Atem held onto Sam until she pulled away. She looked embarassed. He quickly turned his head in search for Kaiba- thinking that was the reason she pulled away. No sign. Oh well, her look must be his imagination. He quickly grabbed the key in mid-air that were tossed to him. He looked at them with a sweet drop. "You...... you want me to drive your car?" he said confused. Given, he had a liscense- as they all did, but he wasn't the best driver. It was that he was bad, he just hasn't driven enough. Besides, she trust him with her car?
Joey couldn't help but smile when Mai said that. He would go out with her if he was straight. He seemed to be attracted to the tougher girls, thus why he likes Mai and dated Sam. But he knew that if he even dated Mai- it would turn out like when he dated Sam. There were close to him, but he wasn't in love with them. "We're not taking the car?" he said in a sad pout. Guess they were walking.
She knew she could trust Yugi not to say anything. But it was ripping her apart inside. She couldn't tell him Joey's secret either- though that wasn't bothering her. Maybe she would just tell him how Seto was acting.... what could he possibly do to her anyway? She would just have to make Yugi promise not to tell anybody at all. Or perhaps she should just keep her mouth shut about the matter. Akiko shrugged nervously as she tried to laugh it off, "Oh ah, I guess he'll talk to you about it later Sam. I dunno, heh heh...." Glad that they were moving on with conversations, she looked at Yugi when she mentioned him teaching her. "Yay, thank you so much!" she said as she hugged him happily.

"Well it needs to go to Sam's and youre the most responsible one here." She said if it was most logical. Her and Joey could get a lot more talking in if they just walked around.
"If you dont want to I'll drive!" Sam said with a grin, going to grab the keys.
"Not on your life hun." Mai said, crossing her arms. "Miss road rage." she said.
Sam pouted, pulling her hand back. "So what if I have a little road rage problem? Maybe people should just stop getitng in my way." She defended herself. She was getting to be like her brother with driving. She liked to drive fast, when she was in control of the car, any other time she was not so thrilled. She lost her temper very quickly with stupid drivers. She really wanted a motorcycle too but Seto wouldnt let her. She hopped in the passenger seat of the car. She smiled. "Alright, see you guys later." She said. She stuck her tongue out at joey since she got the car. "Haha. Have fun walking." She teased.
Mai looked at Joey. "no geneous." She said. She grabbed his hand and started walking. She held her hand up. "We'll meet up latter kids!" She said. Though she was only a few years older she liked to remind them of that by calling them kid or hun.
Once they were all leaving Yugi smiled at Akiko, who was still in his arms from the sudden embrace. "So ready for some rigerous training?" He joked with a small chuckle. He was glad she wanted him to teach her. It was the one thing he knew he was good at.

Atem sweatdropped nervously. So he under-estimated himself when it came to driving. He was responsible and decent. It was just when he started that he was nervous. To him, a car was new technology, he was still getting used to new gadgets. He slowly walked to the drivers side and sat down. "Alright then..." he said shutting the door. "I'll see you guys later," he said as he started up the engine. He looked at Sam as he was reminded of her driving as well. "I love you sweety, but I think it is a good idea if I drive," he said. Sam got way too angry on the road, resulting in cursing and tailgating. Were all women drivers as scary as them?
"Rigerous?" Akiko said in a jokingly whining tone. She pulled back and showed him she was smiling and just kidding. She then looked at Sam and said, "Amen, people need to get the hell out of the way!" Akiko wasn't a speeder, she was a defensive driver. But she would get angry at people who drove stupidly and would yell at them. But she wasn't as physical as Sam was- she was too afraid to speed or tail-gate. She usually went slower then the speed limit- only by a little bit. "People need to stop trying to jump in the back of my trunk. I hate tailgater....." she growled a bit. She then laughed and said, "Except for you Sam. You wouldn't tail gate me, right?" She then waved them off as they backed up and were about to go. She kept her one hand inside of Yugi's hand. "Now... how do we start this? Should you see the deck that I was using?" she said as she swayed his and her hand gently back and forth.
"I get to drive the car next, right?" Joey said jokingly. Joey was just as bad as Mai, Sam, and Kaiba except for one thing- Joey was dangerous on the road. He drives as if playing a game, which is not a good thing at all. "Well, let's start walking. See you later guys," he said as he first waved off Atem and Sam, and then Yugi and Akiko. "Where' you wanna go Mai?" he said offereing her choice of where they go.
[[Joey and Mai can go to the mall if you want. We just won't have them re-meet up with Sam and Atem since they are having personal time with each other. But, if you have a better idea on where they can go- go ahead and suggest. Parks and boardwalks are always a thought.]]

