In fact Shinta was shifting through his memories. When he had become a God of Death he had thrown away his memories of his past. Thinking them useless and insignifigant. He was trying to find those glasses in the faded spots of memory. Memories of times came up that he hadn't thought of in many many years. A memory of a happy time surfaced, one where he had found something special. Suddenly Shinta rembered his death. He rembered the pain. Shinta triped backwards, hittin gthe wall. His eyes wide. He grabbed his chest, where the stab wound had been.

Shinta shook his head. Banishing the memory. He had not rembered the moments before his death. Just his death. "It's nothing Ange... Calla. It was just a memory that I've tried long and hard to forget." He stood up and focus on his surroundings. "Where to now?"

"Shinta! You scared me! DOn't ever do that again!" Lilly lached herself onto his arm. "We're not going anywhere. You are sitting down and having a nice cold drink. She hurried off trying to find the kitchen.

Shinta sighed.

"it's not your fualt Calla. Though i don't understand why i suddenly rembered it." Shinta took the glasses out again and truned them over in his hand. "Where exactly did you ifnd these?"

((So should they find them now? Or later? And we need an enimy....))

"Ok." Shinta said slowly. His thought were churning like gears. Suddenly his head snapped up. "Evey body duck!" He yelled. He pulled Calla down and covered her. Suddenly a loarge crashing sound filled the entire house. A little ways away Lilly screamed. Debrise ((sp?)) fell coating Shinta and ageal. When the falling stopped shinta puches his way up through the wreakage and looked around. On top of one large pile stood and old man, with another, younger man at his side.
The older man spoke. "Shinta we have come to a desision. The doll is to come with us." He teleported behind Shinta and Calla. He grabbed Calla by the back of her neck and was once agian standing by the young man.
"Wait!" Shinta called, "We have an idea! Just let me explain."
"The council has decided." The old man intoned. The disappeared with out a trace.
The young man smirked. "Hi Shinta, glad to see you agian. Looks like your introuble. Andi thought your policy was to not interfeer with others. Get the job done, and get on to the next one. Am a wrong?" He stepped up to him.
Shinta's brow furrowed. Why him of all people, "What buissnes is it of yours? Loki?"

((Go Loki! the norse gods rock!))

"Everything is my buisness." Loki spread his arms wide. "And at the moment, your buisness is the most interesting. Now tell me shinta what do you think of the little girl. And what has goten into you head?" He poked shinta on the forehead. Shinta grmaced.
"Calla is not a concern of yours, as to my buisness being your buisness, I think your wrong." He glared at loki, "Please step out of my way, i have somewhear I need to go."
Loki grinned and apeared behind Shinta. "I'm out of your way, go where ever you wish." SHinta stopped. And turned on Loki. "Where has she gone?"
"Do you think i am going to tell you?" Loki grinned a wicked half smile and appeared drapping his arm over shinta shoulder. "You may be a good Shinigami, but you'll never match u pto me. You'll have to pry the information out of me." Loki blinked away, to apear sitting down on top of the pile of rubble. Shinta's eyes glowed and he prepared to attack.


"Quite down girl, and keep walking foreward." Was all the man said. He pushed calla in the back and propelled her down a long dark hallway.

The old man said nothing. He just stared foreward. In the hallway two other men joined them. Each propelling one of the other dolls, the master had made. ((the two dolls from earlier... the ones that tried to attack them.)) Soon the entered a large room. Calla and the other dolls were shoved foreward into what looked like a tortement ring. Around the ring sat many many people. At one spot there was a bigger chair than the rest. In it sat the council elder.

Shinta ran foreward, seemingly dissapeared and attacked loki from the back. Loki bloked the attack, by truning his arm around so that it was backwards. The position would have ruined a normal persons arm forever. Loki then flipped upward and came crashing down onto shinta.
Shinta grabbed lokis feet and snet him spinning into the wall. Liki landed on the wall in s quatting position. "Not bad my friend. THough this is just the warm up."

The council member ignored Calla's question, he instead turned to the rest of the room. "members of the council." The room fell into a hush. "You are brought here today on a topic of utmost concern. We are the preservers of soulds. We make sure that the world runs smoothly. We make sure all living things have souls, and all dead things don't. We make sure there is balance in our relme." He ointed at calla and the other dolls. "These creatures upset that balance. They are living, yet they do not have official souls. They are not living and yet they move. They are a freeak of what we create. They are no better than the zombies taht we destroy. yes they may look like the human creatures we all originated from, but they are not. We must deal with this problem as soon as possible. And find all others of there kind." He sat down, another man proceeded to stand up. "They are freaks! They must be eniliated!" This was responed with cheers. "First we Must find the root of the problem." Came a strong female voice from the back of the room. "Eliminate the source, and eliminat future problems. We can deal with them now, but what of the future?" She sat down. A young looking man stood up. "We know that there 'master' has already been destroyed. Unfortunatly, the shinigami sent to get rid of his soul has failed. Resent repots say that his is tramping accros the glode with one of the dolls here, trying to help her. Shinta was a respectible shinigami. If this can happen to him, we know they are dangerous. Be wary of there mental power."

The council listened closly to the arguments. But there desicion was made. After hundreds of years of doing the same thing over and over and over again, they felt no remorse from this. They did what they had to, in the name of order. The as Ryoko drew his nife a council order keeper appeared behind him. He pulled his arm, forcing him to drop the swords and held him in a locked position, so he could not fight. The same treatment was given to Sai. Calla was picked up and slung over the shoulder of one of the council order keepers. NOthing was said at all.


Shinta dove at loki, Loki spun away. The battle had been going on for about half an hour now.
"By the way Shinta. They should be done deciding the litle dollies fate about now. Soon they will move on to the next topic. Your fate." He easily doged a punch aimed for his face. An evil grin spread on his smooth features. "Hopefull i'll be aloud to do the honors." He blinked away. In his stead was left a spinning card. When it fell, it was the black joker.
Shinta's lip came up and his eyes narrowed. Loki had made a final mistake. He could now follow him. Shadows spun around shinta and he followed Loki. Right to the center of the council ring.

When he appeared Loki was saying, "And he should be arriving any time now. You'll see how deep the deception has grown. Just hos badly the good shinigami we knew has fallen." Shinta luged at loki's thorught. Loki dodged. Spinning around SHinta spotted Calla. "CALLA!"

"I told you so." Loki said with a shrug.


((what if there was some deep plot that is loki and a few other manipulationg, shinta calla, and the whole council because they want Choas to riegh. And this is how the set the plan in motion???))
