Epidemic of Insanity
It IS a fairly ridiculous show, one must admit.
xd i guess it depends how much you like competition. my family thrives on the stuff. but i for one. don't play sports. but would still enjoy beating people at what i'm good at. ok... so i don't cook too often. but people who do and are competitive might find this show very interesting (my two siblings for example) i have see it. and i think there are very interesting and innovative parts of it. but it doesn't fall under my normal range of interest.
My family's not all that sporty. My brothers played b-ball for a bit in junior high, but that's it. My parents have always focused more on "competing with yourself." You see, B's =failure to my parents. I've cruised through junior high on a 3.7 and my parents still insist that I should exert some more effort and get a 4.0. Jeez. I'm from a family of nerds.
crying Even my brother's one and only form of competition was nerdy. He and his classmates competed for the highest grade. And once he started going to magnet, he switched to, competing to "see who can still get a 4.0 with the least effort."
I'm such a shadow at school that it WOULD be nice to receive a bit of glory for once.
Anyway....my mom prefers the cooking shows over the competitions. Everyday Italian is her favorite.
I talk so little in real life that I talk way too much online.