"Oh of course not Akiko." Sam said with a sweatdrop and a small laugh. She waved to everyone as they drove off. She turned back and put her seat belt on. She pouted a little but smiled too. "Aww not fair." She said. After a moment or so a sly smirk spread on her face. She gently reached her hand over and drapped it behind his head, resting on his neck and massaging affectionately. "Well lets see how good of a driver you reallly are." She said having a game in mind. She reached her other hand down and hit the button to make the roof of the car go up. She just wanted to see how many destractions he could take while driving and have a little fun.
"Well lets take a look at your deck I guess. Then we can use some cards from the shop to strengthen it. Then we could do a prac tice duel so I can see how good you are already." Yugi said. He liked hanging out with his friends but he couldnt help but feel so much happier when they were alone and all her attention was on him and all of his attention was on her. He glanced Back at Atem as he drove away. "I really need to get a car." He said.
Mai rolled her eyes playfully. "If I ever wanted you dead I would let you drive." She said. Once they were walking she kept her hand in his just friendily since she could tell he needed a friend. "Well it depends on what you want to talk about. Do you want to go anywhere or somplace not crowded?" She said, not really caring where they went.
Seto just made it out of the building as all three went separate ways. Of course Sam was in the car driving away. He had her cell phone number and could easilly just call her but he decided to give up and switch targets. He spotted Joey walking away with that mai girl. He growled and clenched his teeth before sticking his hands in his pockets and slowly following after them. She was holding his hand. Seto wanted to rip them apart and hurt her for just touching him. He knew he shouldnt be following Joey but Akiko convinced him to tell Joey that he never took advantage of him. Thats what he would do, and thats all he would do. But he didnt try to advance them, he stayed back and just watched jealously.

Joey happily took her hand as well- seeing it as a friendly gesture as well. Mai wasn't afraid to be physical- especially if it was a caring matter. "Let's go to the mall," he said as his smile grew, "so if we get hungry there is food nearby." That was Joey for you, always thinking with his stomach. He looked at her and said, "I want to just tell you everything that has happened in the past few days. It seems like so much all at once. My head is spinning from it all." He felt comfortable telling Mai- in fact he felt comfortable talking to his female friends. He now knew that all his friends excepted him, but it was very strange talking to his male friends about his sexuality. "First off, yea- I'm gay. I kinda realized it a while back but tried to hide it. I became so fustrated with it that I had to try to get my attention back on girls. So, I went out with Sam since she was the closets one to me." Joey then stopped and said, "And available," he said refering to Mai not being there. In a way, he was happy that he didn't go out with Mai. She may have taken it worse then Sam. He still felt bad for what he did to Sam- but she was with Atem now and really happy. So he guessed it turned out good in the end for her.
Atem drove off and to the mall. "That's ok Sam, I'm sure your brother will let you drive his cars," he said when she said it wasn't fair. He drove the speed limit and very decently. He then felt Sam's hand on the back of his neck and watched as the car's roof lowered. He smirked at her, knowing exactly what she was doing. "Your a very naughty girl you know," he said playfully. Her hand on his neck felt good and the open roof didn't bother him. At this moment, he didn't see any danger in her playing like this. Then again, he wasn't somebody to see danger in most games.... unless an evil force was out to hurt his friends or destroy the word. But that didn't count.
Akiko blushed a bit when he said he'll see how good she was already. "Aw, I hope I don't disappoint. Well, we can stop by my house to get my deck," she said. She then smiled greatly and said, "Spirit missed you. Uh huh, she told me," she joked a bit about her dog. Her dog liked anybody that walked through the door- well most people. She liked all her friends at least. "My mom keeps telling me to bring everyone over again. I think you were her favorite," she said. Actually, her mother teased her a lot, say that Yugi was her type. No doubt, she would bust on her when she finds out she's going out with him. But, that's what moms do best. "A car huh? Meh, I'm happy with my bike. I'm not too into cars. But, what type of car would you get?" she asked him.

