If you want to do what I do then just simply play some classical music, read what you need to read, and highlight the important details.
Then read again just in case you weren't able to understand it the first time.

what would you do if you have a lot of blisters on both of your hands and you still need to swing the bat?

Your still in love with him but can't forgive him because of that.
Your stuck in the middle when and you can't move on and then he just decided to get married and that tore you apart.

i will pick up myself where he left me. Face the reality and not put anything foolish inside my head like hope that's he's going to come back. I will face the bleeding and hurting truth right in the eye and walk away with my dignity intact. I will not regret anything I did and did not do to save the relationship. But it would also be a realization for me that I can't forgive him yet because I am still emotionally not mature. But, time heals all wounds and there would come a time that I would just simply forget he ever hurt me, because the past wouldnt matter anymore, and he wouldnt matter to me anymore. But for as long as the situation still affects me, then it means it still matters to me, and it means I am not yet ready to move on.
