"You haven't changed at all... so many questions." Kai shook his head and then sighed, his smile permanently plastered on his maw. "Hm... let's see... well, you should try and get her alone in a very romantic place that sets the mood and then give her.... a pineapple." Kai paused for dramatic effect and then shook his head. "I'm kidding about the pineapple. And the whole crying thing, I don't think all girls do that. Roxy didn't cry; she just tackled me to the ground. Raisa has always been someone who cries easily and I don't know about planning it. If you plan it, you never know if it could go another way and I feel like I should become a full time love doctor." Kai chuckled and he noticed Garaden pawing his tail. He became serious for a moment and twitched his tail. "I highly doubt she has the opposite of your feelings but on the offhand chance she does, don't let it get you down man."

'Pineapple?' Garaden raised his head slightly to peek quizzically at Kai until he said it was a joke. He turned his eyes back to his tail, nodding as Kai answered his questions. Then he growled softly in annoyance. "I don't get it. When I'm with her, I feel all giddy and happy. I could move a mountain if she asked me to. But out here, I'm doubting everything. Does that mean my feelings aren't real?" He nibbled on his lip nervously.

"Doubt is just another thing in life that we have to deal with and it's easy out here. Mistakes could be made easily but with feelings like love, don't doubt it... trust it." Kai was on his paws and pacing about in a flash and he looked thoughtful, choosing his words carefully for once. "Confusion also comes with it. Answer me honestly Garaden, do you love Blair? Do you love her enough to protect her from any foe?"

"I hate not knowing." He grumbled quietly. It wasn't his nature to not be able to know. "I don't mean to doubt.. it's just there." At Kai's last question, Garaden suddenly growled. "Anyone threaten's Blair I'll beat them to a pulp." He sat back in suprise. He now understood Ivan's reaction to hearing Raisa was kidnapped. And Blair wasn't even in trouble. "I, uh, didn't mean.. um, to.. snap." He stuttered slowly.
After a thoughtful pause, Garaden's head snapped up and his smile was positivly beaming. "I do love her!" He jumped up and ran over to nudge at Kai repeatedly. "When do you think we can go back to the sitting room?" He asked excitedly. Now that he knew what those feelings had been from the party, he had to tell her.

"Note to self, never mess with Blair." Kai paused in his pacing and stared at Garaden intently as he answered. Kai's serious look faded away and he closed his eyes. He knew Blair would be ecstatic to hear from Garaden. When the young male began to nudge him repeatedly. Kai opened his eyes and shook his head at him. "Congrats on admitting it to yourself but hold your horses you hyperactive puppy. I think we could go back to the sitting room now I guess. We don't have a wolf to guard right now."
Kai lifted his head and stared up into the afternoon sky.
"We're free!"

Garaden tried to calm himself. While the rest of him calmed down, his tail was wagging madly. He glared at it a moment, but gave up quickly. His tail could wag if it wanted. "Great! I said I'd see her after the mission. I hope she's not there already." He watched Kai celebrate their freedom from the wolf. "Right. I don't think we'll be seeing that sourpuss again." He threw his head back and howled in delight. Freedom from the obnoxious wolf, and he'd be seeing Blair soon. The lady he loves.

Hopping in the air a few times, Kai began to run around.
"I'm sure she and Endless will be there soon. I don't think we've been gone for that long actually."
When he finally got the burst of energy out of his system, Kai threw back his head as well and joined Garaden's howl with his own. It was nice to have something to celebrate and to be in a good mood when he knew the others would need cheering up when they all were together again.

Garaden spoke quickly. "Endless? Oh! That's who Rudolf was with. I wonder how that's going. Ah, we'll find out soon enough I bet." After a giddy chuckle that was really as close to a giggle as a guy could get without sounding like a girl he took a deep breath, though the smile remained. "Kay. Lets go!" He raced for the porch, nearly crashing into it from trying to stop on the slushy snow. He jumped up onto the porch and grinned bashfully back at Kai. "I'm okay." He snickered. He kept telling himself to breath as he pushed open the door and headed to the knight's room. His tail hadn't paused from wagging yet.

Kai let out a bark of laughter.
"Don't kill yourself before you ever tell her your feelings." Kai shook his head and looked off into the woods. He suddenly missed his mate and wondered where she was. Shaking his head, he turned and followed after Garaden almost as energetic and excited to see the outcome of all of this as Garaden was.

Naito went out towards the porch and sat down crying. He was just so upset that everyone in that room had a mate. All except him. Was he too stupid to get one or was it the fact that the others knew he hated this and wanted to rub it in his face? He remembered Blood Rain's face instantly and snarled at it. He then started to pace around the porch since thinking of love was just making him sad. Eventually he cooled off and sat down to take a deep breath. "Perhaps certain things aren't meant to be."

Ava catches up with him out of breath "naito! thank god.." she said glad he didn't attempt anything rational. She flopped over to catch her breath though barely having the energy to keep herself Balanced.

Naito looked back at her. "I don't mean to sound rude or anything, but I actually like hanging around you since you don't have a mate. I never told the knights this, but I used to live with another wolf. She treated me like I was her son even though I wasn't." He then paused to take a big breath. "One day a random wolf came and they both ran off together in love and left me. Also my two best friends found mates then ran off as well to be with them. So I went to the knights since they were not into it. I had one mate to be who got slaughtered in front of my eyes and one who was having a fling with me. Both times made me hurt gravely. Now watching the knights with their new loves...I can't help but wonder. What did I do wrong?" He looked down a bit then up again. "I just don't want any other friends to leave me."

Ava looks at him "what makes you think..You'll loose me to another male..I'm not attractive..I'm not beautiful like all those other females..I just like being me even if it means..being single for the rest of my life..before I met you..I didn't have anyone in my life..My friends shifted to acquaintances since I haven't seen them for awhile..i can't change that" she answered trying to keep herself balanced, since she feeling a bit light headed..maybe she should have ate something before desperately running after Naito

Naito looked at her a bit worried. "Are you alright?" He instantly went over to her in support for her incase if she would fall. "Well...I'm sorry. I never knew what you were dealing with either. However, even if this sounds strange or scary to you know this. I think you're beautiful in two ways. You are beautiful inside and out. I don't think I have ever met a kinder wolf like you who is patient and understanding. To make it simple I really admire you for being able to be strong emotionally." He then laid next to her incase if she were to fall.

Ava looked at him "that's because you never asked..so I never told you" she said "look you may think love is hurtful..but its also great at the same time..You feel warm and fuzzy inside when you know you love someone..its the greatest feeling ever..but I've never actually experienced something like that..you have experienced more then me..it shows you have the ability to love someone..and forget those others...if they weren't going to commit to you then its their loss..you are a nice, caring, romantic when you want to be and you are attractive..don't think as those traits as curses..because if I was in their place..I would have returned your love" she told him before laying down and closing her eyes for a bit
