Wind-Up Pickpocket after dragging one picture into an other and click out of the picture it becomes stuck or anchored i dont even know how to drag man i just got it recently

Layer-->Transparency-->Add alpha Channel now go to toolbox. Fuzzy select tool--> click the background now press delete. there ya go thats how to make a transparent bg
