"That guy... is outta control," she sighed, turning her head to look at the sky. She narrowed her eyes before shaking the feeling she'd missed something. "Are you okay though, Kai-kun?" she asked, hoping he hadn't gotten hurt in the fight.

Kai nodded, frowning slightly. "Yeah, I told you Kaori came in and helped me since my ice was useless." He glanced at Kei as the dragon starting flying laps around himself and Meghan. "I haven't seen that Mergex guy since that day in the forest... Hopefully he'll stay gone."
[Gah... now I have to go pack a cooler...]

She watched Kei flying around them, continuing to listen to Kai. "I see.. but, what if he's still alive?" she asked, not looking at him. "Would you go after him..." she trailed off. She thought about it, and was questioning it; would he just sit by while Mergex hurt people or would he get into another fight and possibly get hurt.

" Well I'm not forcing anyone to fight. So if you need to hide then do it. I would hate to see someone die because of me. I'd really rather if none fight but people do and for that I'm glad." Gordon said putting on a soft smile as he looked at Nefidean.

Kai frowned as he thought quietly to himself for a moment. "I guess I'll... have to help out. Especially if he invovles innocents like his brother did. If my ice can't counter his fire, maybe my sword can?" He paused to consider for a moment if that could work. It was possible... His thoughts were iterrupted as Kei plopped down at his head, giving a lazy roar.
[It's fine! I am now at my grandmother's house, with a very small wireless internet connection that I could lose at any moment. xP]

She giggled. "Well, hopefully that didn't hurt," she teased. "Kei-chan is sooo cute!!" she laughed. "Well," she thought, "if something like taht happens again, I'll help out too... hopefully I'll be there," she said, determined to help the best she could. let's just hope i don't fall, she thought.

"Nope, I'm fine." He reached up, patting Kei's head. "Thanks to this little guy and Kaori..." He frowned slightly, shifting his sword to the side so he could sit more comfortably. "You don't need to help," he said, glancing towards her.

She shook her head, almost stubornly. "I insist that I help," she crossed her arms, nodding. "Besides, if something happend to you, Kaori-chan or Kei-chan, I'd feel horrible that I let that happen to my friends..." she sounded like she was about to cry, but her eyes were clear. I'd never forgive myself if something happened to them that may have, she thought in an angered, almost heartless voice, not able to continue thinking.

Kai frowned at her, but then sighed seeing she wouldn't be argued with. "Fine..." he murmured, plucking Kei from his head and holding the dragon in his arms instead. He mentally made a promise to look over her if they were pulled into the fray, but didn't mention it aloud. Instead he shifted slightly so his back was to the tree again. He settled there, absently stroking Kei's back.

[[whoops... i forgot I had a pet in the RP XDD my badd]]
A small foxsquarled roamed around, until he picked up a fermiliar scent. Stealthaly walking over, it hopped into Meghan's lap, circling around before placing it's front paws on her chest, looking up at her. It's tail swished in circles behind it as it mewed softly.
"Monkichii!!" she exclaimed, the foxsquarl jumping into her lap. "Nani- How?" she started, not knowing how he'd gotten out of her room. She sighed, "You're going to get into trouble one day, Kichii-chan," she warned, but didn't sound at all frustrated as the fox squarl mewed at her, his charcoal eyes looking innocent.

Kai blinked as the animal approached, leaning forward to see it better. He had no idea what it was though and he frowned in confusion. "Monkichii?" he echoed curiously as Kei pulled from his grasp to hover closer. The dragon set down in the grass before Meghan, stretching his neck towards the other small creature.

Monkichii turned his head, then pounced off Meghan, approaching Kei slowly. It bent down, it's head on it's paws, his but in the air, his tail swishing still. Leaning to his left, his right paw started pawing close to Kei in curiousity.
Meghan laughed as he pounced off her at the approach of Kei. "It's a foxsquarl, to say the least. He's a little trouble maker at times, but still, he's cute as hell," she giggled. "Very curious too," she said as Monkichii started pawing.

Kai nodded as he took in Meghan's words, watching the foxsquarl carefully. "I've never seen one before..." he said, ready to reach in if Kei tried anything. But the dragon simply reached out his neck and sniffed Monkichii, then pulled back again. His yellow eyes blinked several times and then he looked towards the sky, blowing out a long flame. Then Kei looked towards the foxsquarl as if daring it to do better. Kai just chuckled softly at Kei's antics.

[[aww oki. Well, i'ma just warn you then. I might not make it on tomorrow and then i'm headin to virginia for vacation for a week... if i can make it on or not while i'm there is beyond me >< so if i don't, i'll see you when i get back and i'm sorry =[ ]]
The foxsquarl looked curiously, before shivering as his eyes shut as though surpasing something. Suddenly, the foxsquarl gave a short, soft sneeze which landed on the dragon. It shook it's head, before blinking several times, it's tail swishing back and forth still. It mewed softly, as he looked happy, sitting down.She laughed at first, then watched as Monkichii sneezed. "Kichii-chan," she said in disbaleif, although she started laughing. "I think he likes Kei-chan as a friend," she smiled at Kai. "Oh... well, I found him in Egypt?" she said, not sure if that explained anything.

Kei watched the foxsquarl for a moment, jumping back suddenly as he sneezed on him. He roared softly and flapped his wings, lifting into the air and zooming around in fast circles. Then he fell on the grass, rolling around on his back as if trying to clean himself. Kei stood, blinked at Monkichii, then charged him. The dragon jumped on the creature, wrestling it to the ground.
Kai jumped in alarm and started to reach out and seperate the two, but then he realized Kei wasn't hurting the other at all. He was just being playful, in his strange, dragony way. Kai laughed and nodded at Meghan's words. "Haha, yeah..." he grinned and then blinked at her. "Egypt?" He hadn't really been around much and hadn't bothered to remember the names of places he had been.
[That's fine. I'll see you in a week then? ^^;]
