Evan swam to the surface and coughed because he had inhaled some water when Shoxie had grabbed him. He tried to regulate his breathing again.

Shoxie tried to stop laughing. It lasted for a few seconds and he started laughing again. "I can't help it!" She said between his laughter.

Shoxie saw Evan coming and dived down in time and swam under water. The water was blue, but it wasn't clear, so Shoxie didn't know where he was going. Suddenly, his head crashed into Evan's crotch.

Evan had seen Shoxie's shadow below the water and so he was able to grab his shoulders before he hit him too hard. He pushed Shoxie away from him.

Shoxie surfaced, thinking that he crashed into Evan's stomach. He grinned and rubbed the back of his head innocently.

((i'm going with Evan's not an idiot, so he saw the series of events unfolding and he managed to avoid any severe pain...))
"You idiot," Evan said, through gritted teeth. He pushed himself away from Shoxie. That had hurt.

"You hit me in a very uncomfortable spot," Evan replied as the pain started to fade a little. He took a few deep breathes as he tried to calm himself a little.

Shoxie went pale when realized what he was talking about. "Really? Dude, I'm so sorry man." He apologized, moving a bit closer to Evan.

Shoxie was glad that Evan forgave him. He didn't feel like swimming anymore after what had happened. He started heading to shore.
