Nathan shook his head. "I really honestly don't know. Theoretically at noon today, but since there are the three of us and I was under the impression we were looking for more trainees, we might be holding off. Well, that and it's not quite noon yet," he added, glancing to his watch.

A Guardian emerged from the training room. She looked around. "I thought there were four of you...oh well. If your friend is late, then she misses out. Let's begin." She turned and entered the room.

Nathan stood up, packing up the laptop. "There's your answer," he told Anna, tucking the laptop away into his backback. Slinging the backpack over his shoulder, he went in after the woman.

Blaine stopped leaning away from the wall and looked to the Guardian, "Alright, so what do we do?" he asked.

Anna shuffled in after Blaine, wondering what sort of chaos was going to ensue.

The Guardian gestured to the room in front of them. "Find an empty space, and show me what you can do."
((I haven't figured out the training yet... sweatdrop ))

((lol))
Blaine shrugged and found a space all to his own. He took his light 1 mysticker and stuck it on his left palm and activated it with his other, taking his time as he did so. Instead of a flash like before, it came as a small orb of light floating just above his hand and sending a glow about the room, Now how'd I do that? he wondered, Is it how I activated it? Or when? He shrugged off the question and began to play with the orb, tossing it up and down in his hand and tossing it from one to the other.

((Now that I've got a nifty little program that will get me onto the computer whenever I want, I should be able to be a little more involved with the RP. Venom, I'm thinking that you or Joe should post about the training, because I have no idea what the training is going to be like at all. Oh, and one other thing Joe. How do I know about the training? Is Stark going to visit me?))

((Bitong knows because he is closer to Stark than Anatoly. From now on, I'll prolly be PMing you my plans, so that Bitong knows before Anatoly.))

Nathan shrugged morosely, slapping the Mysticker onto his skin. In overdrive, the most he could really do was fire a short burst of fire, half a second perhaps, and that would leave it exhausted. He'd done it once before, and all he'd managed to do was start a small fire on the wall of the lab he'd been in. Oh, the expression on Kaylene's face that moment.
His mind was wandering, however; he'd been told to show what he could do. Very well. A fireball, straight and simple. It wouldn't go far, and it wouldn't last long at all, but his little overdrive use might show the trainer what his idea was. With a little flare for the dramatic, he more or less fired a fireball from the tip of an outstretched finger. Unfortunately, in doing so, he expended the charge the Mysticker carried. Hopefully they had more...

The Guardian nodded at Blaine. "Keep that up. Don't let the light dim and don't let the ball fade. I want it to go for an hour." She turned to Nathan and sighed. "No. What good would that do in a fight? Recharge over there," she pointed at a Mysticker recharge station on the wall, "then try to do something useful."

Blaine nodded back to the guardian, losing concentration on the ball of light, Cheese and rice, an hour? he thought, Alright, let's give it a sho- his train of thought was cut off when the light began to flicker and almost go out. He swore quietly and turned his focus back on keeping the light lit. He balanced it on the tip of his finger and let it roll down and along his arm, keeping it active so his attention would deter.

Nathan, chagrined, pulled the sticker off himself and went over the the recharging station. After a moment, he slapped it back onto his skin. What could he do with it? He glanced over to Blaine, then wondered for a moment... then... replicated his action, channeling the magic into his hand. A fireball generated therein, and he examined it carefully. He reached over with his other hand and began to shape it, seeing if he could turn it into something longer and more dangerous, but he was moving it slowly.

The Guardian saw Blaine falter. "Hmm. Time restarts." Looking to Nathan, she cocked her head. "Shaping? There's a chance that you'll use up more power, but there's also the chance of increasing efficiency and therefore cutting down power usage. Let's see what you can do."