Seto's eyes narrowed even more when he saw Joey hold her hand back. In his head he barked all kinds of ungentlemanly words at him But he kept himself calm on the outside by just letting out a long breath and keeping an eye on them like a halk. Why did Joey move on so easily? Didnt he say that he loved him? He knew it was just a stupid drunk lie. He felt a bit of dissapointment.
Sam giggled and leaned over. "Is that so?." She said flirtatiously and then blew it in his ear. She decided to keep teasing his ear for now. She licked around the outer shell before sucking a bit on his earlobe. She nibbled a bit and then planted a kiss behind his ear and trailed the kisses slowly down his neck.
"You could never dissapoint me." Yugi said softly. He smiled. "Spirit likes me cause I'm easy to knock over." He said with a chuckle. He really liked her dog and her family. He felt accepted as her friend there but would he be accepted as her boyfriend? Would they still like him? He blushed when she said he was the favorite. "I hope so. Does she know about us?" he asked. "I'm not good with cars, I wouldnt know which one to pick. But I'd like to be able to pick you up and take you places for dates." he said, wanting to be a good boyfriend.
Mai nodded as he spoke. She smiled thinking he would have chosen her had she been around. "Well sam seems just fine with everything now." She said with a small chuckle. "So how did it all come out? You found someone?" She asked even thought she already knew the answer.

[[Sorry I was away this week- it was a hellish week for tests and other things.]]
In almost anyother condition, Atem would be absolutely unable to concentrate. However, driving them meant keeping both of them safe. That's not to say that he wasn't enjoying it. He murred a bit showing that he was enjoying it rather a lot. However, it was now his turn in the game. They had reached a red light, and Atem came to a stop. As he kept his foot on the break, he wiped his head around to face her and kissed her suddenly. He put one hand on the back of her head and kept the other on the wheel. He pulled away for a second, seeing that he caught her a bit off guard. "What did you think I was going to do from all that teasing?" he said swavly.
Akiko couldn't help but chuckle when he mentioned how Spirit knocks him over easily. "That's cause she's so excited to see you," she said with a big smile. They began heading toward her house. "Does she know? I don't think so. But her mother intuition will probably be sparking when she sees us. Even if we didn't show any signs, she'll know. But I'm sure she'll be fine with it. So will my dad. However, my mom or dad don't know that I slept over your house. I told them I slept over a 'friend's' house, no offense, but they wouldn't let me sleep over a boy's house. It's a, parent- daughter type of thing. Protective and stuff, I dunno," she said. Her parents were pretty chilled out and cool, so they woul be fine with Yugi. And eventually, they probably wouldn't care if she and he slept over one another's house. Just not now. Parent are always protective of their kids.
Joey scratched the back of his head as he thought how to word his reply. "Sam's ok with it now," he said knowing that answer straight off the bat. "Well, I did, but in the end he didn't want to be with me," he said. He then looked at Mai and saw that she gave him a look as in to tell her more. "I, was interested in Kaina- a lot," he said with a small blush. Even though he hated him now, he still had that remaining bit of the crush left with him as well. "We even got to go on a date, well kinda," he said.

