This dessert recipe that I have yet to make. (Yes, I thought it up.)
Mango-lime zest ice cream with blood orange, pomegranate and lemongrass infused gastrique, with fried black plantains wrapped in rice wrappers half covered with confectioner sugar.
The day I create this will be my best day ever.

last year, the last softball game was on my bday. i brought cake and my number was 14. this year, the kid who took my number, her bday was today[last game], and she brought cake. i will forever love this.
and finding out that my bday is this weekend. i am that stupid lol
