George Bush isn't really that stupid. I liked him. George had good intension, Zuma is a terrible person. He raped his niece.

How is he still the President of South Africa?
As far as Bush goes the only thing good thast came out of him were funny Family Guy skits and taking out Saddam. He wasn't a bad president especially compared to this Zuma.

Because they don't have any real proof, they know he didn't, they just can't prove it. He is just a good speaker, charismatic, and black. Which is all you need to be the president of South Africa.
