Kirai did not bother being rushed... Actually, it was a relief for her. It felt odd being there, it had been over two hundred years since she last stepped foot in the Outerlands HQ. Looking to Mim, Kirai let out a slightly embarassed sigh, and asked, "I'm sorry, I never thought I would ask this... Is there a bloodbank near by? Or perhaps a human I could quickly feed from?" The truth was, Kirai needed a lot of blood to get back to her normal self... At the moment, she was wondering how she had pushed her body to run so far so quickly... However, it did give her self confidence, in a sense, that in this state, she was able to overpower Avarice's necromancy. This confidence quickly left when she felt her shoulder, where she had not even been able to avoid Netvor's attack.

"Breeze irritates it." Mim brushed her fingers along the old burns. Without a second thought, Mim offered her arm to Kirai. She'd allowed Netvor to feed from her earlier, but the bite mark was healed now, nothing more than a small sensitive patch of flesh. "Take mine, but don't gamble with my life next time okay? Neith promised I wouldn't die, but if you'd managed to really kill me...well, I know there'd be quite a few pissed of jackals our friends here would have to deal with. Not good." That, and Mim really didn't want to risk Asa like that. "While Kirai feeds, tell me about your night first Phantom. Looks funner than mine was."

Kirai hesistated for a moment, and shook her head, gently placing her cold hand on Mim's arm and lowering it down. "No, just in case, it would be best if you preserved your blood. Besides, sadly, I've needed quite a bit of blood lately, and I am afraid I would bleed you too much." Turning around to walk out the door, just to quickly go and kill, Kirai paused at the door, and turned back to face Mim, smiling. "And Mimicry... know I would not let you die. Angry jackals or not, you are an old friend, one of the ones who Edward cares for, and as much as it pains me to say it... in a way, or atleast you were, my step daughter. I apologize for using you in such a way for us to escape, however, know it was with the best of interests." With that, Kirai left, leaving the RCS building, deciding she would make the kills as quickly as she could and return.

Returning, Kirai sat ontop of the roof, the cloak she took still wrapped around her. With her vampire eyes, much more sensitive to light than they use to be, she watched as the last traces of light reflecting off the clouds vanished over the horizon. The air about was thick and heavy, and felt nice to breath in compared to the cold air in Vaclav. It was warm, too, with just a slight breeze. She knew the night would get colder... but, with her empty eyes, Kirai just felt like sitting there, not thinking, not doing anything. This kind of existance had before been horrorific to her, nearly driving her mad, now, away from Vaclav and knowing others were so close about, it was a kind of comfort. To slowly make friends with her sleeping shadow, to not be a being split completely into three separate parts. When she was a little girl, she use to make dolls, very beautiful dolls, and have them talk amongst themselves. Now, she realized, those were different parts of her own personality she put into them, recalled from different experiences and emotions in her life previous to that. Now, she was the doll, her personality, her reactions, her shallow emotions, all being controlled by memories and reasoning as to how she should act according to this. That is what her persona was... a phantom of what she use to be. Nothing more. Her shadow was a phantom of her pervious sins, there to try to drag her into a form of darkness she had never completely given herself over to. It is strange how when, sometimes, when you think of nothing, it can help you to recognize everything.

Phantom chuckled and nodded. Even though Kirai left, she still felt like talking about her night. "Well, after you left, I was going to feed the kids and what not, then Godric and I started to talk. He told me he was pretty much fire, and I told him I could control fire. So we did a test. I pushed my energy into him and started to make him move. All of a sudden I started to think what I wanted more then anything, someone to be happy with and not have them leave so I would never be alone again. Turns out he wanted the same thing. But anyway, after that thought, something happened between us, and our tattoos started to glow a light blue. Mine have never gone that light before. I pulled my power away as quick as I could. I passed out and we all pretty much took a nap upstairs. I couldn't let him go, I just couldn't."

