NPR just did a story on black tea in KenyaQuote: East Africa is also a major coffee producer, but Muchura says he wouldn't know about that. "I've never liked coffee, so I don't drink coffee. It's bitter, very bitter, and very thick in the mouth," Muchura says. "Tea is light and sweet if it's made properly, and you don't need milk, you don't need sugar." When it's pointed out that many people like to drink their coffee black, he laughs and says, "Yes, that's when it's even worse." Quoted for truth 3nodding

My mom just sent me a picture of the tea set she got me! I'm excited, it's cute! I was going to put the actual picture up here, but resizing it wasn't working, so have fun with linkage.

There's a fantastic shop in Chattanooga, it's where I usually get my coffee - they've got a decent tea selection as well, and do online orders. Is it allowed to post the link here?

I usually wait because I tend to eat seasonally, and thus I pair food and tea seasonally.
