Take into account that if we leave then dragonworld is forever Dymalis's to take over because there will be no one stopping him David. Robin told him.

"I know that Robin. Glimmer should go to her mother, but we do need some here to fight Dymalis and Violet with their toys they have. The last thing we need is my father taking control of the dragonworld, that's for sure."
Cynder had been watching them after they had come through the portal-door, left the temple, came back into the temple, and them talking to each other.

"Your mother is alive Glimmer. I cant stand the thought of my father following you or something and attacking. He is trying to make sure we suffer, you for your parents and me by fighting me. If we managed to get rid of my father before seeing your mother, that would be nice."
She continued to listen to them. So far the ice dragon, Glimmer, just found out her mother was alive while the other ice dragon, David, hates his father and all he has done.
