If, as the former host, you retain this power, we could use it to revive some strong shinobi to be an infinite lasting, invinsible guardian of the village. They would never need to sleep, eat. They would never disobey orders, and can only lose to those who can seal. With this plan in mind, i would like to have permission to take leave of the village to look for any remains of some powerful ninja, in order to use them as guards. The second technique, is known as the human puppet technique, of which i could use to turn those who oppose us into tool for our gain. With a combonation of these techniques, i would be able to turn those who oppose cloud not only into a useful tool to attack the enemy, but at the same time, into another guardian in order to strengthen the guard of the village," Isacc would finish, his long explanation with a smile.
...I guess its time to start taking back

Katsuro's eyes widen at what Isacc said. Edo Tensi was a very forbidden jutsu, but it would seem that Isacc was doing a little bit of homework to find out that Katsuro was indeed the former host of the Nibi with still some of it's chakra left over in his body. He thought about it for a good time as he finally open his mouth, ready to speak. "Permission granted. Find as many bodies as you can as we will proceed with the operation. As for human puppets, I don't mind about that. it would seem I'll have to sin one last time." He said as he got up from his chair as his whole body turn to looked out at the huge window, seeing the village as it is. Times like these would call for some drastic measures. For the safety of his village, he would have to comply ...But a death would show too much mercy for your petty soul

Zephaniah made her way back up to the kages office, her breathing a little labored. "I think your office needs to be on the first floor" She spoke as she entered once more. Sitting back down in her chair.
"I apologize for my earlier behavior, it's just alot has been going on..I finally get a chance to speak with you, and instantly I get booted." She said, finally taking a breath, and looking at katsuro.

Katsuro sat back in his chair, his eyes close as with a smile, somewhat apologetic. "I'm sorry Zeph, being a Kage for a village is not all that great. So much economic stuff could wear you done mentally." He said as his eyes open. Zeph seem somewhat pleasant to Katsuro's eyes, looking more like an young adult then a teenager or a child. "It's alright, no need to apologize." He last said as he hands rested on the soft marble table that was infront of Katsuro and Zeph. ...But a death would show too much mercy for your petty soul

Zephaniah smiled back, she always thought sense the day she met Katsuro he was very attractive. Although too quite for her tastes, no one was perfect. Perhaps it would change as time went on. "Back at you sir..no need to say sorry." Starring around the office, it could use some decorating. "I think when the time comes we should take a vacation." She hoped that he noticed the we in her sentence.
"Which brings me to my next conclusion" She spoke casually. "I think it would be of your best interest to make me your personal..well helper." She stood up, and walked around a few paces. "Now I know im not qualified to be your personal guard, but for the most part I can hold my own. Especially in a diplomatic situation, and I could be of great help the the village. Your word is final, but mine is to help..to make suggestions for the people and not just the shinobies. What do you say sir?" She asked, looking at him with a serious gaze.

Katsuso listen to what the young shinobi said, a smile was still on his face as he lean back in his chair. He could tell that Zeph wanted to be closer to him, but will she get the answer she wanted from Katsuro? "That's fine with me. But like you said before. My word is law when it comes to diplomatic suggestions. But you can always persuade me in changing my mind if things seem out of my reach or if my actions seem foolish to others." Zephaniah smiled, "Not persuade sir...But to advice, and make suggestions." She left off, putting her hands on the marble desk, looking right down at him through her strands of black hair that fell foreword. "Thank you sir" She said, and smiled sweetly. "For my new position, I think I should maybe oversee your daily events organize them perhaps..leave with you to foreign country's and villages. Decorator.." She spoke, as she swiped her finger on the wall to the right, coming away with a dusty finger. "Definitely decorator" She said as she chuckled. She wanted to know what he thought about all of this. She tried not to sound so demanding. All she wanted to do was to help the people of this village, make it more lively and to take stress of the kage. With the little things of course, things that she knew she could do.

Katsuro nodded his head as he crossed his arm and rested on his chest. "Yes, That will do. A helper is always good to have since two heads are better than one. When the time is right, I'll promote you to Chunin of my own little test. That way you won't feel weak and stand up to be strong." He said to her as he got up from his chair, turning around to see the out the huge window, an clear eye's view of what the village looks like. He had a lot to do to rebuild this place, make it a superpower village once more. ...But a death would show too much mercy for your petty soul

"Forgive me for intruding, Katsuro, but there's just one thing I need to speak with you about." Kaisen would smirk when he saw Zeph again; if he remembered correctly, the last time he'd seen her was when he'd been promoted to a Genin. Times had changed a lot since then....Kaisen was now a Chuunin, and possessed quite a few new skills. "Anyway....my topic of interest pertains to joining this village. While on my travels, I uncovered that Sona is, in fact, the host to the Two-tailed demon, the likes of which you know all to well. In this instance, I need a village where I won't be in danger." Kaisen didn't sway; he merely removed his sand village headband, and placed it in a pouch on his back. "Katsuro, I've come here today to request that I become an official Rock Ninja. Katsuro looked over to see once again, Kaisen. last he saw him was at the chunin exams, a smile appeared on his face as more people seem to want to join his village. "Then it is settled. As you are not safe from Sand, you can stay here and join my ranks." He told him as he took out a Rock headband from the draw in the marble rable, throwing the headband at Kaisen for him to catch. ...But a death would show too much mercy for your petty soul
