The quaffle seemed to ping-pong between Everly and Charlotte, and Roxie sat back to let her teammate take over. Once it seemed Everly was keeping hold, Roxie swooped in to try and steal the Quaffle.

Skyla growled softly as she missed again. Damn it! Stupid thing. She reached out again, a frown on her face as she tried to catch.

Skyla very nearly considered forfeiting the game when she woke up to a snowy hellscape. Instead, she trudged down to eat a hot breakfast, then added donned her warmest robes for the game. She traded out her normal red converse for some heavy winter boots and wished she could wear warm mittens to the game. After pulling on her fluffiest earmuffs, Skyla stepped out into the cold, immediately regretting everything. Her muscles and bones were already aching from the cold, but it was too late to turn back now. She tied back her messy hair, then wrapped her scarf securely over her neck, mouth, and nose. It was going to be a very bundled sort of day.

She used her wandless magic to clear a path in the snow from the front door to the quidditch gate. Once at the pitch, she noticed Professor Liu carefully etching the quidditch markers in the snow. Sky always forgot that foul weather made work difficult for everyone. Even the announcers (minus Nic, of course) would probably be struggling to keep track. Dark eyes watched her team gather around, quietly asking if anyone needed warming charms on their sweaters or waterproofing charms on their glasses. It was gonna be rough enough without the help. Hopefully Hufflepuff had the same idea, but if not, Skyla would offer to help their team with the same. After all, it was only fair.
