"Muttonchops busted through the wall with his overgrown lizard!" Blossom shouted back to Rei. "And he's gotta fix it when he gets back!"

"Yeah, well then try your hardest to fight it. Your kid needs you, so don't go dying on him." Rei winced as he remembered his life at the orphanage, with no real memory of his parents.

"You're too young to understand, but if you really want to know... I had no intention taking you away from the one you loved, if in fact you did truely love him. People like me must test the conviction of others in order to make them stronger as a result. If he accepted my wager, what would you have thought of him? Would that mean he values his pride over you? If nobody ever challenged him, how would you ever know for sure which he would choose, if given the decision? Faith? Such concepts are abstract, sometimes you must be faced with temptations in order to learn the truth for yourself. Tell me, are you happy he chose not to wager you? You wouldn't have experienced that happiness if I never challenged him. So, I indirectly strengthened your bond. Do you fault me for that?"

Blossom whirled around and faced Saturnos, lifting a finger as she readied to yell at him, then paused. Her hand fell back at her side. "Well..." she tried, realizing that what he said was true.
"...I'm still mad at you for even starting it," she muttered, folding her arms again over her chest. "And you sure SEEMED to enjoy the entire thing."

He nodded, flapping his wings a bit and making two more for a total of six pieces of French toast. The hungry avian set two aside for Blossom and piled four onto his own plate, then grabbed a plastic squeezy bear container of killer bee honey, which he poured out onto his French toast. :D He liked the nutty, sweet flavor of the honey of the Brazilian Africanized Killer Bee.

Blossom sat down at the breakfast island and ate her French toast without any syrup, chewing quietly. They sure tasted good. She ate a little slower, wanting to really taste it well.

Blossom Riddicks Blossom whirled around and faced Saturnos, lifting a finger as she readied to yell at him, then paused. Her hand fell back at her side. "Well..." she tried, realizing that what he said was true.
"...I'm still mad at you for even starting it," she muttered, folding her arms again over her chest. "And you sure SEEMED to enjoy the entire thing." "Well, be mad at me if you must; I'm sure I deserve it. But I leave you with a word of wisdom. Don't judge people by what you see on the outside. I will not deny I am easy to hate... but what if you knew what kind of person I really am? I guarentee that you would be suprised. Oh, the cookies are done." Saturnos takes out the fresh oatmeal cookies and puts them in their proper storage container. He begins to walk out, but stops as he passes Blossom, "Here an "I'm sorry" present, because you listened to me for longer than 99% of the other people I've spoken to, if it means anything to you at this point." He hands her a fresh cookie and walks out the door, not allowing her to reject the gift.

Blossom was still concentrating on her French toast when a warm cookie suddenly appeared in front of her. She took it quietly, studying it. He seemed apologetic enough, but at the same time, he didn't think he had done anything wrong. And maybe in the end he didn't, but I still don't like what he did, she decided.
She wasn't so stubborn as to not look up and wave slightly and call a "Thank you" after him, however. Blossom went back to her breakfast, leaving her cookie right by her plate to be eaten once the French toast was gone.
[[Must shower and do some things. Be back later!]]

Sue noticed that Blossom and the others were eating, thinking that food was a good idea. She took one of the pieces of French Toast not sure if it belonged to anyone and munched on it. "Quite tasty, my compliments to the cook!" she smiled.

Tibarn scowled. He had only made six pieces, and now his culinary masterpiece was drawing everyone from all over the house. He quickly wolfed down the remaining three pieces off his plate, then grudgingly grabbed some more eggs to make more for whoever else wanted it. Exercise could wait. He'd need a well-fed spotter anyway, right? Once again he cracked eggs into the pie plate and began to bea them up again.
