"I'll show you where the cafeteria is" Altair said giving a kind smile. He began to walk with Aniki beside him. she seems...unsure of herself when she talks as if she's not sure of what she's saying...english is probally a second launage to her... wonder what her first is... "you seem unsure of yourself when you talk...is english a second launage to you?" Altair asked.

"Yes. I speak French first and then I learned Assyrian as a focus language. English came later." She walked a bit quicker. "And I find it a bit hard to get... used to."

french...well I couldn't have guessed Altair thought to himself, "It just takes time to adjust I'm sure a smart girl like you will get it eventually...it took me a few years to learn german...and it still isn't that good" Altair said.

"Thank-you, Sir. I never learned anything else... " she trailed off, lost in thought. Maman never wanted me to learn english... she considered. She said it was unneccesary.

"Well you be able to make up for those missed years here...thought I must warn you of one thing...the wilderness survival teacher will from time to time unconsciously start speaking elven...just a warning thought" Altair said simply. wonder if she's gonna ask about myself...she seems fine talking about herself...why am I thinking this...I'm just over thinking things again...why do I always do that

"I'm glad to hear it," Mara said to him. "Just tell me if there is anything you need."
Mara turned back to the boy on the bed. 'I'll probably be getting many visitors to the infirmary...' She thought ruefully. When you put many students with powers of the elements together in one relatively small space, you were sure to get injured, whether or not you were actually fighting. 'I hope I won't see any teachers in here. That would be rather awkward.' She smiled a bit as she tried imagining the old man who she assumed was the headmaster lying next to a student in the infirmary.
Bringing her mind back to the present, she addressed the first boy again. "Sorry, what was your name?"

Rahon decided to leave the infirmary he had never been fond of anything that would put you in such a place and just thinking about it made him feel funny. He left and began to walk toward the cafeteria wondering what had happened before he arrived. He began to feel uneasy about this whole school thing.

Altair looked at her rather surprise "...well...I guess you won't have a problem with that I guess...thought if you have any questions about biology your more then welcome to come and ask me". smart girl... Altair thought to himself. They came to the cafeteria Altair walked off and sat down at the teachers table, he leaned back in the chair and looked around, no teachers...guess I'll watch tem and make sure there are no conflicts Altair thought unwraping rellik from his back, he set the weapon down on the table and looked over the chain.

She smiled gratefully, and looked around for an empty part of the room. Finding the emptiest part, she sat down. Funny thing, the English-speakers use the word 'Elven' to name Assyrian. She framed the words to the Assyrian mantra her mother had taught her. And if ever a night is tinted with light, the spirits of darkness will consume, in likeness of power. For though the day is shrouded in shadow, fire is that which brings light to the darkness. She smiled wanly. Maman would be so angry at me now... but... She looked avidly around the room for a distraction. She found herself staring at Altair... he was so... "...il est... estrange..."

All three boys end up in the cafeteria not at the same time, but they all do they just sit around and wait to get the schedules and the rules.
((havn't gotten that far yet have we? and I just didn't know where to restart so I just had them all show up at the cafeteria))

"Yeah. Maybe I will." Star said with a grin. She looked ahead and saw they had reached the cafeteria, and entered. She walked over to the guys, and sat down.

Alter noticed the boy give a crystal to Star for saving his life. Alter wouldn't have paid much attention to the small gift if the crystal itself was nothing important. He glanced at it again to make sure he was right. 'My god, that's a power crystal! How the hell did that boy get his hands one one?!' Alter wondered, amazed that the boy would give something like that up. Alter decided it would be rude to mention the power of the crystal now that it belonged to Star. It wasn't his place, anyways.
"Well, now," Alter said as he moved the students along. "Time to go to the cafeteria." Star had already begun walking, but Alter didn't want the boy to lag behind. "Anyways, what's your name?" He asked the student.
