Rory nodded, grinning at her. "I found th' recipe in one o' th' cookbooks in th' kitchen while I wis lookin' on how t' make ice cream fae you. It didnae take tha' many roses, actually."

So Rory'd really made her rose ice cream? Surely that was no easy task... Lee smiled softly at the boy with appreciation before continuing to eat, taking a bite of the pie, too, and loving it as well. "There's mint in this, right? You really like mint, hm?" She smiled as she ate, appreciating the silence of her parents for the moment. "Is that what you're always chewing on at home?" She didn't know why she'd never bothered to ask before today, but she supposed that it cleared up why his breath was always nice.

"Um, yeah. I guess I like me sweets, too, but w' donnae really hae candy in Farstep," Rory chuckled. "Th' recipe's one o' me mother's, but Brendan made th' pie. I know you like his desserts."

Lee had to scan her memory to remember who Rory was talking about. "Oh, yeah, his name was Brendan, wasn't it?" She'd forgotten already. Still, she'd only spoken to him twice, as far as she could remember. Either that, or he just didn't seem to stand out from the crowd.

Rory nodded, glancing at the Katans and hoping they'd keep their mouths shut about who Brendan was if the knew. He looked back at Lee, smiling. "If you like it, I'll find a way t' make it at home fae you."

Neither Katan parent was even listening to the couple, mostly thinking to themselves about what Rory had brought up. They were rather slow with eating their desserts, as well, almost not even noticing they had a plate of food in front of them.
Lee grinned up at the boy, nodding excitedly. "I wanna try it when you've made it." She imagined it might taste even better when coming from someone who loved her. The rest of her food was gobbled up rather quickly, a contented smile on her face as she looked over her empty plate.

Rory slid his empty plate away and got up, pulling out Lee's chair and helping her up as well. He looked over that the Katans. "Not sure if you care or not, or e'en if you're payin' attention o'er there, but w're gaen t'bed. G'night."
He playfully tugged Lee out of the dining room and up the stairs. "I got some things I wanna tell you tha' me an' Brendan discussed. It's good news." He stopped at her bedroom door. "But first, I got a little surprised fae you. I wisnae sure how many roses it would take t' make th' ice cream, so I ended up buyin' too many. I had th' servants come up after you went downstairs an' put Ki Du across th' hall an' then they put th' extras in here." Pushing open the doors, the boy revealed a bed simply covered in rose petals. A vase with three perfect roses sat on the nightstand awaiting inspection. Lit candles were placed in little glass bowls everywhere to light the room. A trail of petals led to the bathroom where, in anticipation and on Rory's request, the staff had already drawn a bubble bath.

Lee's eyes danced around the room, her mouth falling open a bit as her face softened, not even able to smile at how wonderful it was. She took a step inside, lightly looking the room over before turning to Rory. Almost pouncing on the boy, she kissed him much more passionately than usual, almost as if she was starving for that exactly. Well, she had been, even after only a matter of hours. She forgot, for the moment, that Rory had something to tell her, and hadn't noticed that Brendan's name had been brought up again. Her mind was off of Lydia, and she didn't even seem to think about the test Rory had taken today. All she was concerned with was getting Rory in the bed or the bath tub, which ever he preferred first.

Rory reached behind him, flailing a bit till he got the door shut, then held her close, kissing her passionately, every bit as hungry for it as she was. Eventually, he came up for air and swept her up into his arms, carrying her towards the bathroom. "W' wonnae hae t' worry about them results, Lee. It's alreet."

Giggling lightly with delight at being lifted and carried, Lee started an attempt at unbuttoning the boy's shirt as they headed for the bathroom, looking up at the boy with slight confusion until she remembered what he was talking about. "How do you know?" Aw, she'd forgotten about that until now...

"Brendan is Lydia's brother. W' talked some about it all. He had questions an' I had some o' me own, but he pretty much confirmed what I'd suspected tha' Lydia didnae sleep around or gi' me any diseases." He set Lee down on the counter in the bathroom, proceeding to undress her, kissing at her soft skin as it was exposed. He needed this from her, knew that she needed it, too.

Lee's head was starting to get fuzzy, and she likely wouldn't have cared about getting any diseases at this point, anyway. Honestly, she was lucky to have Rory there to keep her from making mistakes like that. This was thanks for all the things he'd said about her downstairs, for the dinner he'd slaved over, and for generally being Rory. Somehow, though, it felt more like he was thanking her, considering he'd set this up. She couldn't keep herself from letting out soft, quiet moans as he kissed her skin, hoping he'd work on taking those useless pants off soon.
Nothing ever goes as planned, though. Mrs. Katan would make sure of that.

Rory chuckled a bit against her skin, kissing and nibbling as he worked his way back up to her neck. He'd managed to her her skirt off alone with just about everything else, leaving her in her underwear. He'd sort that out when they moved to the tub, he figured. Leaning down to keep kissing her, he got out of his shirt, letting it drop to the floor to be quickly followed by his pants.

Lee pushed herself off of the counter, pleased to see Rory was as nude as can be. She pulled him closer for a kiss, hoping he'd take advantage of the opportunity to work at her bra.
Mrs. Katan walked through the halls, noting the Lee's door was closed already and frowned. She was lucky Rory didn't bother locking it, though it was anything but lucky for those inside. Knocking at the doors just to be polite, she pushed one open, revealing the petals and general romance in the room, an eyebrow shooting up.

Rory gave an appreciative growl, working the girl's bra off to join their clothes on the floor before moving his hands down to finish undressing her. Engrossed in what he was doing with Lee, he didn't hear the footsteps in the bedroom. Lifting her up, the boy set Lee on the counter again, liking how the added height brought her within easy range of kissing, one hand tangled in her hair, the other resting on the counter top for balance.
