Kat shook her head, "You'll be fine. If your not dead yet someone is looking over you." She would have stood up but she wasn't exactly the most clothed girl in the world, "X come on. Don't be like that. There are plenty of reasons to stay alive." She thought about how he was when he was around, "Hows about books? More books are coming out every day. And science? Your going to be an amazing scientist."
Luna looked up to see Luke in the door way and noticed the blood on the side of his mouth. She licked her lips like she hadn't eaten in a fortnight and ran a tongue up and down one of her fangs.
Pandora heard the howl again and decided it'd be best to stay as far away as possible from it. Problem was she couldn't pin point where it had come from as she had heard a couple behind her too. She looked around in the darkness, the full moon was giving her some light but she was human and wasn't that great at it anyway.
She wanted to move but she was frozen there, she had a bad feeling that someone or thing was around her and she didn't even want to breath. Her baby moved yet again and Pandora closed her eyes hoping to make what ever it was go away. There's nothing there Pandora. It's your imagination. Just cause the school has mutants doesn't mean they will hurt you. They wouldn't do that. Or would they?

"Books do not serve as a valid reason for ones existance" Xavier said calmly "As for science, there all nothing but close minded fools. I've actually spoke to the some of the Worlds Top Scientist" He said the last three words with a large amount of sarcasm "How they ever got where they are is beyond me, anyways I have no passion for science" Course neither did they... he put in as an after thought. "You say there are plenty of reasons to stay alive, but those are yours, you know little of the meaning or reason for my continued existence up to this point..." Xavier blinked slightly as a thought occurred to him, then he coughed slightly, clearing his throat a little "Um....here, I think you might need this more then I do" He said, reaching around the rock and tossing a towel to Kat. He always brought two, the second one for drying off afterwards.
Still grinning Luke walked over to Luna and Cole "Ah, not as good as elk, but rabbits still beat cafeteria food" He said, now noticing the blood and wiping it from his face, licking it off his hand afterwards. Well he had been raised by wolves.

Luna was still licking her lips when Luke approached, but it was more so when he mentioned Rabbit. Lulu wasn't one to act like this but what ever took over her at night always made her crave fresh blood, "Hmmm." She was moaning at the thought of sinking her teeth into the rabbit's flesh, her eyes were closed, and a sigh escaped her lips like she was in pure ecstasy.
Kat tilted her head to one side, "Well I can totally agree that my reasons are different than yours but you must have some." She grabbed the towel and held it above the water in front of her, so that no matter what when she came over the top of the water she was covered. She moved to a shallower part of the spring and stood up slowly. The towel was soft so it felt good against her chest. Stepping completely out of the spring you could see the bottom of her underwear below the towel even though it did cover up her chest, "Thank you. I don't know how I would have gotten out." She walked over to him as he was drying, her bra and clothes were there on the floor.

"You would have managed something when the room was empty" Xavier said with an indifferent shrug, before he stood up, rolling his left shoulder "As for my reasons for living...I lost those a long time ago..." He said, looking at the wall with a blank but serious look on his face, like starring into the depths of the past. He sighed slightly after a moment then scratched the back of his head, shaking it slightly for a moment.
Luke raised an eyebrow as he looked to Luna, making a side comment to Cole "Maybe the foods better here then I thought if thats her reaction..." Obviously Luke had no idea what Luna was really thinking, only seeing the food in front of her.
Suddenly, after a moment of silence Luke started to cough, pounding his chest a moment with one fist, a small clump of white fur came from his mouth, landing on Luna's nose "Whoops, sorry about that"

Luna wiped the hair ball off her nose and gave this look to Luke that basically said, I would think so. The ball of fur landed on her plate, that thankfully was empty, "So whats with the white fur? Give yourself a bath or something?" She looked down at her plate again, kind a sad she was reduced to eating this food, "I prefer fresh actually." She figured they had no idea what she was talking about.
Kat held the towel close as a cold breeze whipped around her wet body, "X.." She didn't really know what to say, but she wasn't the type to let someone be depressed. After carefully thinking of how to say it she smiled and stood in front of Xavier, "Hey what is your most favorite thing to do in the whole world?" She had a pleasant, but big smile on her face, "Besides read."
Pandora got up from the fountain after the feeling of being stalked left and walked around the dark night till she found the maze. The moon was close to setting and the sun was trying to peak over the horizon, but it was soon lost when Pandora entered the maze and got severely lost.

"Nothing, the only thing I do besides read and study is stare off into the sky or horizon" Xavier said, he still hadn't lifted his head until his eyes refocused and he realized Kat was standing in front of him. Lifting his head so his eyes met her's, he looked at her questioningly "What are you smiling about?"
"Huh? No no, I found some rabbits near the school and um...invited them to join me for dinner" Luke said, trying to say what he'd done indirectly. Most seemed to think the fact that he ate animals raw disgusting, others though it was monstrous to take an animal down and devour it after killing it, but he couldn't help it, he was raised by wolves, its what his digestive system had grown used to.

