Can't find it, anyway what's it's rank?? I'll let you get way with using an S rank to block those shuriken.
Its a genin, but it grows with the user. So right now its like 15ft tall and 15ft wide, its effect is it can deflect projectiles and fire jutsu.
Ohitsuji Kashira (Ram head)
Description: A basic earth protection jutsu where a small, curved wall about the size of the creator is created. It can deflect shuriken and fire jutsu but is weakened by water jutsu. For every rank, the wall grows 5 feet by 5 feet.
Im only goin by the effect, except its goin away from the strength bonus from your jutsu. If you'd like, I can add more to it.
