"Why does Blackflame believe that?" he asked, glacing at Blackflame's outburst.

[She glanced at Blackflame and flinched. It seemed that she was still mad when she nearly killed Moonflower.] "I don't know. She hates me for something else, too." [she padded up close to Fathom and leaned in close to his ear.] "I wanted to talk to her so I took her out on the tree bridge. I was starting to talk when I felt her push me and I was thrown into the lake. I saw her glaring at me when I tried to keep above the water. Then she went and climbed a tree and hid when Firestorm saved me." [she pulled away from Fathom and looked at Firestorm. She hoped Fathom wouldn't see the dreamy look in her eyes.]

"Enough!" Fathom snarled. [He stood up, his pelt bristling with rage.]
"Sheath your claws, Blackflame!" Fathom demanded.
"Tell me, Blackflame, why you despise Moonflower so. If what she says is true, then you attacked your own clanmate with the intent to kill. I want an explanation at once!"

"I never attacked her!I asked her 'what did she want to talk about'I turn to leave because it was ridiculus and then she's in the water!But I swear to Starclan I had nothing to do with it,Then she called for Firrestorm and I knew she had planned to make me lok like A bad guy.So I ran up A tree praying to Starclan she would make it,I had no intention of killing.I may be madder than Tigerstar ever was right nowbut I can't kill its not in my blood."Blackflame hissed at him.

[Moonflower didn't hear Fathom's snarl or Blackflame's because she was busy watching Firestorm. She sighed contentedly.]

[Fathom narrowed his eyes.]
"Then one of you is lying," he growled.
[He menacingly stood taller, his muscular frame rippling in anger. His smoldering crimson eyes glared down at the two young cats. The moon was right behind him, and its brightness shone around his fur delicately, making Fathom look like a dark, glowing figure with red orbs for eyes.]
"The liar knows she is lying, of course. If you tell me the truth now, you'll be far better off than if I find out later," he spat.

"Atleast I can tell the truth."Blackflame mewed to herself she din't mean Fathom she meant the Traitor.she looked smaller now compared to Fathom who always seemed like A brother to her kinda.

Blackflame's eyes narrowed,her eyes were red and you could see fire in both but under that fire was jelousy and then love for Firestorm.She kept it hidden letting no one kn about it he's from A diffrent clan she kept telling herself but it would not go away.Blacklame's fur was bristling.

[Moonflower tipped her head to one side. She walked up to Blackflame's side and whispered soothingly into her ear.] "Don't get mad. Please. You'll black out again." [she backed up and looked at her friend with understanding eyes.]
