He could be a threat if he wanted to, but he's way too lazy to try and hurt you. XD His power level is still being held at the level of a human, though, so you shouldn't feel intimidated.

xd You might find that a little hard. Rednal will use the minimum amount of power necessary to protect himself. He wouldn't fight back unless he had to, of course...

Fortunately, one of them doesn't seem to have much power at all, and he's telling the other one, who's clearly important, that everything's under control and that the important Shinigami doesn't need to worry about them and can instead focus on the important matters. Like the ultra soap-opera downtown. XD In other words, he's trying to help.