((its ok I had a lot of work this week))
Sam enjoyed kisisng his neck and teasing him as he drove. She didnt think about the fact that she could be endangering their lives at all. She was completely taken back when he stopped the car and kissed her suddenly, making her melt. She thought she had been in control of the situation but aparently not. She grinned, feeling challenged and ecited. She loved having to fight for dominance and even more she loved losing to him. She couldnt help but be attracted to his confidence and strength. She loved watching him duel too. He portrade all that on the dueling field. She started being very attracted to him when she first watched him duel. When the light turned green she smiled. "Well then I better continue and hope for another red light soon." She said and dove right back onto his neck. She took her other hand and placed it on his leg as she kissed and lapped at his neck with her tongue.
Yugi nodded. None of his parents were around and his grandpa wasnt that strict so he didnt have as much of a problem but he still understood. Grandpa wouldnt mind Akiko sleeping over. he probably would even allow her in Yugi's room but he wouldnt allow what they had done. He felt almost bad about sneaking like that. But thats what every teen couple did right? He smiled when Akiko said she thought her parents would be ok with her dating her. "Maybe when my mom comes for a visit you can finally meet her." He said cheerfully. "I'm sure she'll love you." He said. He didnt ever show that it bother him not having his parents around because it didnt that much. His father dissapeared after some archeological expedition and his mom traveled for work. She was rarely home. She didnt like to be home ever since her husband disappeared. Since he didnt really grow up with parents he turned to games and puzzles to keep him happy.
Mai nodded. She knew it was Kaiba he liked. "Well I dont see why you refused to see him and are moping. I mean really Joey, who lost more? him or you? From my point of view he lost a great catch and he'll regret it." She lectured. "And he isnt much of a catch himself. I mean sure he's rich and hot and a good duelist but he's not mr. personality. No one could possibly stand a relationship with that jerk. Youre better off without him." she concluded. She was really trying to cheer Joey up and be honest but she didnt know the entire story. "he's a lost cause and is going to end up being all alone in life."
Seto was close enough to hear them. He had moved up behind another couple who was behind them. He hid behind the people and listened to what the loud mouth blonde girl had to say. He clenched his teeth and felt himself get extreamly fustrated but he mostly got angry because a lot of what she said was true.

Atem almost didn't pull away when the light turned green. He finally pulled away when somebody honked at him. He pulled away and began driving. Oh well, he'd have to wait for another red light like Sam said. It was almost like a disadvantaged he enjoyed- he couldn't kiss her, but she was teasing him quite a bit. He was becoming a bit distracted, causeing him to drive a bit slower so not to put them in danger. God was Sam good at this, he loved the fact she tried to dominate. It was a turn on, he admitted to himself. Again he was brought back to reality when somebody sped by him and drove next to him in the lane. "Get a f***ing room!" the man in the car yelled over to them as he spend past them and cutt in front of him. Atem gripped the wheel and gritted his teeth. He didn't like the fact that he was yelling at Sam as well as him, but when he cut in front of them, it was rather close to the car. Atem changed lanes and rode side-by-side with the man that cut in front of them. "Watch your mouth!!!" he yelled over as he passed him speedly. Atem didn't have road rage, but he wasn't going to let some jerk yell at them and get away with it. He was still a bit fumed at the man's actions, but eventually cooled down. He used one spare hand to caress Sam's leg. He glanced over to her and smiled. He hoped for another red light soon.
Akiko smiled, "I'd love to meet your mom!" She said and then tilted her head a bit. "Hey, um..... well, if you don't mind me asking.... you don't have to answer if you don't want to, but- how come I never see your parents? Do they live far from you and Grandpa?" she asked hesitantly. She wasn't sure if it was a sore topic, she didn't want to upset him. But she was curious. She knew of other people who lived with other relatives- she just hoped the story wasn't bad. But it sounded like he got along with his mom- from his response. She wasn't sure.
Joey smiled, it did make him feel better. But the fact was that Kaiba was one up on him. "You know, I really thought he liked me too. But, well- I guess what you girls say is right- men are all about sex," he said as he looked away for a second or two. "The date thing, it was a deal. Kaiba said we could go out for one day. I thought that maybe, we had forgotten about the deal and were..... I dunno. Well, I didn't take the rejection so well the night before. I kinda," he stopped and then mummbled- still quite ashamed of it, "went home and got wasted." He prepared himself to get yelled at.
[[lol, when I read the part about Yugi's mom, I automatically thought of the socks from the manda XD. What ever did happen to his father?! That bugged the s**t out of me.]]