Luna shrugged, "Bunny blood isn't that great, too much fur. My favorite is human but that is way too hard to get, so I settle for wildlife." She didn't think of him as disgusting or monstrous, she thought of him as a regular person trying to stay alive. Much like herself, "Don't you guys get tired? I mean you've been up all night, most people I know are out like a light by now."
Kat shrugged, "Nothing, just... nothing." She was a little bit shorter than him so when she looked at him she was looking up a bit, something she was used to, "Sunrise is about to hit. Want to watch it?" Kat was tired but she wasn't about to leave when she had finally smashed Xavier's icy shield.

"Meh, Wolves are mainly nocturnal, you kinda get used to it after awhile. I just sorta sleep when I can during the day, nap here, nap there" Luke said rather plainly like it was nothing. He grinned slightly, not at all disturbed by the fact that she talked about drinking blood "Ever try moose? Its a little thick, but the meats nice and juicy" He said with a grin.
"Its probably not a good idea" Xavier said, finally rising to his feet "Class starts in a few hours, and I suppose I should get at least some sleep before hand." Turning and looking back at Kat he spoke, his voice carrying a somber tone "I'll see you later" He said before heading in the direction of the door, leaving a short trail of water foot prints behind him.

Kat waved by to him as he left, "See you around X." She almost lost her towel in the process, I completely forgot about class. Mum would be pissed if I skipped. She grabbed her clothes that were in a pile and walked back to the school. Her mother was there with a look on her face that said what the hell are you wearing, "Hi mum." She walked past her like it was nothing and then walked to the cafeteria. Dropping her clothes on a table she made sure her towel was up and got some toast and jam.
The lunch ladies couldn't help but laugh and Kat giggled with them, "Had to get his attention some how." They had no idea what she was talking about but Kat didn't mind, instead she went back to the table and ate her toast. She fluffed up her clothes like a pillow and looked around, she'd fallen asleep in the hot springs and was mostly still tired but if she went to sleep it'd be worse. Eventually sleep took over and she was left on the table with her towel being held between her body and the table itself.
Luna thought about it, "No I'm from the southern area so we don't get a lot of moose down there. Besides I don't eat the meat nor kill the beast. I just have a sip if you will." She drank her milkshake wishing it was blood, "Not a whole lot, just what you would donate to a blood bank. Which is about a pint."

Xavier returned to his dorm room fairly quickly. Not bother to dry off he put on his underwear and jumped under the covers, however he never did get to sleep. Instead he just starred at the ceiling blankly as time rolled by, giving the appearance that he was sleeping, eyes open.
"Heh, well there were plenty where I was from. Only thing left when I was done where the antlers, four hooves and a couple hunks of bone" Luke said with a grin. He'd actually managed to devour an entire moose before just as he'd described, but that was a night he'd rather not relive.

Luna contemplated the thought of eating a whole moose, as well as an animal all together, "I'm not too sure I could do that. I like blood yes, but I'd rather have the veins, arteries, and the heart rather than actual meat." She looked at the time, "It's almost time for class, and day is going to hit soon." She felt herself slowly going back to the way she was in the daytime, but her fangs were still there. Her nails had shrunk back down, and she could transform her clothes, but no her whole body.

Cole paused before smiling slightly, taking a strawberry from the bowl.
"Thanks." He muttered as he popped it in his mouth, spitting out the stem and leaves.
He glanced up at Luke as he came back and listened to their conversation, not really able to give any input since he ate what most humans did.
He glanced up at Luna as he finished chewing another strawberry.
"Maybe a bit. I stay up late quite often. I don't sleep much. My mum used to call me an insomniac." He said as he glanced at a clock. Damian smiled as he took the girls hand and shook it.
"It's nice to meet you! You're the first person I've met so far. Then again, I've been pretty busy unpacking and touring the school." He said as he took another sip of his milk.
He would rather lap it up, but he figured it would look a bit odd. That, and he was drinking it from a cup, not a dish.
His black, fluffy tail swooshed about behind him as he looked over at Celeste.
"How do you like the school so far?"

Luna took this as a challenge, "I bet you can't beat me. I haven't slept in 9 years now. Now do the math, I'm 17 years old and haven't slept in 9 years. How old was I?" She smiled smugly and gave Cole a wink when she saw him eat the strawberry. She plopped another one in her mouth and squeezed all the juiced out with her tongue.
Pandora made it out of the maze eventually and found her room. She collapsed on the bed wondering if she had a room mate.
Kat stirred slightly in her sleep but somehow the towel managed to stay up.

"And you too" she said shaking his hand. Celeste's gaze shifted from his eyes to his ears and his tail. "Forgive me. You remind me of a friend I once had." Her head dropped and she stared at the floor. Thinking back to the cat her parents had given her. The cat had been her best friend for so long. It was strange talking to someone that was even just half human, though she had to admit that she was somehow drawn to him. Her mind ran back and forth, from the present to the past. She wished that Ellie was still alive.
