Feng shook her head, "We'll be fine don't worry," she grinned, "I'm sure we'll all be in one piece."

Besides, Aliya was not alone this time, so she was sure they would all be alright.

Kara chuckled at this as she took a seat herself, giving Wish room to sit or lay down if she wished. Though she found that Wish preferred laying out of all positions.

"Kaito learn fast," the neko giggled, purring at the same time. "When Kaito was here, Kaito grow biiiig and strong, and now Kaito learn talk. Just like a good little neko, like Shiro-onii-san."

Shiro, sitting on the other side of Elnara, beamed at Kaito. "That's right," he agreed warmly. "Otouto-san is learning very quickly how to be a good little neko."

Elnara chuckled. "It seems there is a lot for all of us to catch up on."

Kara nearly had a giggle fit at that, "That would be a difficult question, so much as happened, even with being told the basic events," she sighed happily, "So many children, and they're growing up...."

Granted she was use to the idea of fast growing children, but not with so many years shoved in between.


Ryu looked down at the tower, he had never played this before, but he was willing to give it a try. Looking carefully he chose one block and carefully slid it out.

Elnara smiled. "Celebor went with Donovan and Celeborn on their hunt," she explained. "But he'll be coming to visit after they get back, I promised him that we would stay a few extra days for him."

Alyse looked at the piece and clapped her hands. "You picked a good one!" she exclaimed. She pointed at the front of the piece. "See this? It's a unicorn! It's the only one you can tell what it is from the outside! Now you have to pick more of them, okay? Then we can win!"

"Our turn again!" Adwin cut in, reaching for the tower. He pulled out a piece from somewhere in the middle of the pile, causing the top to wobble a bit - but it didn't fall.

"Horse," he said disappointedly, handing the piece off to Ryu.



Ulani looked pleased. "Well, it's true," she agreed. "For how much Donovan comes here, we never see him. He's here, gets directions, leaves, and then when he comes back he goes to bed and leaves again the next morning."

The front door opened again, and Shael stepped inside. She stopped in her tracks when she saw how full the room was, her hazel eyes wide with surprise.

"Wow," she murmured, "I had heard there were a lot of you ... but I never expected to see so many at once!" She laughed.

Ulani smiled. "Kara, you already know Shael ... Shael, this is ... oh boy ... Cindy, Elnara, Lore, Serenity, Skye, Silvrendir, Idhril, Storm, Starr, Ura, Shiro ... and I believe you know Kaito already as well ..."

And of course she knew Miyu and Toshiro already.

Kara giggled as everyone said hello to Shael, there were certainly a lot of people here, she had to admit.

"It is good to see you again Shael," Kara spoke up.

"Indeed, Kara had mentioned you on several occasions," Wish spoke up from where she was.

With so many people in here, it was a wonder why the house did explode.

Feng had to admit that did make it easier, but she had a feeling that getting unicorns was a bit harder. She set the piece aside, so they wouldn't lose it.

"Well, next time," Ryu smiled as he took the piece, "It's still only the second turn of the game."

"But sometimes the game doesn't last very long," Adanedhel pointed out as he slid a second deer out from the bottom third of the tower and handed it to Aliya. "Sometimes the tower falls really early, so it's best if you do your best to get the pieces that are the same first."

"Or," Aliya replied calmly as Alyse reached for a piece with the circle on the outside, "you could simply go for what's safest, and make the game last longer."

Alyse pulled on the unicorn piece, but some of the higher up pieces also started to slide out with it. She stopped then, seeing that the tower was about to fall, and went instead for a safer piece - which, unfortunately, was not a unicorn.

"Griffin," she announced, handing the piece to Feng and looking back at the now very unsteady tower. Even without anyone taking any pieces from it, it was wobbling and near falling.



A red hue splashed across Shael's cheeks as she looked around at everyone.

"It's good to meet you, too," she replied warmly, yet somewhat shyly. She looked curiously at Wish. "Am I such an oddity?" she askes softly. "That everyone talks about me?"

"You know it's not like that," Ulani smiled, reaching over and putting one arm around Shael's shoulders. "Come, don't be so embarrassed. You were adopted into our family from a bad background, that's enough to make anyone talk about you."
