Kren growled and went to face Bareq. "DIE!" darkness flowed around him and jets of it shot towards Kren.

Ripps had been able to slip around the room and sat on the stair bannister behind Kren.

Bareq extends his hands, and streams of light flew from his palms flying towards Kren.
Kren growled and moved out of the way of the lights and faced Bareq. A pool of darkness grew around bareq's feet and slowly he sunk into it.
Bareq aimed the light he could muster at the hole, but nothing worked.
