The Professor nodded "Perhaps hes going to try to use it to alter the very nature of time itself, we need to get there quickly help me with the tardis, usually I have to run around the place trying to quickly to press all the right buttons but since I have two timelords with me I can pilot it more smoothly, I'm sure they taught you how to pilot a tardis, correct Andi?" he asked.
(Have you guys come up with what the next storyline would be? I'm just asking,ya know, to give everyone a chance to contribute with your own ideas.)

Amanda takes the phone and looks at it for a moment. She tries to dial to New Earth to get a hold of her parents. Unfortunately the phone does not reach there.
Amanda sighs, "Thanks Iris. I think maybe I will ask the Professor if he has a way. It just might be the ship interfering with the signal, but it is more likely the distance of time and not being on New Earth." Amanda stops and thinks a moment and then gives a sardonic laugh. "I just realized that I am the first person to get off of New Earth since the quarantine."
(I don't have any ideas for plot. Amanda will need to let her parents know that she is not dead, but other than that I haven't had much time to think. I am in the process of unpacking from a move.)

((Nothing definate on storyline but if we get stuck, there's always trying to find a few other young Time Lords. Andi wasn't the only one hidden away from the War and nothing says tey have to all join up with our little band. And there's the matter of a TARDIS waiting on Earth for her. What if someone else finds it first hmm? Just a few things to think on. Do you have any ideas?))

"They gave us the bacics but nothing too in depth. They were a little sensative about the possibility of young, brash Time Lords stealing TARDISes and running off on thier own." She smiles at her companions when she says this. "And you must remember that I really was very young. I hadn't even been studying fo a decade when I was sent away. Still," she studies the console. "I think I know enought to help you. I wouldn't want to try it on my own though." She steps up to a section of the consle and takes hold of a lever. "Just take the lead."

When the topic comes up, Andi suddenly realizes just how young she is. Back on Earth, she's an adult. A teacher, and at the front of her field. She's respected and knowledgeble. Here though...Here and now, she's a child, barely out of diapers by Timelord standards. Oh drat. She was really enjoying being treated like an equal. Still, this was important information and she couldn't keep it to herself. "How old? Well...Umm...Twenty-three. And for twleve of those, I've been human." She rushes on with the rest. "But you must understand, I'm not an infant. And I know it sounds arrogant but I'm brilliant, I really am! I was way ahead of the other students my age. But even so, there's only so much you can learn in three year..." She bites her lip and waits for his response.

You are young, I dare say your a toddler by timelord standards, a ninety-year old is a teenager and your not even half way there, saying that I'm sure your very brillant on earth and I can make you even more with teaching you such things as Trans dimensional engineering." he told her with a smile "Are you willing to learn?"

"Of course I'm willing to learn. That's what I've been trying to do since I met you. And when I said I was ahead in my class I didn't mean on earth. I meant at the Acadamy on Gallifray. Even so. I know there's a tremendous amount I have to learn."

"Well, I have most of my information second hand, except that I know for a fact that no one goes off planet and no one comes to us. We're isolated.
"Anyway, I hear tell that it was about the year five billion twenty five when the drug patch Bliss came out. Apparently it produced a virus of some sort that spread really fast. The Senate of New New York quarantined New Earth and sealed the Understreets before Bliss destroyed them. Bliss then burned itself out so it was no longer in affect, however, the people in the Understreets were trapped down there for about twenty eight years. I have heard some vague stories about the Long Commute, that I can't tell you much about. So during the year five billion fifty three, something happened and opened the Understreets so that all the people down there could repopulate the upper city. And that's that."
(Sorry about the long pause. I will work very hard not to let it happen again. I was moving and had to do stuff to get ready for school.)

Iris nodded, listening to the entire story. "Who put this drug into the atmoshere? Did your family ever find out?" She asked. Was the master somehow involed in this? She asked herself.

"The Master?! Goodness no. This was a thing done entirely by people. Bliss was a drug, and having a patch was the thing. It was popular by everyone's standards. There are people who are working to stop the patches. I suppose one good thing is that the patches aren't popular anymore.
"There, that looks to be the last of the stuff I knocked down. Can you give me a tour, or should we go explore?"
