Matsuya sat down in the same chair he always sat in. "Well I've gotten to stage 5 of my training. I've learned the Hiddin Mist Jutsu, the Water Armor Jutsu, and the Water Reflection Jutsu. And Blade is fighting some guy in the park. So... I need someone to train with."

Zane performs a seal slow enough for Matsuya to memorize as water moisture in the air form chains that latch onto Matsuya from the ground binding him at the ankles and wrists. "Suikusari no Jutsu, using water manipulation to creat chains that bind the oponent," Zane told him as he released the jutsu.
Suikusari no Jutsu (Water Chains Technique)
Description: Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move.

Hirose walked in the tower and made his way to see Zane show Matsuya a new technique. He approached the Mizukage and held up a sign for Mist village swordsmanship. It was the first signal Zane had ever learned from him that meant Hirose's intense desire for sword training.

(1/5) Matsuya copied the handsigns. Nothing happened.
(2/5) Matsuya did the signs again. This time, a small amount of water stuck to Zane's wrist. But fell away soon after.
(3/5) Matsuya continued to do the handsigns. After he was done he looked for results. This time, a larger amount of water stuck to Zane's wrists, makeing a kind of braclet around his ankles and wrists.
(4/5) Matsuya did the handsigns still. Again water stuck to Zane's wrists and ankles. This time a small chain connected them to the floor. But it fell away, just as Matsuya thought he had it.
(5/5) Matsuya did the handsigns again. This time he knew he had done it. Chains rose from the floor and connected to Zane's wrists and ankles, binding him to the floor. Matsuya released the jutsu. "Is that right?"

Hirose makes a handsign and two cinder clones appear. Hirose nods at them and they run off.

Zane looks over at the people in his office, Hirose, Matsuya and Alex. Turning to Matsuya, "Good job there Matsuya...now go to the beach and learn these two jutsus. First is Mizu shuriken no jutsu. Using water manipulation create multiple water shurikens and launch them at your opponent," Zane explained by showing him a set of handsigns. "Then after that learn Fuuma Mizu Shuriken, which is the advance version of this," Zane showed him the seals, "Instead of creating smaller ones, you create one big fuuma shuriken," Zane explained.
Then Zane turned to Hirose and sighed. "I'm sorry Hirose, but right now I'm only a simple water clone and I have to remain here. My real me is in water country and I have a more advanced clone teaching LT, maybe later." Zane told him in dissapointment.
"Alex, is there anything else I can do for you?" Zane asked him as he watched him eat ramen.
Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique)
Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken)
Description: Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shurikens are hidden until they actually emerge from the water.

Reiniku's bird Hyousetsu landed on top of the tower as Reiniku himself jumped down onto the window sill, pushing the window open as he made his way into the office. "Sir, missionn completed. Here is the wings you ordered by the way..." Reiniku muttered as he took several bags of wings out of his pack while placing them down on Zane's desk.

"Very nice, I'll save these for when the real Zane gets back," Zane said as he ducked under his desk and opened the safe, storing the wings safely inside there. He could still smell the freshness from the Hooters wings and laughed. "So...did you have fun?" Zane laughed maniacally.

"Oh yes...I was like a kid in a candy shop...Although Hyousetsu was constantly complaining about the heat..." Reiniku stated with a slight smirk as he recalled the destruction of the hooters, playing it back within his mind over and over again. "Wont the Kazekage come after us though?"

"Well first off, he has no proof that you were the one that did that, second, if he's mad then he's mad. You have no idea what kind of secrets lie hidden deep within the Mist," Zane explained as he chuckled at the thought of the Kazekage coming into town. "I'd love for him to just start an all out war...it's bound to happen, I would just rather get it over with now than later."