Phantom looked up at Godric and smiled with a sigh. "After that I took him downstairs, talked about my work, things got hot, then we made him a dagger. Oh, and when we are close to each other, we glow." Phantom touched Godric's arm and their tattoos started to glow again. "There you go, now its your turn."

Marcus had been sent to the Red Cross to bring a message. He was told to do so without violence yet was instructed to bring with him five undead knights. He had fought along side these men as a human, this much he knew. Now they were little better then husks, taking orders and carrying them out without so much as a word of complaint or affirmation.

Marcus simply stood outside the building. People walked as far out of their way as they could, or simply ran screaming. There he would wait until he could deliver his message.

Kirai looked down, sensing the factor of the knights being undead instantly. "Yes?" She called down, her dark eyes not moving or showing any emotion as she glanced upon the visitor. Kirai could hear Mimicry and Phantom speaking inside, and did not wish for them to be disturbed while buisy.

Marcus looked up, a cold unfeeling look upon his disfigured face.

"Do you represent these people." Marcus indicated the Red Cross building. Odd enough his voice was strong and commanding, like it was before he was enthralled. It was Cassus' idea of a joke, rot the flesh but save the voice.

"I am for them." Kirai said, jumping down gracefully to the ground, the cape she wore falling behind her, reavealing her beautiful black laced outfit. "At this moment, since they are buisy, I shall go on ahead and speak with you. If it is urgent, or of great importance, I shall pass the message on to the necessary individuals."

No fear, perhaps she would need to be taught to fear his master. No, his orders were clear, no violence.

"My lord Cassus has returned and demands your obedience. Join us and power beyond your wildest dreams shall be yours. Defy him, and there will be only death." Marcus' request was laughable, six men against a building filled with people. But Cassus was no fool, he had died once reaching for power gods would envy. He would not have sent Marcus without a trick up his sleeve.

Kirai bowed, and holding her head down, said, "Yes, I shall most certainly pass the message along." Standing back straight up, she folded her hands infront of her and said, "If there is a specific individual Lord Cassus wished for you to speek to, I can see if he or she is here in the present. If not, I can try to locate them for you, or have them sent to you for discussion over this message." Although, from how blunt he sounded, Kirai could not help but think there would be very little to discuss.

"Cassus is busy resharping his territory once again and cannot leave his mansion. If you have a leader, they will go to him. If not, then this scar will rain death upon you." Marcus' body began to convulse, a beam of light hit him and spread onto the ground creating a small fissure of decayed earth from which the undead could rise. When it was finshed Marcus was no longer there, his message had been delivered.

Kirai let out a sigh, and silently went back to where she was on the roof.

During their conversation, Mim could sense Marcus outside with Kirai. It made her edgy. "So, you've got a nightlight now..." Godric chuckled, taking Phantom's hand into his own. She'd said something similar earlier on. He could tell they were close. "Well," Mim began, "where to start...I got pissed at Aunt Riley and decided I needed to run. It helps calm my nerves. Ended up at the Latverious Castle and ran into Bain. She's still alive Phantom." Mim grinned. "Promised we'd stop by, introduce her to mini-Bain, perhaps? Anyways, found dad, kicked his a**, but that ******** cheater used his necromancy to control me. Went to his place, the Rosenthal plantation and he had Kirai imprisoned there. SHE broke his hold over me, but threatened to kill us both when we escaped. I was like, hell no...broke free of them BOTH and now we're here." She grinned. "You totally win for best night." Walking towards the door, she opened it briefly to examine the large scar Marcus had left in the ground. "Hey, Kirai!" she called. "Aren't you getting tired of dead people? I sure as hell am. If I hear necro or mancy in the same sentence, I'm totally cutting a dude."

Phantom nodded and was almost speechless. "Yeah, guess I do win this time. And I figured Bain would be somewhere. But hey, at least she is somewhere." Phantom sighed and and leaned on Godric a little, her heart getting a little heavy. "I'm sorry I didn't come help you Mim. Guess I'll just put it on the long list of people I never was able to help."
