Naruto raised an eyebrow at his request, but shrugged it off as he turned to fully face Seph. Taking in several breaths before absorbing the heat of the coals below, he then held out his right arm, pulling it back as the hand clenched into a fist, as if ready to throw a punch. He was building up chakra into the arm while he was mixing it with the fire's power; finally, Naruto thrusted the arm forward quickly, unclenching his fist into an open palm, as it let out a medium jet of fire towards Seph.

Seph shook his head some, waving his arm violently across the jet of fire. The flames redirected, darkening the floor between the two of them. He smiled a bit, "Heh, I meant physically. The trick to creating a fire barrier is very similar to forming that jet . The only difference is, rather than manipulating your chakra around the fire, you're going around and behind the flames, compressing it. I know it sounds strange, compressing fire. But believe it or not, at a high enough velocity and compacted enough, a single flame can provide protection from a speeding bullet." Seph waved his hand, a wall of fire bursting into the air. It was paper-thing, and as wide as he was. "Your chakra needs to push on both sides of the fire. If I remove the chakra pressure from one side.." He did so as he said this, the flames erupting in his direction. They didn't harm him, but they had enough force to explode against the wall behind him, charring the heat-resistance wall. On Naruto's side, however, the flames were still just as flat.

"Hmm..I think I see. So it can be used as defence, then an attack later on if needed?" Naruto walked over to where the fire wall had been placed, several feet for saftey reasons. He began to reach out to it half-way, but then pulled his hand back to his side. "Interesting..very."

"It can still be broken right? Like, does it have any weak points I should know about?" He began to look from corner to corner of the fire wall to see any difference in it's structure, but did not notice anything right away. Hmm..seems easy enough to perform.

Kaimen seeped through the steel walls leading to the Main Room of the Ho dojo. Upon entering the sweltering heat he immerged. "Good thing I have the desert in the Matsu Iwa..." he to himself looking around the area.

Seph stretched and yawned some, sipping his tea. God, how that tasted good. He stood before the long pit of coals, arms crossed, smiling softly.

*standing almost at attention Zyphier awaits instruction to move from these sensei controling his breating so his chest moves the least possible, makeing it look as if he isn't breathing.*

"I assumed as much." He turned to look at her, his face straight and unreadable. Underneath the mask, which was probably obvious to her, was a wide grin. He remembered putting Nyl through this. That sparked a few other more unpleasant memories of their lesson sessions.
Seph looked back to Zyphier. "Step onto the coals."

Refusing to descend to the level of openly staring, Nyl turned a bit away from them and snapped her fingers. A fireball shot from them, going most of the way across the room.

*removing his boots Zyphier steps onto the hot coals lifts his foot with a sharp exhale, and stops to think* Step onto the coals? If I don't keep moving I'll burn my feet off unless I...no not in here. er...let's see there has to be some Asbestos socks or something here. *he looks around not seeing anything he gulps and places his feet on the coals and winces and stands at the ready waiting for the next command wincing slightly at first*How long?