((Oh and I have no idea about either of his parents, I just made all that up sweatdrop I know his mom was shown a few times in the japanese eps but other then that I have no clue what happened to his dad.))
"Oh I dont mind. I could talk to you about anything Akiko." He said. "Well My mom travels for work so she's rarely home. We're lucky if she's home for the holidays. I miss her but her job makes her happy so I dont want to be a burden." He said. As long as the people that he loved were happy then he was happy. "And I dont remember my dad. Grandpa was his father. Grandpa told me that when I was little he went on some archeological expidition and dissapeared. We have no idea what happened to him. Grandpa tells me mom is still looking for him as she travels..." he finished. It was kind of tradgic. She uses her work to try and find the love of her life but then she had to abandon Yugi. Yugi was sure he would do the same for Akiko.
Mai raised an eyebrow at his first statement. "I dont get it Joey, I thought you'd be all for having sex." she said, not knowing what he meant. At the rest of his comment she slapped him upside his head. "You idiot! Joey do you have any idea what you could have done?" She scolded. That was mai's version of tough love. "Not to mention how pathetic that sounds. "So what if he didnt want a relationship? Just forget about him, you can find someone better."
Seto growled a little under his breath. He wanted mai to tell him to run back to Seto, not move on and find someone else. But that good news was that it meant they werent together right? But what he couldnt figure out was how bad Joey's words affected him. He was feeling more and more guilty.
Sam pulled away from Atem's neck and was about to go off on this guy but Atem handled it, nicely too. She smiled. She loved it when he protected and looked out for her even thought she would never admit to needing protection. And it turned her on how he kept control over himself, something she had a hard time doing. She reattatched herself to his neck, this time just nuzzling affectionately and placing small kisses as almost a thank you. If it wasnt for the stupid thing between he seats she'd be practically be on his lap by now. She rubbed more up his thigh and purred against his neck.

Akiko felt bad for Yugi. She was sure that his mother cared for him, but she must be heart broken- she probably wanted to find her husband. Anybody would want to find their lost love- Akiko would do the same. But it had to be a hard decision to leave Yugi alone, even if he was in the good care of his Grandfather. She moved her hand to his back and rubbed it, "I'm sorry sweety," she said feeling sympathetic. She smiled gently to try and cheet him up a bit, "But hey, you know- my mom can be like your second mom. She was already second mom to most of my friends back home- so why not another? That's how I see Grandpa- as a second Grandpa." She then put her free hand on her chin and said, "Or third Grandpa...... something like that." She kissed his cheek and said, "Hopefully, she'll find him one day- then you can meet him. I hope she does." They arrived at the doorstep of her house.
Atem tilted his head slightly towards Sam's head and nuzzled slighly- showing his own affetion. Even romantic cuddling like this made him happy. He put his spare hand on her leg as well and rubbed it caringly. He pulled into the Mall's parking lot and parked. Shutting the car off, he turned to Sam and put both hands on the back of her head to pull her into his kiss. He was dying to do that- moreso with the temptation. He pulled away and looked at Sam, "You were dying for that, weren't you?" he said cooly and confidently. He lightly brushed her hair out of her face and behind her ear. He gazed into her eyes.
"Of course I was all for having sex! But I wanted a relationship as well. Besides, I really really thought Kaiba was beginning to really like me!" he said. It was no lie or secrete, he wasnted to have sex with him to- conscience sex in which they both could enjoy. However, being taken advantage of while drunk wasn't his idea of a job time. It just showed him that Kaiba just wanted to use him like he uses everyone else. That he was nothing to Kaiba. He then felt Mai smack him in the head, "Ow! What I do?!" He rubbed his head and growled a bit. "Yea, I know it was stupid, and I don't think I'm ever going to do it again. I also know it's not a good idea to drink and walk the streets at night. I got jumped. I could have taken them too, if I wasn't s**t faced," he said. Joey still had no idea Kaiba was behind him. He was really able to talk to Mai about this. And even though he was nervous to, he would tell her the whole story.
