I KNEW someone was going to do FMA with that item. XD
I give your avi a 9.5/10.
Very creative use with the water, and I like the emote bubble. I also like that your avi is kneeling/sitting down, rather than standing. Good luck in the avi arena!

The fire theme is great, but the items don't really match. There's not too much you could do with that stuff. It's rather simple.
