Is nice. The tie looks a little out of place to me, but yeah.
Only suggestion would be that you need a splash of orange on the top of the head.

Whatever that red stuff is, it sticks out too much, doesn't blend well. It distracts my eyes form the rest of the avatar. Otherwise it's good.
