Nathan nodded, then glanced out the window. "We're almost there - make sure to text me about when you want me to be in to get the tickets," he smiled at Hayate softly, "I definitely want to be here to see you."
He winked. "We could even dress to match!" he suggested with a grin, joking.

"You got it," Hayate replied as he turned the final corner. He stopped the car right in front of the house. "Well here you are. I brought you home safe and sound."

Nathan nodded, then leant over to peck Hayate's cheek. "Thank you..." he murmured, biting his lip in worry as he undid his seatbelt.
"D-did I... offend you... in the last five minutes?" he asked softly.

The Angel let out a relieved breath. "I just thought you'd gone quiet and - I don't know, just wondered if I'd put my foot into my mouth..." he murmured, blushing.

Nathan smiled, opening the door on his side of the car. "You go home and have a decent sleep then. I'll see you tomorrow - if you can still come that is..."

Nathan blushed vividly. "You better not try to crawl in with my parents, and pajamas are required!" he stammered, already imaginging it.
What floored him, however, was how much he was secretly wishing that Mao had offered to do such a thing. Things would be so much simpler if Mao would just try that...

"Hmmph. You would be very cold in my bed since I wrap myself up in the covers, so you definitely need pajams..." he stated, voice not quite as firm as he would wish as he pushed a leg out of the car.
