Volk tumbles a few feet away from his spot due to the doors being knocked down and creating a strong enough wind to blow him from his spot. He blinked a few times to see what happened and looked around to see who was there, he spots someone walking from the direction of the knocked down doors of the gate."Wow...someone was upset."

Luke moaned softly as the healers did their work. For the moment, he was still unconscious, but their care was excellent, and he'd recover, given time.
A few hours later, he was alone in his chambers, heavily bandaged and still asleep, though quiet now, and breathing more easily. The doctors were outside, still muttering to themselves, speculating over the possible side effects of treatment, and so on and so forth, as doctors will.

Nadia took a deep breath to calm down. Though she looked a bit more temperate, the swirling gusts of wind around her said otherwise. After a quick check to spot the doors as they rested, one on the ground nearby, the other standing upside down against a building, she began to walk into town. Noticing a young man standing nearby, Nadia paused and gave him a quick glance.

Volk blinked lightly as he saw the girl that blew the doors down walk up to him,"Uh hey there..you ok?" He started to stand up and wobbled a bit as he wasn't use to the thin air just yet. He stood up tried to walk but stumbled forward a bit towards her.

Illusion had been busy in the time that Lucas had been unconcious. It didn't do her any good to sit by his bed and be sick with worry over his condition while the healers repeatedly told her he would be fine.
How do you fall out of the sky when you can fly???
She let the thought go as she listened to the continent, pulling pieces of conversation from everywhere when she heard something that froze her heartbeat.
"..air is going to attack you tomarrow, you must attack them first before they can act! They'll be completely off guard."
She felt light headed. "Hidama! Moriarity!!! WE'RE GOING TO BE ATTACKED!!!" She sent the messaged all through out her capital city, so that every soul would hear and be warned.
"We will have to defend the city or maybe we should attack them first before they have a chance to come here!" she whispered to herself. It was time for strategies, no more time for peace, whether or not Lucas would rather do it that way.

Artemis was just about to answer Ellen when she heard Lus's message. "Forget this!" She yelled, letting down the vacuum. She ran past Moriarty and the other girl, grabbed Talia, and ran back to Ellen, qiuckly yelling over her shoulder "Come on you two! That message was for you for a reason!"
She ran back past Ellen and grabbed her around the waist, and positioned Talia on the other side in the same fasion. She quickly jumped out a window, as it was the fastest way to get to Illusion, as far as she could tell. "Sorry." She grunted at them, trying to keep all of their weights up in the air.
She quickly landed behind Illusion and set Ellen and Talia lightly on the ground. They most likely didn't like the idea of flying, but it was the fastest way here, and they were about to be attacked. Time was of the essence. "What's going on?" She asked, panting.

Ellen slightly gasped as they flew into the air. So many thoughts were going through her mind. 'An attack... from who... why...?' She shook her head trying to clear the thoughts while they landed softly on the ground next to the air princess. Talia had been snatched up too and she seemed to be a little dazed as well. She then stood there waiting for an answer to the question Artemis asked.

Nadia tilted her head as the boy approached. He looked rather lightheadded and unstable. "Me? What about you. You look like you could use some fresh... air." She scratched her head and inconspicuously waved her right hand at her side, increasing air pressure around the boy to about normal ground level density. She began to calm down by talking to him, "So what brings you to a place like this. You're not used to this 'rich mountain air' so I'm assuming you aren't a local."

Volk fell to his knees as he gets ground level air pressure back around him and pants heavily as he looks up at her as he catches his breath. He sits on his rear and pants harder,"Well no i'm not from around here... i'm a merchant that goes all around to sell my wares." He tries to stand back up but stumbles a bit and leans on her a bit with his bag still on the ground.

"A merchant eh?" She raised her arms, placing one hand on his shoulder to help him stand up straight. "Normally I'd say you should try Pelions bay a bit farther to the south. It's a great commerce town, but they're in a bit of a situation right now. What do you sell?"

"I'm not sure, somewhere East of here is readying their forces to attack us and we only have so long before they reach! I don't know if it was only suspicion or an outright plan of attack. I'm not going to take any chances." Her heart was pounding. "Princess Talia..." She could smell the earthy scent. "I offer an alliance with your kingdom now. Until you refuse my offer I will act as if allied." She turned towards the Duchesses voice and that of the other guest. "Someone from Fire I think...I smell brimestone. We don't have long!!!"

Volk smiled lightly as he was helped to keep stable by her hand and looks up at her,"I sell mostly blades, knifes and other blade objects." He smiles almost like he was proud of it.

Nadia scratched her head with her free hand. "So you're a knife salesman? Hmm..." She shrugged and shook her head. "I doubt any of the airheads in this town even know how to properly hold a weapon. You'd probably have more luck in one of the more accessable ground level towns."

Moriarty heard the call of an attack, and immediately seemed to tense up. The shining aura returned as once more he began to turn himself into a lighter form. When it was complete, he created a gust of wind to blow him down the hall, and forgot all about Talia and the others. Like a bullet the wind shot him through the halls and he was having a hard time avoiding crashing into things. As he reached the room, he made a small mistake and sent the last bit of wind too high, causing it to plant him straight into the ground a few metres away from Illusion.
Moriarty was growling a bit like a cat as he woozily got back up to his feet. Dazed for the moment, he couldn't remember why he had been called here. "Wha.... What's happening?" He stumbled out, shaking his head loose.

hidama quickly followed him down the hall praising the gods for her un natural speed. she laughed a little as moriarty crashed to the ground and she stopped lightly on her feet. she bowed quickly to the princess as a greeting.
